Not quite like the best of Kansas City, but it is better than average in Kansas City. B+ in KC, A+ this far north. I can in good faith and with confidence tell you to eat here. Ambiance is nice but fairly quiet, so really great if you want to talk, but not super private. Seating is fairly limited, but the chairs are crazy comfortable.
