They have big mushrooms and variety in the soup and they don't have a ton of tofu filler. Perfect! The rolls I got were Sweet Potato Tempura, the Salmon Avocado roll and the Tuna Avocado Roll. The fish is fresh, and I love that they are good portions so the price actually feel justified. I ordered food there so I could look around and the sushi chef was cleaning the work station and the knives- everything was clean and in order and looked fresh. We can't wait to come back and try some of the Chinese dishes since looking at other customers plates- they looked delicious and fresh!
