I ordered the buffalo chicken salad (small). They gave you plenty of chicken. I don't know if I'd order it again .

    The "new" Menu in question....

I'm beyond disappointed. My lovely friend is having her bridal party here as I type this. They took our classic farm to fork menus away from us. It felt almost biblical, "the Lord giveth, and the Lord taketh away." Nvm dawg they gave us the menus back. WONT HE DO IT!

Meh, maybe we went on an off day, but I don't get the hype. It took a while for our server to get to our table to greet us, but she seemed to be slammed so I don't fault her on this. Two of us ordered the pork nacho specials and the third ordered a burger. Assuming our nachos were made as soon as the order was sent because they hit the table cold. Portions were good and point for the price, but it lacked flavor. Once we got our checked I had to scratch my head as to why we were charged a credit card fee even before she knew we were paying with our cards. I've never seen the processing fee at an establishment this size, let alone applied before you even use your card. If they're credit only, then a fee shouldn't be charged to the patron if that's the only way to pay. It's minimal, so not worth complaining about but something to be aware of.

Pulled chicken, homemade stuffing, mashed potatoes and fried okra.

Definitely a classic chophouse ambiance and decor. Our server, Eric, took absolutely the best care of us and was ever present without hovering (which is a true talent) but the food? Unreal. Perfect French onion soup, Chilean Sea Bass, center-cut Filet Mignon, an amazing bread plate and strawberry moscato was a delicious meal. The crust added just the right amount of texture without overpowering the quality of the steak. The white truffle mac and cheese was rich and indulgent, while the asparagus provided a fresh, lighter balance to the meal. I also ordered the smoked old fashioned, which was smooth, well-crafted, and paired beautifully with the steak. Bridgeman's focus on prime cuts and classic steakhouse offerings really shows in the execution. Service was polished and attentive from start to finish. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and checked in consistently without being intrusive. Drinks arrived quickly, courses were paced well, and the entire experience felt professional and seamless. Located inside the historic Read House, Bridgeman's Chophouse delivers the upscale steakhouse atmosphere you hope for on a night out. The dining room feels elegant without being stuffy, with warm lighting, classic decor, and a refined energy that makes it equally suited for date nights, celebrations, or business dinners. The setting elevates the experience and makes the meal feel like an occasion.

So there was a good-sized parking lot with alot of parking spaces. I got the Chicken Pad Thai at medium spice and a Thai Tea with boba. My friend and I also split eggrolls. I have to say, those eggrolls were phenomenal. They were just perfect in every way, they had a very crispy golden texture on the outside. The filling was very flavorful, the meat was seasoned well. I loved everything about it and out of the many Asian restaurants I've been to in the area, their eggrolls are my favorite and at the top of my list. My Chicken Pad Thai was decent. The spice level was perfect, flavor was good, and the portion size was very nice. For me, I feel like flavor could've been a little stronger, it just felt weak to me. My entree was okay, not bad at all by any means, but it just wasn't my favorite. It didn't stand out to me. I'd probably go to another place for their Pad Thai rather than here. The Thai Tea itself was delicious, it was sweet, creamy, and still had that Thai Tea flavor that shined through. However the boba/tapioca pearls were very tough. It was very tough and hard to chew. It didn't taste like a fresh batch, they weren't soft and chewy at all so I'm assuming it's from an older batch from a couple hours ago. The inside was alright, there were many tables to sit and eat at. Once we got inside, the server told us to sit anywhere we'd like and order at the front. But once I made my way to the cashier to order, the floor was very sticky. It was noticeable with every step I took. We had a decent experience, but I'm not sure I'd return.

One table was occupied so we were seated quickly. Our server was friendly but very hurried, making us feel rushed. Given we had not been, we needed more time than we felt comfortable taking to decide. We ordered the General Tao's Chicken as well as dumplings for an appetizer. The cook was not as hurried as the server and we did wait for longer than one would expect with only two tables in use. The plating made the food look good, but the taste just did not reach the level we had hoped to find. There was not much taste to the sauce on the chicken nor the heat we've become accustomed to when eating General Tso's Chicken. There was no spice at all. The dumplings were the only redeeming factor for this meal. We decided we will stick with the other Asian restaurant in town. Would go back if friends insisted on going, but this is not a place we are inclined to visit on our own.

On a recent trip to the area, we decided to stop here for lunch after reading the great Yelp…read morereviews. I must admit that the reviews were spot on. Everything about this experience was top-notch! From being seated quickly upon entering, to explaining how the ticket validation thing worked (more info at the end), customer service was some of the best I've been shown. The ambiance is chic but casual-great for both cozy date night or fun family night. Our server was so friendly and patient as we asked questions about the menu. I ordered the grilled salmon with spicy crab remoulade and my guy ordered the smoked wings with a side of fries. I was happy that I was able to select my own sides from the ones on the menu so I opted for the fried Brussels sprouts with maple and bacon and the buttermilk whipped potatoes. After a short wait, our food was brought out. This was truly one of the best salmon dishes I have ever eaten! The salmon was cooked to my liking, the potatoes were soft and fluffy and the fried Brussels sprouts were absolutely divine and perfect. The remoulade was a little salty but it may have been just been my taste. The potatoes helped with that so it was not a deal breaker. My guy was pleased with his food as well and I could tell he enjoyed everything he ate. We agreed that we would take this trip back just to eat this meal again. It was truly a wonderful experience, from beginning to end. I highly recommend trying this gem out! Pro Tip: The restaurant validates parking. If you park in the lot across the street, do not prepay on the app or online. Ask the servers at the front to validate to save the $18 parking fee before you order and within 15 minutes after entering. Unfortunately, we didn't do this and the restaurant cannot reimburse the money after you've already paid. You've been warned!

I wasn't able to tell my server because she was no where near my table, too busy hugging one party that came in, and carrying a platter full of drinks past us, while leaving me without a beverage for 10 minutes after the food was delivered. Nobody checked with us to find out if our steaks were cooked properly. Towards the end of dinner , the server stopped by and asked if we needed a to go box. I complained to her about the steaks and told her I wasn't looking for any sort of comp, but did she get a manager to stop by and find out what was going on, no.
