There were no waitresses only bar staff - no one informed us if we needed to order at the bar or if there would be a waitress coming to take our order. We ended up walking up to the bar and just ordering our food where they then told us they were out of burgers, mac n cheese and pizza. Mind you this was at 5:30 PM on the night of an event - no restaurant in Patriot Place should ever be out of the basic food at dinner time on the night of an event - who runs out of burgers?! While waiting at our table for over an hour we never received any food, no update from staff on the wait, and then pretty quickly we started seeing all the tables around us start getting upset with the staff over not getting food and when it did come (for the one table), it was all cold and not cooked! Honestly, I have never been to a restuarant and seen such bad service, bad management, and lack of organization. No one there seemed to know what was happening, when or why the food wasnt coming out, no manager came up to talk to us or the other tables and apologize for the wait, or comp food. After having 1 hr 20 mins wasted of our time, with a 3 and 4 year old hungry and anxiously waiting to go into the Monster Jam event, we left. This place sucks! The pizza was actually very good. The service here was very good as well. There's only two things I didn't like was that the staff need to be more mindful of fast racers trying to pass and then those racers not moving over or being penalized. The second was there are different speeds the cars are set to "Semi-Pro" and "Pro" and if there is someone under 16 or 18 years old in the race you get put to a slower "Semi-Pro" speed, which isn't as fast or fun for more competitive racers. A couple recommendations for first timers. - Arrive earlier because check in and waivers does take some time especially if there is a line. - $7 annual racing fee you have to pay - Watch the screens for when you race is up. - It's based on lap time not positioning - Please move over if someone faster is bumping you trying to get around - You may be sore the next morning.
