For my budget, that's a lot for a birthday cake. I probably would've paid less if I had taken the recommendation of the baker and bought a smaller cake for the number of guests, but the birthday boy was with me and he wanted bigger, bigger, bigger. We love Fantasy Bakery, the owner has been making our cakes now for two years. We found this place when we had ran out of options and needed a cake for our baby's first birthday. They made us a mermaid cake and cookies that was absolutely beautiful and tasty. This year, the owner was able to make us a Mickey Mouse themed cake and cookies on short notice. It appeared they specialized in cake orders and cake designs. My purchase went for 2 cake pops and a slice if their chocolate cake. Since I wasnt ordering a cake, I would at least give their slice of cake to try. Which I took to go. I know they make all of their own cakes but this cake slice was compatible to a Safeway cake. The first cake I ordered for my Son's 2nd Birthday (July 2018) was three years ago- Baby Shark themed cake. My niece's 1st Birthday was last month (May 2021) and a week before they had me find a cake because the Baker they had in mind was sick. I had sent them the picture of what I would like it to look like and the colors I wanted, they nailed it beautifully. It was definitely worth $260! The theme for my niece's 1st Birthday was Abby from Sesame Street. The first picture was the one I sent them and the second picture is the cake we got, I just asked that they add on a third layer.
