I purchased a groupon there. I arrived 15 minutes early, sitting awaiting someone getting a haircut. That wasn't a problem. I waited until my appointment time with my winter coat on. It was very cold. They set me up in the private room for my facial. The room was also very cold. I had to request some extra blankets and after some time, some more heat. The person giving me the facial appeared to be very new and fresh to facials. I asked her what brand she used, she responded with whatever professional brands the owner uses. Unprofessional and rude...from the owner, to the hairdresser to the receptionist RIP OFF...From Groupon to regular fees... DIRTY, DIRTY,DIRTY, Unsanitary, FILTHY.... Went in with Groupon promised fee, for cut, color, blow out, Cut-Completely OFF wrong scissors, took 6 minutes Color- from a box, no color chart, no in depth discussion very rushed and came out multi-coloured and brassy-no toning Blow-Out-NONE owner was too busy ruining someone's facial bc she was arguing with me, my stylist was too worried about getting her hair done by her co-worker that she shooed me away saying to come back with the owner for a "complimentary" blow-out, Russian speaking going on and I was kicked out, they are lucky I didn't call the police. I am disputing charges and reporting to BBB. I did not even want to give a star! On my birthday I called to schedule an appointment. Very quick to get me in ASAP, I mentioned the Groupon deal $43 for a Haircut, color, treatment & Blow Dry Style. I asked for CHOCOLATE color, I had highlights and brown natural hair color. I was seated by an older lady hairdresser and chose a color from the swatch which is exactly the color I wanted. I was left with the color in my hair for 47 minutes while my hairdresser performed 2 men s haircuts. My scalp was burning. She rinsed my color and put CONDITIONER as TREATMENT. Took another client while I sat. I asked for a trim and she separated my hair into 2 parts and used her scissor 4 times. That is not a trim there was no sections, no layering, no bangs, no asking how I part my hair! THAN the owner Oksana handed me a stack of cards and asked me to hand them out and they will take care of me. I smiled and said ok. I waited to see how the color turned out.RED like a mahogany... I thought I was getting my hair brushed and blown out with a dryer and a brush for a simple blow-out! She dried the top of my head and said your all set. Wet ends and roots. I said this is not a blow dry, she says oh, a straighten with a rolling brush is usually $35 but I will charge you $30, as if she was doing me a favor. I said the Groupon includes it, she said oh you have long hair and your hair is naturally straight we used a bottle and a half of color. I could have bought the top brand color on my own for $20 and done it on my own and not wasted 2 hours of my LIFE. Than the owner RUSHES me to pay for services that I didn t receive and says sorry I would dry it for you but I have a client in a peel in the treatment room. HOW RUDE, what kind of owner are you? She gives me a card and writes free blow dry with her name on the back and tells me to write a good review....I think NOT! She knew she was wrong this was the worst experience, how do they expect to get new clients with horrible service? I asked if they close at 4 because it was 3:55pm and she said no 6...I was wondering why I was being rushed out...well it turns out my hairdresser needed her hair done by her co-worker. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. UNORGANIZED AND DIRTY. Staff on their phones a lot. The owner has no clue what she is doing. Watched her do another clients hair - sloppy, and she seemed rushed to be done just to sit on her phone and make personal calls. While waiting for my friends highlights to be done the owner and other employee argue in front of us. LIKE WHAT. The store is a disaster, maybe clean instead of standing there texting. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS SALON!!!! I bought a Groupon for a bikini wax and had the WORST experience ever. The MANAGER of the store, a verbally abusive Russian woman, did the waxing. The was my first time getting a bikini wax so I was obviously nervous. She was cold and unfriendly. We got started and I flinched in pain each time she waxed me. She never used an soothing oil either. About half way through I asked for a tiny break and she said "no we're done here, you are too flinchy" I was naive and clothed myself and got to the counter. I was downloading the Groupon app to scan my groupon and apparently I was taking too long (approx 3-5 mins). She called me a bad customer and after not tipping her from my HORRIBLE experience, she said I was a bad person and stormed out of the store!!! Horrible!!! Well I did go back and for the second time, yet another uneven haircut! But I did get my money back-no thanks to Fantasia Cut. My bank credited my account. Fantasia Cut was the WORST haircut and customer service experience that I have been through. The manager refused to give me a refund, the girl at the front desk hung up on me when I called, and I'll have an uneven haircut for awhile. To start with I bought the groupon for a "EUROPEAN" pedicure and a "SHELLAC" manicure. I can tell you it was a basic pedicure and calling what she did to my nails "shellac" shouldn't even be allowed. I went in and redeemed the groupon with a friend and the experience was absolutely terrible. To start as I was getting my manicure, the woman was working on a pedicure with gloves on for someone else, and was working on me too with those same gloves that she had been using on someone else's feet. Secondly, she smudged my nails, didn't apply all of the necessary coats for a shellac manicure (I am familiar with the steps as this is definitely not my first shellac job), and as I leave and look at my nails, I notice on each finger there are parts that aren't painted. Essentially half of each nail was done. Lastly, when it came time to pay, I was charged with an additional service that I hadn't been informed I would be charged for, and they wouldn't accept my credit card and insisted I borrow money from my friend so that they wouldn't have to use their credit card machine. Then upon paying they told us they didn't have change and we had to go next door to get change to pay. Because of the quality of work that was done, I am forced to go somewhere else to get the shellac taken off and redone. The worse part is I leave for a trip in 5 days so this is extremely inconvenient, and I am extremely unsatisfied. The entire process from trying to schedule an appointment, to trying to pay was ridiculous and I