    Tuesday special yum!
    Joan S.

Went with a friend for the Tuesday crableg special. Service was great. And, be ause we came during happy hour we got $5 margaritas as well! The cheddar bay biscuits were warm and delicious. They have a few choices for the seasoning in the butter for the crablegs. I chose garlic butter. Let me tell you that butter went on everything! The crispy potatoes were dunked in it, and the broccoli was too. There was a full pound of crablegs. They were top quality snow crab. I will be back again on a Tuesday for sure.

I haven't been to Red lobster in a while, but after this visit it's back in rotation! I recently transitioned to pescatarian and my family and I went to red lobster for my dads birthday. My mom got the all you can eat shrimp, my dad got lobster, and my boyfriend & I got mussels and the Sesame-Soy Salmon* Bowl. I was craving the all you can eat shrimp, but the waitress advised the main shrimp I wanted (crispy dragon) wasn't available until the follow day. She told us it's 1st come 1st serve and they are limited on how much they can serve in a day. *Rolls eyes* The mussels were good but they were so small. My mom said the all you can eat shrimp that was still available was really good. But OMG the Sesame-Soy Salmon bowl was delicious and healthy too! I was a bit nervous to order something new but it was a hit! The ambiance chill. I love the live lobster tank and the lobster decor. It gives sailor vibes.

It's been a minute since I've been back to this location. Good service for a surprising busy Monday evening. Really came for the biscuits and worried that they may be out of business soon :-) My daughter liked the pick-2 shrimp and I had the rainbow trout which was decent. Cole slaw had a sour flavor not to my liking, but otherwise a decent meal with a chocolate cake as dessert. Disappointed that Red Lobster got rid of their yummy bisque!

I ordered a margarita was very watery, but then ordered the ultimate lobster dinner which was very good. The shrimp scampi was amazing.

I have tried Red Lobster a few times over the years and just keep coming back with the same conclusion... eh. It is okay. We had a gift card and thought we would stop in after our little shopping trip for lunch. We sat down at the bar and was greeted by the bartender who was friendly but also short and came across rude. I don't think it was intentional it seems this attitude was with everyone who made a stop in. We ordered salad and soup. I got the lobster bisque. My gosh it was so salty I couldn't eat it. The manager mentioned she knew it was very salty but that is how it comes and they just warm it up there at the restaurant. They swapped it out for the clam chowder. Which was very good and the cheddar biscuits are hands down amazing!

Her presentation for wine, menu and desserts were excellent! We ordered filets in wine sauce, whipped potato and my favorite, asparagus. Dinner was delicious. Jean brought me a rose, birthday sign, champagne for a toast and a dessert, no charge. She personalized my birthday dinner so graciously! I'm so very grateful! Many choices on the menu! The atmosphere is dimly lit (which I love), clean, lots of wood and leather everywhere. It's spacious but also cozy. On to the food.. my favorites have been the butterfish and the trout. This last time I got a pesto gnocchi with shrimp. The shrimp was really good right off the grill as were the gnocchi but it was kind of swimming in an oily sauce. I expected it to either be creamy or lightly coated pasta, instead of a pool of pesto and oil. The sauce didn't really stay on to the gnocchi because it was so thin. I used my extra pita bread to sop it up. The artichoke with hummus appetizer is also tasty. My friend got the lamb shank (chops?) and she also enjoyed her meal. The espresso martini was good but it had like a chunky shaved chocolate or something on the rim which was unnecessary and made it kind of hard to drink. We haven't tried any desserts yet but they look amazing. It was about $150 for 2 cocktails, 2 glasses of wine, 2 entrees, and 1 appetizer. I couldn't afford this regularly but it's a nice treat every now and then.

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great breakfast or lunch with friends and family. Our server, Jenna S., was incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick with everything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with comfortable indoor seating as well as a nice outdoor patio. The staff worked together efficiently, and it was clear that management was actively involved and keeping everything running smoothly. For the quality of the food, service, and overall experience, the prices were more than fair. Easily a 10/10--I will definitely be coming back!
