(Updated Rating) UPDATE: I am updating my review because Farm 12's customer service completely blew me away! After my initial review, management proactively reached out to make things right. Not many restaurants take active measures to leave a better impression, and I 100% want to support their incredible service. We returned on a Monday at 11:30 AM and had a spectacular experience. The weather was beautiful, so we enjoyed the stunning outdoor seating area by the fountain and florals. Because it was a quieter weekday, we were seated immediately, our server was incredibly kind and attentive, and our food came out in just 15 minutes! We ordered the Fried Cod and French Fries, which was fried to absolute perfection (perfect batter, crispy outside, soft/warm inside). The fries were spectacular, too. I only wish the sides of coleslaw and pickles were a bit larger. We also had the Salmon Farro Bowl, which featured beautifully cooked salmon and a nice medley of veggies and avocado. It was a little bland for my personal taste, but it is a fantastic, clean option for health-conscious diners. My first visit was clearly just a fluke due to a busy weekend crowd. I truly appreciate their proactiveness in reaching out, the beautiful ambiance, and the excellent food. I will definitely be visiting again!

2nd time eating here and it was another great experience. I ordered the cowboy burger and it was flavorful, cooked to order and tasty. Meat was juicy, bun was buttery, and the toppings werent too much. The fries were even better. Service was also good. Its a little on the pricier side. It overall, a great experience. I will definitely be back and would recommend to others, especially to those with young kids as there is a nice playground nearby.

Still one of my favorite spots. Great food, great service, and consistently a great experience. Just adding a few more photos from our latest visit!

Love the food, ambiance and excellent service! We ordered small plates for sharing and drinks! Sat outside and enjoyed the sight of colorful flowers and the lovely weather. P

Got outdoor seating for a party of two. I will give grace because today was Saturday, Fathers Day Weekend Brunch. Got seated pretty quickly, ended up waiting about an hour for the food in the picture above. Waiters only checked in once.... I have been here about 2-3 times before. But this time was really disappointing. Measly portions and nothing particularly special about this restaurant except for their outdoor seating atmosphere. Would not go back.. :((

I love the food but this is ridiculous. I paid a large amount for a tiny broken and looks to be honest a half eaten slice of cake.

Fantastic dinner with my foodie 16 y.o.!!! We started with the smoked salmon dip that came with toasted bread (nicely buttered and toasted) and crab cakes. Flavors on both dishes were complemented with the various garnish (sweet grape tomatoes for instance with the crab cakes and pickled red onion on the dip). For our Entrees I got the seafood chowder (so fresh and the broth was delicious like butter) and he got the steak sandwich on focaccia. We both "ummmm'd" all the way through the meal. Even the drinks were great!!

Helpful note: This is a very popular brunch spot and fills up fast. We were glad we made a reservation, and by 10am several items were already close to selling out. The Vanilla Rum French Toast was a standout (More Mint Please!). It's flavorful without being overly sweet and the berry compote adds just the right tart balance. The Biscuits & Gravy were rich but not heavy, with perfectly cooked eggs and thoughtful little touches like a blood orange on the plate. Service was attentive without hovering, coffee stayed hot, and everything felt relaxed despite how busy it was. --------------------- Farm 12 This was my first visit to Farm 12 and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Every single dish we ordered was thoughtful, well-balanced, and genuinely delicious. I ordered the Vanilla Rum French Toast, and it was easily my favorite bite of the table. Thick-cut cinnamon swirl brioche, perfectly golden, with a mixed berry compote that hit all the right tart notes without being overly sweet. The whipped maple butter was dreamy, and the maple syrup on the side let you control the sweetness. My only tiny complaint from the entire meal is that I wished it had a little more mint because that brightness really elevated the dish. We also shared the Biscuits & Gravy, and wow. The Marina Bakery biscuit was tender and buttery, the housemade sausage gravy was rich but not heavy, and the eggs were cooked to absolute perfection. Nothing was overly salty, which I really appreciated. The little wedge of blood orange on the plate was such a cute and refreshing touch. My husband ordered the Farmhouse Steak & Eggs, and he was very happy. I stole a few of his country potatoes and they were crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and perfectly seasoned. Service was wonderful. Our server checked on us just enough and gave us space to enjoy our little day date. We've been together a long time and sometimes we just sit quietly on our phones, and it never felt rushed or awkward. When the food arrived, we both immediately put the phones down and dug in. Mimosas were solid, coffee was hot, and I loved that we were able to make a reservation, which I highly recommend. It was already very busy by 10am when we walked in. They were down to only two Maple Bacon Cinna-Sants left, which honestly says everything you need to know. One thing to note is that it does get a bit noisy, even out on the patio. The space was bustling and energetic, which is part of the charm, but if you're looking for a quiet, intimate brunch this probably isn't that vibe. That said, the atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. Jeans and a T-shirt are perfectly fine here. Show up as you are and settle in. Even though this was my first visit, I'm already planning a girls' brunch here soon. Farm 12 is doing brunch right. -------------------- Menu Items from 1/31/2026 VANILLA RUM FRENCH TOAST * 11 Thick cut cinnamon swirl brioche, mixed berry compote, whipped maple butter maple syrup on the side, topped with mint and powdered sugar finish FARMHOUSE STEAK & EGGS * 23 s oz crustea oavelle, country potatoes, two farm eggs any style, sautéed mushrooms, pickled onions, BISCUITS AND GRAVY* * 16 Marina Bakery biscuit, housemade sausage grau, two farm eggs any style, your choice of bacon or sausage HUEVOS RANCHEROS* GF * 20 Two blue corn tortillas stacked with braised beef, rancheros sauce, refred pinto beans, cota, cilantro, two farm eggs any style, pico de gallo BRUNCH ADD-ONS avocado + 2.5 | farm egg +3 country potatoes +6 | seasonal fruit +5.5 bacon or sausage +3.5 | pork shoulder +6

Brunch on a Sunday! Reserved dining got us seated. Nice place for larger parties. Just two people wasn't all that hype and the brunch menu didn't have options that stood out. We dine and enjoyed our food. The toast was delicious but I had better....

An amazing meal at F12. The Short Rib dish and the chicken dish were excellent. Well seasoned and delicious. The atmosphere was excellent as always, casual and welcoming. The service was top notch and dessert, yummmm! If you want an excellent meal, great service and a comfortable dining experience. Then Farm 12 is your place.

Just consistently good. It's been a while since I've last visited and some things have changed. They no longer have the island right at the entrance for the host. Not it's back at the counter which really makes the space more open. I got the BLT again. I can't not get it. It's so good every time. The tartness of the pickled green tomato is just such yum. This time, I got the seasonal soup as a side. The soup was a steak and potatoes soup which was quite hearty and soul warming.

À good restaurant with a wonderful mission. The interior is spacious with plentiful seating. Agree with the recommendation to get in the wait list amd stroll the grounds; this place gets full. We were there on a holiday and it was packed. The food is fresh and good. This is the second time I've had a vegetarian version of a Reuben sandwich and it was good. Could have used more cheese, and the accompanying fries could have been hotter. My dining companions loved their sandwiches, and wound up taking leftovers home. The portions are generous.

It was a long wait but worth it! Went for team lunch and loved our orders. The seafood chowder was delicious! The herb roasted chicken was amazing, it came with juicy chicken and french onions bread pudding which was a first for me! The fish and chips were amazing too! Loved the crispy fish and the fries! The outdoor seating in the cold weather with heater was great.

CC BOMB! Pb/choc cake very dry and too sweet.