will not be going back, nor would I recommend it to anyone. I am hoping there is a way to get my money back due to the fact that I am now forced to go somewhere else to get a new shellac manicure within 5 days time. This is the worst place I have ever come to. The owner decided it is okay to yell and insult customers. I was not only lectured about buying a coupon off groupon but also yelled about us not having an appointment. I called and set up 3 appointments for Saturday and noone wrote it down. I showed her my call log proving that I did and she tells me well I dont see your phone number in our phone so I dont believe you called. I went there for a 55 minute facial on a Living Social coupon for $29. Good deal, huh? Not so. Very much a rip-off and false advertising. I was in the room for my "facial" for 35 minutes at the most and the person giving me the facial was in there for maybe FIFTEEN minutes at most. Then she told me that if I came back, I could get a longer, better facial for the same price. And she tried to sell me on a product. When I was leaving, I looked her in the eyes and said "it was supposed to be a 55 minute facial. That was not a 55 minute facial." She stared back at me and said "Okay." Nothing more. I found the entire experience pretty humiliating. I talked to Living Social. They gave me a $10 credit to use at Living Social. Well, this "facial" along with the drive I made, was not even worth $19, and I doubt I will use Living Social again either as a result of this bad experience. read more

NEVER EVER support business here. I came in for a haircut and the appointment didn't start till an hour later because the hairstylists weren't there. After being patient, the manager came out and started yelling at me and was absolutely racist... going on about church and religion and how I wasn't taught things in my "culture". Absolutely disgusted by the attitude and service in this so-called business! They have no idea what respect is. Horrible Experience! I purchased a 55 minute facial through Living Social's website. The owner of the salon was the one who did the "facial." She literally spent 10 minutes in the room with me. I was told to change, for which she didn't return for 10 minutes. After applying a cream on my face, she left the room and didn't return for another 10 minutes. She returned, applied a mask, and didn't return for another 15 minutes. After she returned, she said, "alright, it was great meeting you, I hope you return." Really? I was in shock. I checked the time. From the moment I stepped into the salon, to the moment I got back in my car, 48 minutes had elapsed. This included my wait to even be guided to the back room as well as checking out. I will never return to this place again. It was a complete joke. On top of it, Living Social has no satisfaction guarantee. They apologize for the inconvenience. Really? At the end of it, the customer gets ripped off, while Living Social and the merchant (in this case, Fantasia Spa and Cut), get paid. It's amusing to even call this place a "Spa." read more

This is the worst salon I ever stepped foot in. This is my experience even before they touched my hair. I called a week ahead and tried to make an appointment. A lady with a very thick accent answered the phone and it was hard to understand her and she basically said someone would call me back in an hour to make my appointment. I said ok and hung up. An hour went by, 2, 3, 4,....36, still no call. I finally called back and she said the lady had an emergency and to call back after 3. This should of been the first clue that this salon sucked, but I had bought a groupon and didn't want it to go to waste. I finally got appointment scheduled with the same lady who couldn't speak English. I get there and it was dirty, unorganized and unprofessional. No body greeted you at the door or anything. Finally someone acknowledged me and said the lady would be out in a second. Ten minutes goes by and the lady with the thick accent pointed to me and yelled for me to come wash my hair. Do I look like an animal to you I was thinking. Then she said are you here for a haircut and I said yeah and a color and she said oh no I have to call someone I don't have time for all of that. The groupon I bought was for a color, conditioning treatment, cut, and blowout. I mentioned the groupon when I called so I don't understand why there was a problem. Then she started talking to another lady over the phone and then handed the phone over to me. She told me that she had an emergency and had to leave and this lady was filling in for her and that she didn't have time to do my hair. Of course at this point I'm livid because I had a party to get to. The lady then went to the back and continued talking on the phone and I got upset and started raising me voice. Another employee there told me that they didn't need clients like me, it was negative energy and that I should just leave. I didn't even argue back and just walked right out the door. I will never go back to this salon nor would I want any one I know to go to this salon. The owner, Oksana, was rude from the moment I walked in. Granted, I used a Groupon since I had never been to the salon before and I am looking for a regular salon to go to in the area. She told me that I had horrible hair and that I obviously never take care of myself. She did not listen to how I wanted my hair cut or the color I wanted it dyed. Instead, she dyed it darker and told me she would not cut layers or bangs because she did not think they would look good. She told me I should not be so opinionated and that I should talk less as a customer. To top it off, she asked me about where I lived and went on to tell me she thinks I should move because the town I live in is too many "dark" people. worst place ever. I bought a living social for a 55 min european facial. It took me three tries before I could actually talk with someone to schedule it and then they scheduled me for the wrong time. When I got there the person who was doing the facial had left. That should have been my first clue when there was only one customer in the building. They then had me talk to the person on the phone and she returned. It was the worst facial I ever had. none of the lotions were warm, its kind of hard to relax when they keep putting ice cold stuff on your face. The facial was 25 min max with some of that time the "therapist" being gone. No massage was ever done. a five year old could have done better. I was disappointed with LS response to my complaint, they also gave me a $10.00 credit. I'm not sure if you should be advertising for a company that has such bad reviews.
