Despite choosing a basic option from the menu, the staff displayed an unwelcoming attitude, which made us feel uncomfortable. What was especially upsetting was overhearing staff speaking negatively about our choice right in front of us. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect regardless of the service selected. Additionally, the price--$40 for regular polish--felt quite high given the level of service and overall experience. I've had much better experiences at the Middletown location, so this visit was particularly disappointing.
