The cheesesteak was really solid. Their fries weren't anything special and their special sauce was just thousand island. Small place to dine so we took our food to go. Place was very busy for a Wednesday at 4 pm! Got our food pretty quickly though and enjoyed it.

No lettuce or tomatoes like I said to the manager!

Poor Service and very inconsiderate of the customer needs. The Manager was very rude and argumentative! Will not be going back. Thank you and be bless.

One of the best Philly cheese steak spots in Denver. I got the Buffalo Chicken w/mushrooms and jalapeños, so good!

I had The Original to compare to the original cheesesteaks I grew up eating. It's right there. Tender, juicy meat, plenty of melted cheese, and grilled, chopped onions. The roll wasn't an Amoroso bakery roll, but it was pretty good. Service was friendly and fast. The place had the feel of a hoagie shop. Get your food, eat it and go or hang around with some friends and watch a little sports on TV while eating. It's a good little shop. I'll go back again.

I had 6 mozzarella sticks 3 of them literally had no cheese in it lol. And my good was cold.

Decent quick Philly cheesesteak. Lots of options too. Close in to town and will definitely satisfy that craving!

This place is just trap enough to be great. Cheap steak, lots of cheese, fresh rolls, can't ask for more. Love it.

Food is good but inconsistent. And sometimes a long wait. They need a regular manager to run the place.

The place was small and cozy like. So we decided to dine in. I love the fact that everything is cooked to order, hot and fresh. I was skeptical because they had no lemon pepper seasoning. I know I know there are other flavors and I've tried plenty. I just always go back to good ol faithful lemon pepper. So we ordered the medium party pack. Which consisted of wings and tenders, and basket of loaded fries. Kenn got a Dr. pepper to go with it all. We heard the sauces were bomb. We got classic range, honey chipotle bbq, blue cheese dressings. Everything was delicious and we enjoyed ourselves... the chicken was crispy like I like it and the tenders oh my was delicious. We will be back.

I started off with the May mei, which is what my mom calls me, so it was special to see it as a drink. Loved it! Honestly, the drink menu here makes my heart so happy! They even have heysong soda as part of their desserts. We ordered the gua bao, the Dan Dan noodles, and the fried chicken and were very full! I saw that the fried chicken was one of their trade mark dishes - it was very fried, very crispy. I've probably never had crispier chicken! The rice that went along with it was so good and I loved that there was bokchoy pieces in there. Very cool to see their interpretations of dishes I've eaten growing up. So glad I tried it, would love to come back. It is on the pricier side for us, so we probably won't be back casually, but I'm so glad I got the experience. We had a reservation and the service was good. Everyone was friendly! Loved seeing all the plants in there. Definitely a nicer spot that isn't downtown!

The restaurant has a nice blend of Taiwanese influences with modern American gastropub feel. We didn't have any reservations so ended up eating at the bar for the evening. The server was super nice and offered lots of information about the restaurant. We ordered several shareable dishes for dinner: Pork belly buns, fried chicken, and stewed pork. All had good Taiwanese flavor profiles. Pork belly buns - the buns were freshly steamed with the slice of pork belly for DIY build of the buns. The pork was tender but the sauce on the pork was more of gravy than just the stewed sauce. It was a bit messy to eat. Flavor was good for gua bao (刮包) Pork stew rice - the pork was sliced a bit bigger than the traditional luroufan (滷肉飯). The sauce wasn't as rendered to coat the rice with the fatty goodness. The flavor was a bit more with the ginger flavor. Overall the dish was good and was very sharable. Fried chicken - the flavor was definitely very much like the popcorn chicken that is from Taiwan. I was originally hoping for something similar to the night market fried chicken. The chicken was heavily coated, while it did make it crispy when we first got the dish but when it cooled off it was tough layer or batter. The hot honey sauce wasn't a good touch for additional flavor. All in all, I had a good experience at the restaurant and the food was tasty. Will have to revisit when I can try some of their signature drinks.

As usual it feels like a neighborhood bar and grill as most of the patrons seemed to know the bartenders. They have a large mural of Lowry when it was an army base in their back room as well. Surprisingly they have a full bar. Even with the large ice cubes for the old fashioned. I had an Italian sub and ceaser salad while there. Both were good and to go i bought a pizza to have later at home. Once home I couldn't resist but to tear into the pizza and of course it was good like I remember. Best of all they give a military discount.

The toppings are fresh and tasty. I am from NJ and do not like spicy Italian food, but Denver residents seem to love it. Walter's is within walking distance of my house, and I would be there every week if I could get a pizza with delicious marinara sauce with no spice. I also would love to take my family, but they don't care for spicy pizza either, especially the young kids. I have worked with Ken, the manager, and he is very nice and helpful. I have spoken to the owner years ago about the spicy sauce, and he told me that "everyone" loves it. Well, not everyone! The service is always fast and efficient. The staff is kind and helpful. I love the indoor seating. There is a bar area, a back room, and a main dining area with plenty of seating. There is also an outdoor patio. Parking is plentiful on the street or in the back parking lot. The noise level has never been a problem when trying to speak with your fellow diners. The atmosphere is cozy and clean. I would give Walter's 5 STARS if they had a choice of non-spicy and spicy sauce, just like they have a choice of crusts. PLEASE!!!!
