Horrible work uneven and a nail even broke when I got home

I do NOT recommend , bad service , rude , guy who did my nails told me to shut up because I asked him to not rush my job . I was made to tap my phone 4 times which the machine kept declining and I had more the enough money to cover the tab equal to 200$ for a 55$ set , so then I zelle her the payment in which it went and through ..when I go to check my account I'm missing 200$ which is obvious I was charged multiple times , when I confronted them about it they were ride printed out a receipt that had exactly the amount of money I was missing but they kept declining in my face to later call and offer me extra services but not my money back , they stole my money service was horrible mind you this is not the first time I have been here I thought the first time was just a rough day for them but no seems as though that's every day . This place needs to be Investigated .

I was allowed to come in 30 minutes before closing (shame on me, I know ), and got a full set, full spa pedicure, and my 5 year old got a gel manicure. there were only two people on staff, they worked quick and diligently without rushing our service. like every other nail salon in Vegas, they do charge for every and any add-on (which I don't regret paying at ALL) but it was worth it and important to take into account that they were an hour past closing time. their work was GREAT. the conversation felt personable and my little one was treated with such respect, i just might have found my home nail salon at last

I have had such a horrible time trying to find a good nail place and this one was no different!! The guy that did my nails was terrible! I asked for natural looking nails not too thick and I chose a soft white color, so he sticks on the nails on me cause I was there for a full set, then he goes and gets the soft white powder because he said that the polish and nail polish on the regular acrylic would make it thick. He should of just said he doesn't know what he's doing! He didn't even apply the acrylic to my whole nails and their so thick! Very disappointed! Maybe I'll try the lady one day see how she does, maybe!

Well Fancy Nails opened at 9:30am I got there at 9:38am they had one customer and only one employee the employee asked if I can wait 20 min I said okay then she put me in some water after I waited 10min then I sat there until 10:11am when other employee showed up then was doing my feet fine we go to the desk to get ready to do my nails I wanted arcylic nails he starts manicuring my nails I'm like hold on I wanted arcylic nails he was like I thought you wanted manicure I was like no let me just pay you for this I just paid and left not to happy and that was at 11:20am

I have been coming to this place for about a year now and usually im pretty satisfied. Unfortunately not this time around :( Didnt get the guys name but my actual nails were pretty long and he didnt even cut them at all. Also my cuticles were never cleaned and not once did he instruct me to wash my hands. I showed him a picture of what i wanted that was similar to something i saw here on their yelp and he didnt even know how to do it smh. When he was "done with my nails one of them had a tiny little scratch (i didnt get gel) so i asked him nicely if he could fix it.. he seemed annoyed and didn't properly fix the scratch he just put more nail polish on top of the scratch making the color uneven. There were so many wrong things done during my visit sucks that now i have to look for a new place Sorry for the rant but if you go have someone do your nails make sure they are professional and clean and dont skip any steps Would not recommend. The shop itself is clean. The service is terrible. I called to make an appointment for a fill and 2 pedicures. Arrived 5 min before the start time and my feet sat in the water for 2 hours before they even started working on me. And the nail guy Jay asked me to come back the next day for my fill. I had 4 nails break in 2 weeks at this place. They get upset if you use a card so I brought cash one day and jay asked if I had exact change. I gave these people multiple chances and they failed. Go to B nails a little further down Craig for quality service! read more

My fiancé had a mani/pedi done by this place (manicure by Tony) and Tony did a HORRIBLE job! She paid $30 more than she typically has to pay and the nails were way too short and low quality (three broke within a few days. I wish 0 stars was possible! read more

terrible place.!! I've had my nails done for 20 years and this was by far the worse experience I've had. Place is dirty and the guy clearly didn't care. He didn't even prep my nail beds, didn't even fit the nail tips to my nails. They were flat and could see the tips through the Pink. The guy cut me twice and then two ants crawled on me cause the place was dirty. And sooo over priced! I ended up with matte black nails and it was 65$ smh. Worst place ever!! don't waste your money. read more

This place doesn't even deserve a star. I had an hour before a meeting so figured I'd go to this place for a quick gel fill. The lady did not file my nails straight. At one point she proceeded to move the heat lamp when my hand was in there, she messed up my gel polish. She removed polish, messed them up again and started sanding the gel polish off with the sander. What a mess!!!! This was an hour in. She messed my thumb nail horribly and was going to "fix" it and by this time I had enough and told them I had no time for this and left. Don't go here, horrible!!! read more

Not only did they mess up my eyebrows! I removing my gel nails which are gooey which are not good my nail is infected. Would never recommend be safe don't mess up you nails like I did. read more

Came as a walk in and was given Allen he was kind. But in my opinion could have been a bit more pleasant. He asked how i was doing and that was the end of us. After that he literally chatted with other techs in their language the entire time. They literally.. emphasis on literally hovered over me talking to him i was very uncomfortable. When people are laughing and talking over you while staring at your nails in a new environment in their language it's not fun. I wanted to come back but the experience makes me reconsider. Best of luck. -3 stars for the experience. +2 starts for the ok nails. read more

