I'm a regular with Van for my pedicures, she does a great job. It was my first time getting a set done here, Tina did my acrylic nails before vacation and I must say they look amazing! She's really good at shaping, I'm pretty OCD my nails need to be straight and even. Must request her!

I got my nails done here for the first time, and I love them! I will definitely go back!

I've been coming here for about a year now, and I must say it's always an absolute pleasure and joy with my girls. I leave every time feeling uplifted and completely satisfied with their service. A beautiful, calming, elegant environment with true professionals who know exactly what they're doing! Thank you, Tina, for making my nail so beautiful. I love Tina a lot

I'm in love with this place. This is second time coming here and still book appointment with Tina. She is the best. She only works on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. If you want your acrylic nails pretty as me, better call and book appointment with her. She's nice and professional.

I am glad that I stopped by today! The technician was very patient in removing my dip powder nails, for I got them done at another salon and they didn't last very long. I also showed her a photo of what I wanted, and I am happy with the result. The complimentary massage was also nice. Note: They take *Cash Only*! Also I asked and they don't do dip powder nails, gel only. Nail removal: $10 Gel manicure: $35

Ly did a fantastic job on my nails. I came in 15 minutes before they closed for a gel mani and regular pedi.

I came in and they had a seat for me within 10-15 minutes & I showed her a pic for the colors I want and I wish she would've done the colors in rainbow order but I didn't speak up soon enough I guess lol so that's my fault but they were good and I paid $49 + a tip

Just got french tip here from Eva & the service was great! The nails looks great. They fit us in on short notice as walk-ins, and the manicure was quick.

I started going to Tammy for a couple of months now and I love it! I usually just do gel manicures and I don't know what her secret is but my polish never lifts where your hair will snag on it while showering. Everywhere else I've gone, I know it's time to get my nails re-done when that happens but with Tammy it doesn't happen. She recently did my nails for my wedding day and I was in love with them. We did the pink/white ombre look. I received so many compliments and they last so long! Over a month without breaking. But Tammy is so sweet and I like that she tells me the truth on what she thinks looks good on my hands and what doesn't.

So this was my first time coming to this place and I will never go back. I wanted a simple gel pedicure which is $36 for some reason??? So expensive And on top of that the pedicure was terrible. My toenails weren't even filed evenly and the painting is uneven and outside the nail bed. I'm frustrated and never going back!

I woke up excited to try some Faux Lashes. Extensions to be precise! I found this biz on Yelp and read the reviews and figured it's in my area so.... The biz is in the same buidling as the 7-11 on ist st. They also share a garage space. Everything's cool until I walked over to the front door. Lights off, Closed sign on the window. Called about 10 times no outgoing vm...hmmmm. That was 9:45. They're supposed to open at 9:30. Long story short they finally opened at 10:45! I was almost mad...but too early... so I figure WTH I'll take it today and wait some more! The whole lash extension process was two hours! One hour for each eye! OMG Nice long forced nap. Having tried this procedure I found out it's not for me. It's itchy, uncomfortable and annoying as hell. You can't rub your eyes or you have to be very careful. The two ladies that work in the shop were very nice. So I told them my problem about their schedule or lack of it. Not worth it! Will I go back to the shop? Probably not. I'll stick to my old regular!

My cute pedicure with a flower !!!

Fast and safe service! My stylist wore a mask at all times as did everyone in the salon. I felt perfectly safe during my brief stay there.

Raygo Blendz is amazing. I came in for my first haircut in 4+ months (growing it long from a short…read morefade). It was my first haircut at Paradox and it won't be my last. Even better, he is patient and takes the time to explain different methods and all of the fun insights behind different hair looks you can achieve. Also he makes recommendations to point you in the right direction, including other stylists at the salon that specialize in certain things. Highly recommend!

I had an appointment here the other day for a perm with one of barbers (Kevin/K-Luk) here who had a…read morerespectful portfolio on his social media. I showed him my reference pictures (loose flowy perm for middle part) and style (wolfcut) that I was hoping to achieve. He said we could achieve something similar to the pictures that I showed. I mentioned that I had processed hair on the back of my head and questioned how to proceed from that. He told me initially the perm wouldn't look right if he didn't my entire head so I agreed to proceed given the possibility that the perm may fry the back of my head. He also mentioned to me that I needed a haircut to which I asked him if I could add it on as I assumed I would be able like most of the other salons/barbers that I have been to before. He told me he couldn't as he was booked. He begins to perm my hair and talks to another colleague and mentions he going to avoid my processed hair. We finish the perm and he washes the solution out of my hair and shows me my hair. It's significantly curlier and different than what I expected. But didn't look too bad because it was still wet. I didn't want to say anything because I hoped once my hair dried, the perm would look less curly as it has in the past and I didn't want to say anything since I waited over a month to book this appointment. I had paid previously and tipped 20% during the booking of it. As I drive home, I noticed my hair looking more and more poofy on the sides--almost like those kids who grow out their hair/surfer hair. Once I get home, my hair is a lot more dry now and I noticed that the sides were all sticking out horizontally like a fish hook. I showed my girlfriend who told me that this was the worst thing she's ever seen. The sides were totally messed up and the back looked horrible. I ended up going to another salon that evening because I was in shock of how bad the perm turned out. I asked the stylist there if there was any way to layer and fix it, to which they informed they couldn't as the perm rods were not placed appropriately for a middle part and said the only way to fix it was it cut off. Given how bad the perm turned out, I opted to cut it off. I mentioned all of this to my barber the next day on his social and he didn't even seem to care. He told me I should've had my hair layered before the perm and that my hair looked weird because he didn't perm the processed hair. As a customer who showed him the reference picture, if he didn't believe he could achieve the results without layering my hair/didn't believe he could achieve it then why go through with at all. I would've skipped the perm or only done a haircut if that's what he believed was achievable from the reference picture. Even from the picture of the back I sent him, he could tell that the perm looked bad but let me walk out of the shop without even trying to fix it. I already paid/tipped beforehand so there's no incentive to fix a bad service because you're just an invoice at this point. The customer service at this places isn't good. If you gave someone a really bad perm/service and don't care about your mistake or don't care to offer ways to assist your client, it just shows you that you're just a dollar sign to them.
