His name was "Knowledge". He was kind, responsive, and just pleasant to talk with. He blessed our day. I had the pot roast and it was excellent! Reminded me of my mother's and grandmothers pot roast. I also had the green beans, black eyed peas and some of my wife's greens. They were all great! My wife had a sweet potato, greens, black eyed peas. She loved them. We ate everything! If one can't walk that far there is parking around the warehouse that Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen and other shops are located in. It was a quiet afternoon around 2 pm. Our waitress was prompt and answered our questions. I was happy to see they had gluten free bread/buns. I ordered the Whisky and onion smash burger on a gluten free bun and it was so good I tried to replicate the topping with what I had back at the Airbnb we were staying at. When I get home I'll check out the ingredients better and give it another try. I had a side of green beans nicely seasoned with bacon as my side. My husband, bless his heart, ordered the honey pecan chicken salad sandwich on gluten free bread so I could taste it. It was also delicious and he had a side of home fries to die for. We would definitely come back and try more of their menu if in the area again.