Where do I begin. Okay so I walked in needing a full set. I waited about 45 minutes before they could even start. The whole time I was in pain. The nail file was cutting me up, the drill kept getting way to hot and I asked him to slow down and not go so fast, he didn't say anything. I asked for them to be square coffin, they came out almost stelletto. My thumbs are a completely different length, then it came time to the color I noticed the acrylic still had bubbles in it they told me the color would fixed it. I left and didn't notice but they were so messed up the color was barely on my nails, they had bubbles all through them so I called them to come back in the lady was very nice to be and told me she could get me right away. So she got the polish off and asked me to wait for this woman to get a FULL SET DONE. WTF!!! I wait for like 4 hours all together. I am never coming back. read more

We were skeptical at first because there was only one lady working when we showed up. But it was on Labor Day and we expected that. They were two people getting pedicures and I had two other people with me, so we were expecting to wait long. Fortunately it was very fast and cheaper than a lot of the other nail salons in the area. My fiancé's toes look great, and she did a great job on mine. And she gave us free water bottles because it was very hot outside. I would definitely come here again. it was also very clean and relaxing! 25 for a basic pedicure. 35 for the next one and so on. Do not know the price of manicure sorry.. read more

I waited a few days to post this so that my review was not done in anger and frustration, Mary did my nails and honestly did a fair job BUT it was all done with a bad attitude, she was condescending, combative, argumentative and rude. I honestly felt as if I were bothering her with me having her do my nails. She even ASSUMED something I mentioned was done there in the salon and caused the other lady to start yelling at me, when I explained I was NOT referring to the lady doing the scolding and meant someone else, Mary didn't even apologize for mixing things up. When it was finally time to pay and tip, her smile came out, I paid, gave her a small tip and although her work deserved a tip, her attitude caused it to be small. THEN, she actually said "see you next time", I had to graciously keep myself from bursting out in laughter. Won't return, and me being new to Nevada, I really need to find a good spot....the search continues.... read more

Absolutely and positively no go back. Unsanitary cubes and baskets they put the tools of their trade in after they open packet and dump in baskets. Dust bunnies in them, looked like someone spit toothpaste in them. Didn't do a good job, sub par at best. read more

I went here to get a mani & pedi... The pedi started out good but the lady skipped a few steps... When she painted my toes she left the paint on my skin and didn't clean it up... We then moved to do the mani and again she skipped a lot of steps that's are involved with mani's. When i came in I had my nails square shaped. She didn't ask how I wanted them So I figured she would keep them square.... now they are stubby and round. I can't believe this is what I get!?!?!? my unborn child can do a better job! I will never come back read more

Just went there and the only thing they did was take my nail polish off because the wanna be manager was being arrogant so my friend and I decided to leave after we notice that they did not wash the tootle that we're going to be use on our feet that infact had rust . The managers daughter instead of charging me $5 she charged me $55 now they are saying that their protocol states that finished or unfinished work will be charged full price . Thank god for fraud protection so I will be getting my money back and definitely calling the city on them. Fucking thieves ! Specially the daughter that completed the transaction behind the counter were I was unable to see what I was being charged for until I saw the print out , that's why I hate when they don't ask for a PIN number because they can charge Literally anything they desire . Worst Place to come be careful these People are something else. read more

Amazing! I walked in and was greeted immediately. I was told the wait was at least 15 minutes so I sat down. About one minute later, a woman they called "mama" came over and escorted me to a chair so I could soak my feet. She brought me magazines, set up my chair, and introduced Cindy, the girl who was going to do my mani/pedi. Cindy was very interested in getting exactly what I wanted. First off I want to say I'm not sure what happened to all the reviews of this nail spa, they seem to disappear. So anyways, here is my review. I went to get my nails done and I was attended by Cindy, she was very sweet and she made small talk they were open on labor Day so I decided to stop by and get my nails done. I got gel nails on my mani and a regular pedi. My manicure has lasted a good amount of time, considering I'm very rough with them and other places I've gone to they seem to not last as well. I have no complaints the place was clean and everyone was really friendly the only thing I would ask for improvement is the nail design. I feel like she was a little bit distracted towards the end and when she made my heart design they came out a little sloppy, but not enough to discourage me from coming back. This is going to be my go to place from now on. read more

