Because of this, I asked him to leave for health and safety reasons. He did apologize. I want to be clear that the company itself handled my complaint extremely well. They were apologetic, took the situation seriously, credited my delivery, and promptly sent a second technician who was clean, professional, and respectful. This review reflects a poor hiring or screening decision--not the company's response, which was excellent. I appreciate how quickly they corrected the situation. Unfortunately, it was impossible to have it serviced after 6 PM because the necessary part wasn't readily available and had to be ordered. He remained on the phone after closing hours to explain everything clearly regarding the rental of a motorized wheelchair scooter. Thanks to his help, we were able to work it out and pick up the motorized wheelchair we rented for a month at a very reasonable price. To assist with mobility, a friend had suggested we rent scooters rather than relying on the wheelchairs that might or might not be available at the various museums. We called Karters and they said they would deliver the scooters wherever we wanted and at whatever time! Everything was confirmed via email and they more than delivered on their promise! We changed our time (perhaps twice) and Karters was flexible and fully accomodating. Tony met us on time at our selected museum and gave a quick tutorial (the seniors had never used a scooter) on the spot. The scooters were fresh, clean and ready to roll. By the end of the day, the seniors so much enjoyed the freedom and comfort provided by the scooters that they decided they wanted them a 2nd day! We called and scheduled and did everything again day two - even riding the mall that day! (Of course we changed the pick up time 2 or 3 times.) Karters NEVER said "no" to any of our requests and served us like they were taking care of family members. Because of the ease of our visit, the seniors have agreed that we can and should do it all over again! I really cannot fully express how pleased I am with this company.

She was wrong, in fact the only place that physically had the masks in the DMV area that I could find was this location. Of course there are plenty of online vendors but I needed the mask yesterday. I am able to leave work early but the internet says the wharehouse location is open until 7pm. I get there at 5pm when they actually close. The two employees see me in the parking lot and ask why I am there. I tell them my story, the woman remembers I had called earlier. The two agree to reopen the store, we wait for the alarm which has to be reset and they get me the pediatric mask with one to spare, just in case. I am so grateful. I did thank them but wanted to also let others know of the kindness and generocity of spirit they have in their staff. Good job, I will be a returning customer. FYI: I live in Burke, Va (by Fairfax) so this isn't the closest medical supply store, just the best.
