We go to Farmer Boys quite often and are happy with the service and the food, we have never had a problem. Also the VIP club saves us money and so does the military discount. We are senior citizens so when we order the fish dinner we split it in half and both get very full. I assumed it would come on one plate but they had already put it on two plates for us, even the salad. We love how we are treated, feel very much at home when we go in. We moved and now live over 10 miles away but still keep coming back to "our Farmer Boys." Another thing that I like is that you all have pepsi and that is my drink of choice. read more

Worst farmer's boy ever. And I eat lunch or dinner at a farmer boy almost everyday in different cities. This is the 2nd time I've ordered a cobb salad here where they did not include the avocado even after I confirmed that they would. This is not a coincidence I believe they're doing it on purpose to get away with the cost. Which brings me to the 2nd complaint that they are $2 more than any other farmer boys for the same order. This place is absolute trash, for 3 cars in the drive through it took almost 40 minutes, I watched them give my food to the car in front of me, watch the guy open the wrapper of the burrito then tell the clerk it wasn't his food, the clerk took it back, rewrapped it after the guy in front of me already touched and and tried to sell it to me half open and cold. I used to love going here until a couple weeks ago! Me and my mom always spend about $40 every time we order here because of their wonderful service and they accept military discounts. We go several times a week until Priscilla from drive thru waited on us. My mom just had thyroid surgery and Priscilla had a hard time hearing her. When we got our order, she ignored our request for ketchup, she gave my mom the most dirtiest look ever when we reminded her about the ketchup which she had us waiting after she practically threw our order at us. We waited at the window for about 5 minutes and she finally when she couldn't ignore us any longer she opened the window. She didn't apologize that she forgot our condiments when we reminded her kindly , she just threw it in the bag. This is sad because it hurt my mom and we called cooperate and the owner never called us back. It was obvious she had surgery and I can't believe how disgusting their employees attitudes are. We never once had a problem and I will call cooperate again. We will never give them business here again because I wouldn't want to bother Priscilla with her rudeness and playing manager. read more

I had a grilled chicken sandwich at the Farmer Boys in Winchester a couple of months ago. It was so delicious. So a few days ago, my daughter and I were out shopping and decided to get some thing to eat. we went through the drive-thru, it was backed up with cars and loaded with people inside. I ordered another grilled chicken sandwich and my daughter ordred a pattie melt with grilled onions and a zuchinni. Her food was fresh hot and tasted great. My chicken sandwich tasted nothing like the sandwich I had in Winchester. No grilled onions, just a few raw, and the chicken was so dry and luke warm. Wow, how can a sandwich be so different from restaurant to restaurant? So my daughter took it back in and said to add lots of grilled onions. They made a whole new sandwich and she brought it out to me. Again, the chicken was barely warm and really dry, but they did put a tiny amount of grilled onions on it. Disappointed again, I wasn't going to go back in for the third time! I am really scared to eat food that's not stored at proper temperatures, and this was not! I ended up throwing it away, and when I got home, I called the manager. She was super nice and offered me a free meal on my next visit. This is the first complaint I have had with Farmer Boys, all their food is really good, but this store needs to work on they way they store, keep, and make their grilled chicken. If I want some thing that's been sitting in a warming bin, I can go to any of the other fast food places for that. Hopefully my next visit will be positive. read more

Three strikes for this location. I've been here three times and there has been something wrong with my order each time. The first time I ordered a chicken sandwich and had to send it back because there was no chicken on it. Assuming that was just a silly mistake I return again. I then ordered a cheeseburger that came was served with a different kind of cheese than it should have been. I then returned for a third (and last) time and ordered a cheeseburger again. It was served with a bun, patties, cheese (the correct kind this time), and sauce. No lettuce, tomato, or onions to be found. I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but I don't have any interest in paying Farmer Boys high prices for my order to be wrong every time. read more

I went to the drive through the other day with my sister and it was horrible service. We waited 20 minutes with nobody in front of us. The burgers weren't completely cooked. The lady asked if we wanted ketchup and ranch and napkins and gave us none and told us they were in the bag. They messed up 2 of our burgers and forgot lettuce when we said we wanted lettuce. I ordered ketchup on my burger and there was like 2 drops of ketchup. It was terrible. read more

The worst experience from any Farmer Boys drive-thru that I've been too. I ordered a veggie burger with an order of fries. After waiting six minutes for my order. I drove away and realized that my fries were luke warm. I contacted the Manager and she asked me to drive back and she would make share that I receive hot fries. Met some friends for breakfast here. Service was so-so. Bacon was cold. Hash browns were very greasy and tasted funky. The toast was saturated with a greasy substance other than butter. The eggs were the only part of my meal that seamed OK. To top it all off, 2 hours later my stomach started to ache and, well lets just say I have had to visit the restroom several times. Went to Farmer boys for breakfast . I requested crispy bacon. She didn't listen so while my breakfast is taken back my husband is eating. The French toast has no flavor and they scoop on a generous lump of margarine ( who's is not natural) and serve imitation syrup. On the plus side the eggs were cooked properly in more imitation margarine! My husbands pancakes were cooked well one side and under cooked on the other. The coffee and orange juice were great. My biggest issue is how they serve food that is not natural and no sign that we are getting served food products I would never put in my kitchen. Prices are standard for a restaurant however this is a fast food restaurant. read more

I'm giving this place one star because I have to and because the food was decent. This is the first and, possibly, last time, I will visit a Farmer Boys restaurant. We came to Farmer Boys because we were in Hemet for a softball tournament. My dad wanted to come here to try the food and since it was Father's day we went where he wanted to go. The service was HORRIBLE! We first got in there and Ruben took our order. He looked so miserable to be at work but it was fine and we went to sit down. We sat down and waited for our food for a decent amount of time. My mom asked the "shift manager" to wipe the dirty tables down and she did but wiped all the crumbs and dropped them on the floor as well as coffee stirrers. When we received our food I specifically ordered a stack of 4 pancakes on the side to share among us; they brought the food and Ruben ordered a slice of French toast in error. We let the "shift manager" know and she told us we would have to "pay the difference for the pancakes since they cost more". This came as a shock to me because at any normal food service place they correct the error no matter what. We asked her why we would have to pay the difference when we weren't the ones who messed the order up. She got an attitude and said "fine, this time I will do it". Next, the bacon on my plate was cold, the hashbrowns on my moms plate were cold. My sister ordered a hamburger with fries and half of the fries were really cold and the other half were lukewarm. They brought my sister a plate of new fries and my pancakes after we waited a while. I have never received such horrible service from anywhere. I wish I would have gotten that "shift manager's" name. She was running around calling her employees "mamita" which was so unprofessional. This company needs to have customer service and etiquette workshops for their employees. read more

Very disappointed! I eat at my local FB and have never been unhappy. I ordered the BBQ Ranch Chicken wrap (I have ordered it many times) and found it inedible. The wilted lettuce was soaked in BBQ sauce - the chicken was cooked weird - the wrap was dry. It was simply awful. Sadly I was well into my 70 mile drive home before I tried it and had no recourse. I get to work open the sandwich the bread is dark brown soaked in grease three fried hard eggs I wanted scrambled just a nasty sandwich.and the drink flat no ice and damn it cost $10.. overpriced overrated place. So tonight at 8:50 my husband and I ordered food. We waited awhile. Then the cashier helda asked us if we heard the rude cook commenting on our food. And how it's so late that he couldn't contain himself yelling and screaming like a mad man. Also last month I ordered south west chicken salad by the time I got home I realized there wasn't any chicken. Another time in Feb we ordered two salads dinning inn and waited over a hour.
