    I have not been to a Fantasmic show in years. It was available again and I didn't expect much, but boy did the nighttime spectacular knock my socks off! The show is isolated in its own area. The entrance is toward the side of Beauty and the Beast show. It is quite a walk so expect to be on foot for at least 10-15 minutes. There is a large semi-circle amphitheater that surrounds their performance lagoon. Plenty of people can be seated here without issue but if you want to be towards the center I would come earlier. The premise is based on Mickey Mouse falling asleep and dreaming he is a sorcerer's apprentice. As he is mopping, a bunch of large bubbles float toward the sky with displays of movies, past and present, being projected on the water canvas sprays. Then, a few live action scenes are reenacted from Aladdin, Frozen, Lion King, Mulan, and Pocahontas. Afterward, a montage of villains rolls through, with the big ones being the queen from Snow White, as well as a larger-than-life sized Maleficent. Through the thick in thin, Mickey manages to conquer the darkness with his imagination. The final performance has Mickey standing on the top of the mountain making magic with fireworks and lights. Several boats paraded through during the middle of the show as well as at the end. Quite a few characters made an appearance including Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid, Snow White, the seven dwarves, etc. On the main boat, steamboat Mickey was steering all his passengers! What a fun nod to the classics! It was such an unforgettable thirty-minute experience. The storytelling and variety of visual effects was absolutely captivating. It was an amazing show that was totally worth of our time at the end of a jam-packed day.

    Fantasmic! show at Disney World is completely different than the one at Disneyland. I finally had a chance to see Fantasmic! at Disney's Hollywood Studios at Disney World with my husband during the month of June. We ended up getting a dining package at 50s Prime Time Cafe. It was recommended for us to arrive 45 minutes prior to show start. The show time listed was for 9:00 P.M open, with start time at 9:30. We ended up going at around 8:30 for seating reservations. The nice thing about Fantasmic! is that there is so much bench seating in the outdoor amphitheater! We had reservation seating from the dining package in the middle of the amphitheater. Fantasmic is a water show. They use projected images on the water, too! A lot of sets change throughout the show! Some of Fantasmic consisted of parts of Aladdin, Frozen, and Pocahontas! Unlike Disneyland's Fantasmic! there aren't as many boats with characters until the end of the show! This is one of the best family-friendly shows at Disney World, and it is a must-see if you're visiting Disney Hollywood Studios. It lasts about 29 minutes. You'll see a variety of stunning effects, stunts, and pyrotechnics, and you'll get to listen to some amazing Disney music! This show can get canceled due to the weather, though!

    The Fantasmic! show happens once a day at 9pm at Hollywood Studios. This is a water show that can seat a ton of people in an amphitheater/bleacher style seating. Some will come here an hour or more beforehand waiting for the show to start but that's not necessary. I'd recommend just coming right before and you'll still get a good seat. This was a great production that included all the characters and even the villains. The water effects, the music, the lasers, and the performers were all wonderful. Other theme parks at Disney World have fireshows to end the night and Hollywood Studios has this show (that also has some fireworks). It's family-friendly and a great way to end the night.

    Second best Disney World nighttime entertainment, only behind Happily Ever After at Magic Kingdom. One thing that Fantasmic has wayyyy up on Happily Ever After is the designated bleacher seating. This was so so great as you had an individual seat in the outdoor amphitheater and there was no chance of someone swooping in 10 minutes into the show and blocking your view. I also enjoyed the use of the projected images on water (rather than the castle in HEA). Fantasmic also employs the use of many many characters, which HEA does not offer. If you are visiting Hollywood Studios it is worth skipping that one last short ride time to get a seat for Fantasmic!

    Dream a fantastic dream! Fantasmic is back and better than ever! I want to keep this spoiler free so I'll just say that it's all that you remembered, but with some needed and awesome updates. The show felt so fresh and familiar all in one. We came opening night so lines were super long and we waited about 2 and a half hours in total before the 8pm show. My guess is demand will lessen as locals see the show, but still be high for awhile as tourists come to Disney World and want to see the show for their first time since the pandemic. The wait regardless is worth it. A few years ago, Hollywood wasn't a full day park and we wound up sitting down early waiting for Fantasmic anyway.

