IF I COULD GIVE IT ONE STAR THEN I WOULD!!! I went in today and the service was HORRIBLE!! The employees got anger issues or some sort of serious problem that causes them to explode when given criticism. Honestly it wasn't even criticism, I simply stated that they were bulky and I asked nicely if they could file them more. The guy got up and yelled at me to get out of his seat when I gave him the simple request (his name is VINCE btw) I told VINCE that I was trying to work something out but he got up and started complaining about how I was on my phone. Yet the employee was legit watching football on his PHONE the whole time while barely paying by attention to my nails. Overall the experience was horrible but it wasn't just that. My friend and I had called in advance to make an appointment but when we got there we had to wait another 30 minutes despite being on time. Wouldn't recommend! The guy, VINCE, still made me pay $70 despite only applying the acrylic base and a thin coat of nail polish (that was streaky). Also the place is unsanitary, and not clean :( read more

I don't even know where to start. I didn't had an appointment so so I was whiling to wait but they told me it's going to be 10 min. And I wait 35 min with my foots in the water. Then the lady wasn't using the mask. I had no exfoliation, neither massage, not even lotion, just a little oil that didn't even moisture my whole feet. I was EXTREMELY delighted with my experience here at Nevada Nails and Lashes. This place was a bit out of my way, but it was my moms birthday and she lives around the area, plus my friend (who also lives in north Las Vegas) has been here a couple times and has only said positive things. We called and were able to book an appointment the day of easily. Everyone in here is practicing COVID guidelines which made us feel a lot more comfortable. I got a simple mani but my mom wanted something nice done for her nails, so she got acrylics with some glitter gel. I wasn't able to get the name of the girl who did my nails, but she made sure that my experience was excellent and comforting the entire time, as with the technician and my mother! (My mom hasn't gotten her nails done in so long, so this was a nice treat for her!) After our manicures were over, they really topped off the experience with a nice cuticle oiling and moisturizing our hands after all of it, and it was truly all worth the money. I honestly don't have one bad thing to say about our experience that we had. I will most definitely be back, and I'm sure my mom will love to come back with me! ‼‼ IF ANY REVIEW COUNTS ITS THIS ONE I PROMISE ‼‼ I scheduled my appointment for 6:00pm for a full set and pedicure, when I arrived EVERY single seat to get nails done was full. 1st uh-oh (so I'm assuming) the manager was the one who got me seated for my pedicure, Started my water and didn't ask if the temperature was okay or not ( it was a little cold ) but he just walked away right after. 2nd The water was filling fast and had I not interrupted the lady doing someone else's pedicure beside me it would have overflowed. 3rd There was like lint debris in my water after he started scooping the water out with a nasty ass bowl. 4th ! I was literally like " WTF is going on here " Shortly after that another man comes to start on my toes at this point it's like 6:30ish. He preps my toes and paints them so I'm assuming I'll get my massage & exfoliating at the end but not even for a minute did he massage my feet. He scrubbed my heels but I'm not even 100% sure it was a new scrub... 5th time I'm thinking "oh hell no ‍" In the middle of all thiss there's other woman ( yes multiple) complaining that they aren't satisfied and the staff is slackin off. I agree silently cause I'm sure it can be a stress. But we proceed onto my nails and the guy was sooo sloppy. I told him from the jump I like my nails fairly long on yelp and told him again in person it took him 3 tries to get the length and shape I want ( 3rd time he got it ) He complained the whole time about how long it would take and made jokes to " come back tomorrow " cause he's leaving ‼ when I expressed concern in areas he tried to reassure in such a cocky rude way like I don't know what I want or what I'm talking about. At one point there was literallyy 3-4 people just hovering the guy doing my nails and myself. They followed COVID protocol until the 6 feet deal. They had no sense of what " my bubble " means. Anyways, the guy doing my nails was so rough with my nails when filing. A majority of the time spent was filing acrylic from UNDER my nails and off of my fingers ( halfway down to my knuckles. ) $45 for my pedicure $170 for my nails I never have a problem paying as long as I know what exactly my money is going to and these people were so unprofessional, rude, inconsiderate and dirty. There was absolutely no type of price sheet or layout ‍ and to be 100% honest I was NOT expecting to have to pay that much and they would have just been assed out if I didn't have it because it's not like they were even concerned enough to make sure the price was okay like A MAJORITY of places. They just want to rack up your total for SHIT work and it shows.... THIS WAS MY VERY FIRST EXPERIENCE HERE. This was my very first experience at ANY nail salon in Vegas, as I've just moved out here a month ago from Oregon I checked out the ratings and work done and thought I'd give them a shot. $215 grand total with a $25 tip the man plain and simply DID NOT deserve. The nail tech I had acted as if she did not know how to do French tip then went along And did her own thing to what she thought was pretty. The woman Picked this pink and tried to say it was flesh colored when I said something. Worse client Service I have ever had in an nail salon. I would never come back to this location ever again, they tell you if you get gel you wouldn't have any issues rather than getting regular polish. Which in fact I've gone to many nail salons where they were able to fix the issue, either if it was their fault or my fault by just removing the nail polish. This particular lady was just putting more nail polish on top of more nail polish, so now the nail polish is not even dry enough for me to even leave the salon for more than 30 mins. My full set is not all the same length nor shape some are almond and some are oval some have Apex some don't some are thick and some are thin.
