We did arrive early, however, Jordan was not ready for us just yet. Our appointment was for 5:30pm we arrive at 5:18pm we were not seen until 6pm. We almost left. However, once inside Jordan was very kind and apologetic for keeping us waiting. She was informative and knowledgeable. What was disappointing to learn was that the promotion was for only one section of the double Chin area which could offset the look of the double chin area if you have more fat along the jawline area. The promotion does not explain that it's for one area. I really wish that was communicated prior to the appointment being made and me paying my deposit It was not. So I lost my deposit and walked away with no service. Because, I do, have more fat along the jawline area and was not wanting to extend services. Spending hundreds to thousands of dollars on self care can be worth it for sure but there was an immediate loss of trust.