    It's baaack! The show is back in Hollywood Studios . We got a Fantasmic dining package with lunch at Sci fi movie theater and got seats mid section 4 th row dead center. ( not recommended on a cold night as you get sprayed) The show was spectacular. The seating took quite a long time for the 8 pm show which was packed and there were huge issues leaving the show - as those exiting were funneled into a small one row exit to accommodate the 10 pm line up ... We saw several accidents with wheelchair occupants running over people trying to exit in the dark through a narrow path . Warning : If you go to 8 pm show don't try to get into the Star Wars rides after - you will have to trample people to get out.

    I think the best part of the show is before the show. Someone will start the wave and eventually the whole stadium will be doing the wave and applauding. It was so fun. The images project onto water so sometimes it's not as clear. You might get wet because of how high the water has to be for it to portray the images. I wished it showed more recent Disney movies. But the music and the performance is good!!

    [533] We have seen this show at Hollywood Studios a few times and it has not disappointed. Love how they have images on water and use of fire effects. They included most of the Disney characters in this show. Great music and work by all the cast members. You can get VIP seating w dinner packages. I suggest it so you can sit directly in the middle. There are a ton of people at this show but it's perfectly organized so you don't feel like it's mobbed when you leave. The show is the last event in the park and then you are directed out the door (smart) We will definitely be back

    I have missed this show in the past and I was determined to see it this time. It is held in a stadium so that limits the number of viewers unlike Happily Ever After at Magic Kingdom which can be seen anywhere you can see the front of the castle. We got there an hour early to secure good seats. The show is a mixture of water, land, music, film projection, pyrotechnics and fireworks. It lasts 25 minutes and is presided over by Mickey as the Sorcerer's Apprentice. You see his dreams and his battle with the villains. Of course Mickey prevails after an epic battle with a snake and dragon and he is joined by all of the well loved Disney characters at the end. I am glad I got to see this show at least once. Unless it was changed up I probably wouldn't need to see it again. When we came out I saw that there was even more fireworks in the sky. I followed them to the front of the Great Movie ride where I saw yet another night time show, Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular being projected on the front of the theater. It was very cool with scenes from Star Wars and stirring music. I don't know why Disney ran two shows a the same time when I would have like to see both fully.

    Fantastic visual colors streaming throughout the area.

    I'm so happy my husband and I had the opportunity to see Fantasmic while we were in Disney World. It was such a wonderful experience. We had fast passes for it but really you don't need to do that unless your worried you won't get in on time till they fill the seating limit. What made this show such a magical experience was the lighting and effects of each character from Mickey to the Disney princesses, everything was well done. Once you thought you experienced it all, just wait till the river bursts on fire from the dragon in the show. It will cease to amaze you with what Disney can do with props to characters performances. At first I was hesitant to come here since I'm a bigger fan of seeing the fireworks and didn't think this would have it. I guess I was totally wrong, you have to see the show to believe that fireworks actually do get displayed. As well as the laser lights, pyrotechnics and water projections. All my favorite Disney characters danced on the boats from Belle to Ariel each had made the show wonderful to watch. It was also awesome to watch Mickey fight the evil villains through his magical powers. To me Mickey was a hero of the show and growing up I hadn't really seen that until coming here. Since he was just this cute and fun loving cartoon character I grew up with as a child. Next time I revisit Disney I will definitely be back here! I loved the show and think anybody from any age group will like it as well.

We luckily visited during the Flower & Garden Festival and there were so many Disney characters made out of Flowers or Shrubs. It was really cool to see. We walked through the different towns from around the world. We went into the aquarium portion, watched them feed the manatees and saw the large tank with sharks, large fish, huge manta rays as well as sea turtles. We rode the the Finding Nemo ride that goes through an under portion of that aquarium that you can see from the viewing platform. We were unable to get on Guardians of the Galaxy ride sadly, but the wait time was over 2 hours and for some reason my single ride fast pass did not work when purchasing. We really enjoyed the Ratatouille ride and France town within Epcot. I would love to check out Epcot when it is less hot and humid to full enjoy it. After 3 days of walking and 92+ with 50% humidity we were both dying and wanting to go relax.

