Plus it had a crooked center I never noticed until months later. I asked for lower sides and Carlos did just that as well fixed the crooked center. NOBODY had done hat reshaping in Lomita or even LA County before LPK hats. I was contemplating making a trip out-of-state to reshape my hat LOL. This option is far cheaper than buying a new hat, and the customer service here is great. I didn't take a before pic, but I will include a photo of a different hat that has the same shape as my straw hat used to.

Despite waiting patiently, not a single employee acknowledged me. I eventually decided I didn't want to spend my money somewhere I felt invisible. I left and went to Sports Treasures, where I was greeted right away and spent $160 there instead. I'm not sure if the lack of acknowledgment was because I'm a woman, but either way, the experience was disappointing and unacceptable.
