I've been coming to this nail salon for the past 5 years, and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else! Everyone is always so welcoming, friendly, and professional. They consistently do an amazing job, and I always leave happy with my nails. I really appreciate the attention to detail and how they take the time to make sure everything looks exactly how I want it. After 5 years, they truly feel like my go-to salon, and I always look forward to my appointments. I am not the one to write bad reviews or point every negative thing but I had really high expectations for this place since it had alot of good reviews. I went in last friday 06/19 with an appointment time. The lady who did my pedicure seemed like she was in a rush the whole time.. I got the cell treatment pedicure with gel. I didn't even get the full 5 minute massage because it seemed like she wants to attend to other customers that just came in. I was looking forward to it as my feet have been aching. I also saw on the receipt after I paid that I got charged $5 extra.. Isn't it $50? Amy did my gel manicure and I did like how my nails came out however, they just started peeling today.. I thought they were supposed to last for a couple of weeks. Unsure as to why they started to peel off. Overall, I just wished my experience was just as good as the other reviews. read more

Kathy did my nails today and it wasn't quite what expected. She did them before they came out great. It was the builder gel but leaves nails lumpy kinda weird looking. Shape seems off too but I guess just a bad day it was late just left at 7pm. Think I need to go elsewhere instead. Really wanted to get my nails done there 2nd time but now not so much. Lesson learned. Think I will go back tomorrow early to get them fixed.showing a what I wanted vs what I got. read more

This is a great place for nails, pedicure and waxing. I love that they are on top of new technologies. They have a new AI nail lamp that it is safe for your skin, just ask for it when you get your nails done. Cindy does a great job with using gel to make your nails look natural. Amy is the best for pedicures, she is great cleaning ingrown nails. Bella is amazing with waxing, she just waxed my husband ears and nose hairs and he is super happy. They are the best here! Very friendly and great service. They work quick and gentle enough for kids; my daughter is 8 and got a mani&pedi from Mimi and she loved how they came out. I used to come here when it was Beauty Queen salon and always had a great experience. Now it's renovation and called Vanessa Nail Spa but they still have some of the same workers. I enjoy talking to the ladies, they are nice and friendly. I like coming here for gel/shellac mani/Pedi. They are not as crowded as Color nail salon so it's good you can be seen quickly. read more

Pros: -never busy -never a wait -always get tended to right away -most of the ladies who work here are older but very sweet -Michelle the owner is just wonderful. Remembers me even though it's been months. Always greeting everyone. That's why it makes me sad to have to give such a low rating... Cons: As you can see from my picture, they do a sloppy job.