Giant game pieces, oversized footprints, building blocks used as architecture, and Christmas lights strung overhead as decoration all reinforced the scale in a way that rewarded me for actually looking around rather than just moving from ride to ride. Slinky Dog Dash is the anchor attraction and delivered as a family coaster that works for a wide range of ages. It is smooth, fast enough to feel exciting, and the Toy Story theming throughout the track layout is well integrated. Wait times regularly stretch past an hour, so prioritizing it early in the day or using Lightning Lane is the practical move. Toy Story Mania is an interactive 4D shooting game that holds up across multiple rides and was genuinely competitive and fun for my group. Alien Swirling Saucers is the gentler option that skews younger, but it is an easy yes for anyone who does not mind spinning. Woody's Lunch Box is worth building a meal or snack stop around. The totchos and grilled cheese are the items that keep coming up for good reason, and the Lunch Box Tarts are worth grabbing for dessert if I want something to eat while I keep moving through the land. The one consistent practical note is that the area has very little shade and gets genuinely hot during the middle of the day. Coming in during the early morning or staying into the evening is the right call. At night the land takes on a different quality with the lighting, and it is worth lingering in if my park day extends into the evening hours.

I'd either recommend a LL if they have them or riding it during EE or After Hours - otherwise personally I'd skip it. The boat was wet that we sat in, but seated in the second row I didn't see any splashing. I did find it interesting that the boat flipped backwards and the ride ended up being designed a bit more differently than I expected. All in all, it's a cute ride, but I felt like Remy had more bang for your buck - so unless I'm with someone who hasn't ridden it before (and it's EE/AH) I see myself continuing to skip it in the future.

    SAIL ACROSS THE SEA AND RESTORE THE HEART OF TE FITI…read more We really enjoyed doing the Moana Journey of Water located in the EPCOT World Nature Seas Pavilion. Park guests can stay dry or get as wet as they want while they take a self-guided journey through Moana's world. The Journey took us through a lush tropical island where we soon met the island goddess Te Fiti. On our journey, we played music with streams of water, raised water with the swish of our hands, parted a water fall and directed a dance of leaping streams of water. These are really fun activities for both young and old. Bring a set of dry clothes for your little ones who might enjoy getting wet on the splash pad :o). Try to time your journey with a character meet and greet with Moana. Plus don't forget to drop by the wonderful SeaBase aquarium that is near the Journey of Water.

Even though this is a walk-through journey, just like the other rides, you cannot take a stroller into this exhibit. There are some really fun elements to this, such as the first water encounter where you can pass hour hand through the strings of water to hear some duvet tones. There's a spot where you can jump and the water will respond, and a section where you can raise your arms for a similar effect. There's a wet and a dry path for folks to choose, though I don't think I got wet almost at all but for the time when I placed my hand in the water, and that was walking the wet path. It can get slick in spots though. And there's a PhotoPass opportunity on the path, so you can get a fun photo with Te Fiti in the background. And interestingly, there's a restroom in the midst of the journey. Across from this exhibit is a spot where Moana does meet-and-greets several times per day. As of May 2026, the last one takes place at 3 p.m. Don't forget your autograph book!

Typhoon Lagoon is shipwrecked tropical island themed with the biggest wave pool in the country. The waves reach 6 feet high and are intense enough to slide a bikini down (so I've heard). There are slides for 2+ so you can adventure together. Lazy River is pretty spacious and has floaty chairs -game changer. Not sure how I can go back to a standard tube after that. Loungers, chairs and picnic tables were available first come first serve. The reserved areas were booked up but we found the perfect location for all five of us. Sun and shade with the nearest bartender just a few steps away. The Mai Thai and Rum Runner were absolutely delish. Was happy to see hard cider available. Disney's magic is keeping the park clean and beautifully landscaped all day long. The water was always that perfect cool and refreshing temp, and crystal clear. Cast members always remind me why Disney is the best.

Cons: 1) no express lines; 2) limited food options, and poor quality of food; 3) the joints between the slide sections were very rough. I could feel every connection hitting my back, which made the ride painful instead of enjoyable. Advice: 1) bring water shoes or even better water socks, flip flops you have to hold in hands and sometimes it's very inconvenient; 2) waterproof phone holder for neck; 3) sunscreen, I got burned in 2 hours;
