So, I've been to this Farmer boys twice. The first time they lost my order and I sat and watch half a dozen people that ordered after me get their food and leave. I finally asked and they asked for my receipt, gave it to them , and then they made my order. Second time I came in with 3 coworkers to dine in. Two of them got their meal and finished eating and we still didn't have our almost identical orders. Once again when I asked, they asked for my receipt and then proceeded to make my order. And no one even bothered to apologize or offer an explanation. That's it for farmer boys for me‍ UPDATE: Just prior to our leaving, the "person in charge" apologized and provided a card for a free meal on the next visit. It was a bit of a weird explanation that the computer spits out the orders at different times or something strange like that. But a nice gesture which is appreciated. I can not miss stopping here when I'm in the area. I love the breakfast sandwich which you can get with either bacon or sausage, but if you're a carivore like me I recommend getting it with both! It will set you back about 9 bucks but its worth it! I love that it tastes fresh and not frozen like other places I wont mention. Your girl ran out the door without her lunch this morning. I usually hit up Farmer Boys for their Farmer Burger, but not this time. I ordered a Cobb salad, which was pretty tasty. My only mistake was coming here during lunch time, so if you have 40 mins to an hr to spare, just to order and grab your food, go ahead and hit them up during their rush hour. Their staff is usually helpful and have nice attitudes. And don't get the salad, get the Farmer burger, if you are not scared of calories, like I currently am. :( read more

I asked the drive thru attendant if she could charge me correctly. She got upset and asked me why I didn't specify at the beginning. She refunded me the difference and gave me my drink and cold fries. If as customers you want us to pay a premium for your food then we should also get treated with more than glares when asking them to correct an error. Decided to try this location since I was visiting friends in the area. We ate here and I will make this short. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I ordered a pastrami on ciabatta bread because it sounded good. I got my number for the order and drink but all of a sudden the girl working there decided to clean the soda area so I couldn't get anything to drink. 10 min later she is still cleaning and everyone was waiting to get drinks. The food came and still no drinks. Finally I saw a guy tell the cashier to fill his drink from the machine for the drive-thru. Everyone started to fill their drinks with the cashier guy and not once did they tell that girl to speed up her cleaning. I got my food and I was so disappointed!! My wife Duck and I finally had a nice relaxing day off to ourselves. After our morning smoothie bowls Duck had a stabbing pain in her foot. Disgruntled, she suggests we go and buy Crocs, I enthusiastically agree. We have a long drive down to the "City of Commerce" and take a stop at the Citadel Outlet Mall. We pull in, have trouble parking (due to HORRIBLY marked signs) and get out in absolute filth. We begrudgingly walk to check out the Disney outlet and turn the corner to see a humongous line. Herded like cattle. Appalled, we gather ourselves and peruse down the strip. Not getting very far we see countless people without masks. My wife and I are taken-a-back, we look at each other, look back ahead and go on. Seeing every store packed with a line we finally reach the Croc store, we wait in a huge line and are 5th to get in. We see a millennial couple kissing with their masks on? Is this a trend now? Uncomfortably, we enter the store and quickly pick up some Crocs (lilac for me and yellow for Duck). Famished we pass through a vile food court, so we decide to eat somewhere else. We head out and see something interesting on the road. Somewhere called Farmer Boys? Knowing nothing we wait in the drive thru line, with three cars in line they send someone to take orders outside. I think hm? How odd this isn't an Inn-N-Out. The employee comes up to our car and rudely asks for our order. I say, "We don't know our order it's our first time here I need to see a menu." She retorts, "We ran out of menus." Confused I simply ask why I cannot just drive up and look at the huge menu? Having never heard that idea before, she says they'll take my order there. Looking at a rather larger menu, I wonder how she could think anyone remembers it all. We order a Charbroiled Chicken Club and a Natural Burger (both overpriced) from a rude employee over the speaker. We get our food and prepare to eat. Frustrated, we open the bag and see our items. We unwrap and we find ourselves not very excited to try it. I dig into my sandwich and find myself an unseasoned and tasteless small chicken breast. Two bites in I finish the chicken and have only bread (see photo), disappointing to say the least. Duck thought her burger had tasteless meat as well, comparatively to McDonald's it doesn't stack up, horrid hot and stale so called "pickles." Not to mention the absolute atrocity the burger architecture was, all the ingredients were shoved to one side. What is this, the Leaning Tower of Pisa? Fuming, we don't finish our meal. It might be fast, but don't call this place "fast food" - with a surprising 'farm to mouth' slogan, a great variety of options (including healthy ones) and an overall emphasis on using locally sourced foods, this place is a great alternative to your BK or McDonalds run. I've had their burgers and their new salads ... both very filling and both taste (at least to me) pretty fresh. Talk about a busy place! This Farmer Boys is located right next to Costco, which means they get a lot of business. During the day time this place can get really packed, both dining room and drive thru. When I can I just phone order before I head over. I will give credit to the staff for maintaining this location nice and clean. The only negative is that because it's so busy, it can take a bit to get your food. Other than that this a good place to get really good food at. I'll wait a few more minutes for fresh food. Oh and they also have the best burgers around so yeah read more

I suppose you would know a sourdough chicken sandwich comes with bacon plus I paid for extra bacon and I received it with nothing but lettuce went back inside the restaurant to tell them and they proceeded to just add one strip of bacon and return it to me after telling me they were making me a new one.