First time here... I have been looking for a good nail spot, I was greeted as soon as I came in, offered a bottled water and was asked to pick my color. I was serviced by Jimmy he was amazing! Great customer service and very gentle, he provided me with a very relaxing pedi/ foot massage I picked the 35$ pedi they have pedis that range from 25$-55$ I picked to do French on my toes and they were perfectly done I love thin tips and that's exactly what I got! Also very clean they line their pedi spas with Saran Wrap and open sanitized tools in front of you. Moving on to my gel mani I changed my mind about the color a few times and he was very patient and even provided me with tips on cuticle care. He took his time filling and shaping out my nails yet he didn't take forever, total time from start to finish on pedi and gel mani/fill about an hour and a half. He didn't sit there nd talked to others in another language which I truly appreciated. Btw did I mentioned they have a punch card for ten dollars off your tenth service! LOVE!!! Defiantly great service and great prices!!! A recommend for sure! read more

I've been to several local nail salons looking for someone to do a decent job, and I finally found it!! Cindy is great! She fixed some issues with mis-shapen and crooked nails. Luckily it wasn't too busy when I went in so she took the extra time to make them perfect!! I love them! And Ana did my pedicure and she also did a fantastic job? I've never been happier! I did lashes and my full pedi and mani. All together I spent at this place I paid $110 and tip $33... you would think I would have better service, but I got a half a$$ job! I didn't get the design I wanted and my lashes were poking the sh!t of my lids. Did all this for a bach weekend...never would go to this place again. Thank goodness, I'm going to Hawaii, where I'm always Happy and satisfied with my nails. I just gave this 1 star for being funny!!! read more

This dude kept on insisting that I do my manicure. I only go to this place for pedicures (every two weeks). He must've asked me if I wanted a manicure 4 times until he finally asked, "Why? You don't have money?" That didn't offend me but I thought it was highly inappropriate. He was pretty loud so everyone heard it. Embarrassing! I wouldn't go back to that place any more. I don't want to have my nails done and feel awkward about it. There are so many nail salons in this area. Having my pedicures done is supposed to be fun and relaxing and I'd like to keep it that way. P.S. At the end of the service, he asked if I'd leave a tip. I gave him $5. I should've said "No, cuz I'm broke!" Haha read more

Little disappointed with the service provided today. They did get me in wishing two hours for a child's Manila day pedicure and an adult pedicure with dip manicure. However once I arrived they didn't prep a pedicure chair for my daughter. I asked for a hot stone pedicure and didn't get it. The massage on my legs was only 5 seconds because they seemed rushed. My daughter waited about an hour before they even touched her toes. She had her feet sitting out of the water for 30min. They were able to do my daughter's manicure but asked me to come back the next day to have mine done. They seemed to care more about the people walking in than the people they had in front of them. They agreed on the phone for me and my daughter to have these services done yet they couldn't follow through. Very disappointed, need to find a new place for my mother daughter dates. read more

My pedicure was a horrible horrible ever. They didn't even trim my cuticle clean not even get my ingrown out. The man cutted me bleed not even apologize. Be careful of this business when they give you a pedicure and any type of service here they aren't sanitized of their tools. Unprofessional staffs. Ok I wanted to do an update on the nail situation I reviewed last time. I went back into the salon when Jae was back from his time off and had explained the situation and that I needed my ring finger and pinky nail fixed on each hand. He completely understood and saw exactly what was wrong and he actually ended up going above and beyond and just redid my nails all together!!! I couldn't believe it! Cindy is running this salon properly. It is very clean. If a client has doubts about sterilization I'm sure they may request a bag with their own manicure tools for a fee. Both my husband and I have been clients of Fancy nails for year. We are happy for her branching out to be a manager here. She is very conscientious and dedicated to her clients. He then goes to the lady next to me and starts to give her a massage. Um, first, he's 15. I don't really want a 15 year old boy touching my legs. Second, why start the pedi if the actual nail tech isn't ready yet. The actual pedicure was just ok. The bubbles were not turned on in the foot spa. I had black nail polish on before and then decided to go with French tip. All girls know that black nail polish is hard to take off. I noticed when I got home that there were still specks of black nail polish on the sides of my nail...mind you, visible through the French tip!!! He touched the nail polish a few times while he was painting. Seriously, I only had an hour for lunch so these mistakes added up. One star for the decent foot/leg rub. All this was done by the nail tech, not the 15 year old. They all were busy with clients. I understand they want to get to everyone so they can make their money, but what happened to quality of work?! Does that not exist anymore?? 2 stars for the massage and because they were nice people. I enjoy when they talk to me while getting a pedi. It takes away some of the awkwardness. She said to "trust" her.. yeah, not again. She rushed her job, didn't clean up the mess, and the manicure didn't even feel like a manicure. I paid $90 plus tip. I think it was too expensive for a very poor job. I pay $70 for mani and pedi in California so the price here is too much, especially when they don't produce a good or at least decent outcome.

I'm very particular about my nails, I prefer a short, natural look rather than long nails. Vanna has done my nails 3 times, and she is amazing! She's very professional, takes her time, and really listens to what works best for you and your nails. The first set she did lasted 4 weeks and honestly could have lasted even longer, but I wanted a refresh because I had an event coming up.
