I contacted the company right away and decided it best to cancel the reservation, due to lack of knowing where we were going to stay for the week. As soon as I got to the new hotel, I contacted them again via email and asked if they could drop it off at the new location in the morning. Unbeknownst to me, I woke up to a wheelchair already there, because they brought it in the middle of the night!! The communication process was fantastic, they responded as soon as I emailed them. Both th woman & gentleman I spoke to on the phone were pleasant, caring & informative. When we returned the wheelchair, they actually found that there were pamphlets and things in the wheelchair pocket that my parents had left, so they emailed me and said they would mail those things to me.
