I got a pedicure recently and left with a blister/burn when the nail tech filed the skin on top of my big toe. After I started bleeding they offered me Green tea. The more I asked for it to be fixed the worst the attitude got. I finally let her "win" and stopped asking for it to be fixed because frankly I was over the micro aggression. Service quality was low. They don't have the proper tools for waxing and they double dip with the same stick. The lady Jackie ( I think that was her name)had me standing while waxing my legs. I even asked her if it would be easier for her if me Iaying on the table would be easier. She didn't even remove all the hair and missed sections. I told her and she ignored me. The towels they used to take off the excess wax/oil smelled like mildew. She charged me $50 instead of the $30 that their signs says. Honestly if they didn't know how to do it or weren't able to properly do it they should've just said they couldn't do it. It was one of my worst experiences at a nail salon. Honestly, one of the worst experiences I've had at a nail salon. Went in for a soak off for my toes. The woman who serviced me peeled the acrylic off my toes by using a nail tip. My nails were extremely damaged afterwards!!! After explaining to her again that I wanted a soak off and the difference, I was not paying the soak off price for a service not rendered. She was extremely rude and loud talking about me in her native language. They had a gentlemen take pictures of me and my daughter as we walked to my car. I will never go back here again. read more

When you call a salon on a weekend to make an appointment but there's no wait time.... take that as a sign. I didn't and thought I lucked out, but there's clearly a reason we were able to get in a pedicure for 2 without a wait. Walking in my first impression is that it seemed a tad messy and a little outdated. Not a deal breaker, so we pick our colors for our pedi and get seated into our spa chairs. They hand us a menu of pedicures. We go one level above the basic, and everything is golden up until that point. It's once the actual pedicure stars that it starts to go downhill and stars start to drop off for me. I was with my mom and we were talking. My tech was off doing God knows what, but the water is warm and feels great. Anyways, while trimming/cleaning my moms toenails, my mother's tech keeps hurting her. My mom is loudly expressing how painful it is, and the lady does not care. She just keeps doing the same process with each toe. My tech finally comes back to start my process and she's doing the same painful crap that the lady next to her is doing. In allllll my years of pedicures, I've never known of or felt this technique of digging deep under and on the sides of my nail beds. I'm thinking one of these two must've trained the other and it's horrific. Like at this point I already know I will never be back here. I forgot to mention that my mother had a pretty gnarly sunburn on her foot (which is why I thought she was being dramatic about her foot pain until my tech did the same thing to my perfectly healthy foot). My mom mentioned the burn to her nail tech who said she'd be careful with it. At first she respected the sunburn lol. Especially during the lotion foot massage, she was super careful. However, when it was time for the hot towel, she was getting ready to lay a steaming hot towel on her sunburnt foot. My mom had to explain to her that she doesn't want it on her foot because it's too hot and just on her legs will be fine. The lady shook the towel a bit and said "not hot anymore" and put it on her sunburn anyways. Meanwhile while all of this happening, my tech barely rubbed any lotion into my foot and got started on the hot towel for me right away. We paid for the same pedicure. Mom got a quick 2 minute massage with hers (which she actually did enjoy so that's good), but I got a rapid 15 second slap of moisture. Needless to say my speedy nail tech finished my pedicure first. She asked us if it were together or separate and I said together since I was treating my mom. I thought I would sit in the chair to let my nails dry AT LEAST until my mom was done but she rushed me to the cashier checkout area. Once we get there she says "if you're paying with card it's an extra fee." Super duper trooper annoying!! Yes it was only $2 BUT with me spending over $60 there that fee could've been waived. Most stores only do that fee crap if you don't reach a minimum amount. But whatever. That's not even the annoying part. The annoying part is she makes me stand there after I pay staring at my mom waiting for her to be done. There is no waiting chairs (they're all stacked and put away I assume because of covid). I only end up standing there for like 3 minutes, but what HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There was nobody waiting. Nobody needed that chair I was sitting in. There was nobody needing immediate attention. She just wanted me to stand there with wet nails waiting for the other pedicure I just purchased to be finished. Awful. Horrific. 2 stars only because the pedicures themselves look nice. We're on day 3 and nothing is wrong with them, but yeah I would go anywhere else. Literally. read more

I have been coming here since I moved to Vegas in 2008 and now that I live across town I still make the 30-40 minute drive just to see them. I got a gel mani and regular pedi and she didn't even file or shape my nails. I had to go back and complain for someone else to do fix my nail.
