If I could give less of a star I would! Every time I come to this Farmer Boys there is a problem but I always give them another try! Waited 45 mins on a burger and a kids pancake meal! When it finally came out to my table the burger was freezing cold and the pancake was so cold it was stuck to the plate and if they really think it's a hole egg they give they are wrong it was probably about a tablespoon full of eggs! So disappointed in this place! Would not recommend it to anyone! read more

Food has always been good, but the service has gone downhill unfortunately. We went in and there were a lot of new employees. The gentleman that was waiting before us waited longer to get his food then we did and he should have gotten his order before us. He had to go up there and ask them about it. We literally saw 3 or 4 people have to go up and ask where their order was. Cashier was super slow and didn't really know how to handle getting the orders out in between ringing customers up. There was another girl that went on her break while they were busy! I think she could have at least waited and helped them out instead of worrying about her break. Tables were dirty and I didn't see one person clean any of them.I hope the service gets better here because watching all of them work and the way they handled it made me cringe. read more

This place is awful. We went for breakfast and sent toast back three times to have it actually TOASTED. Ridiculous. Who can't make toast?! Finally they said the toaster was broken and he was grilling it. ON ONE SIDE ONLY. It felt like a stupid annoying prank that was going horribly wrong. This place is pretty much your average Farmer Boys. The food is good. The staff is nice. HOWEVER, it takes FOREVER to get your food, even in the drive thru. I only get 30 minutes for lunch, and the first time I came here I spent 20 of those precious minutes waiting for my food. Call in your order before you get there if you're in a rush. read more

Do not come to this location. There are so many other options literally within walking distance (Five guys, Sushi, Subway, Baker) or of you want to travel over the bridge there is also Chipotle, In & Out, IHope, Dennys, Jack in the Box & Popeyes. We ordered food on May 10th at 5:44pm (Bacon cheeseburger with no tomatoes, Avocado bacon cheeseburger, Ruben* sandwich medium combo with fries and a grilled cheese sandwich). We sat there for about 10 minutes waiting for our order to receive a flat Pepsi, cold soggy fries, a cold grilled cheese sandwich, no avocado burger and a horribly assembled burger that looked like someone dropped it twice. I call to complain about the missing burger which they then tell me to bring the receipt within the next 30 days and they will give me the burger owed. I return later that night (I was traveling down the hill) and what does the cashier tell me "I was expecting you back earlier, we made the burger and then had to toss it. We won't make another one" ummm wth? I NEVER gave them a time or date on when I would return (hence why I asked how long I had to return driving up the pass for JUST a burger is pointless ). I then talk to the manager and he says "We won't give you a free burger" I PAID for that burger and I never got it and he response? "That remains to be seen". Of course I asked for the store number and corporates number ... he knew the phone number but had no idea what his store number was and apparently there was nothing in the store with the number on it (another wtf moment). I will NEVER go to this location again. They essentially stole $7 from me. I hope corporate does something about the staff's incompetence. read more

Always impressed! People forget that Farmer Bro's isn't fast food and at times rate it lower if it doesn't meet their expectation of "fast". This Farmer Bro's is always friendly, helpful and timely. The food is always fresh, and the hot food, hot! We always make it a point to stop either on our way to or from Vegas. Tonight (12/07/19) we were exceptionally impressed with the four female employees running the drive-through and front counter inside. They were cleaning away (like it was their own home, so thoroughly), greeting and assisting customers, and one even went outside and removed shopping carts blocking customer resting parking spaces, and that were also blocking the sidewalk to the restaurant and returned them to Target. Way to go Farmer Bro's employee's, keeping those restaurant in tip top shape and running efficiently. read more

Food is good. Took forever to get. Chick in the front didn't bring us the food and I saw it sitting in the counter for like 10 min. Had to go up and wait for her to finish talking to her friends until she finally looked over and said do you need help. Asked her if she skipped my number and then she said it would be a couple more minutes. When the last think came out. She was still talking to her friends and let it sit for 5 min. Very unprofessional. Usually don't get service like this at farmer boys. Took about 20-25 min total for food to come out. read more

Great food and service! As a family we ordered the Farmer's Chopped Cobb Salad, the 3pcs Fish and Fries, Chili Fries, and the Fish Sandwich. The waiters were attentive and informative. They happily split our salad, which was tasty, fresh, and well stocked with the ingredients listed. The Fish was great tasting with a delicious fried coat on top, and was seasoned very well. The chili was bland and lacking spices, on top of deliciously fried fries. We will definitely be coming back! read more

All that time and still nothing. I asked for the corporate number and the not so bright person at the window had to ask her boss. And guess what?! Its the local number there. Take from this what you will. Restaurants are entitled charge what they want. But, we just ordered 3 drinks. We wanted large but they only have medium. The cost? $2.59 A PIECE for 3 medium drinks. My husband and I went here a few days ago. Johnny was our check out guy and he was more than upstanding!! He helped an elderly lady get seated and situated. You don't see that very often, especially at a farmer boys. The food were bigger portions than the other farmer boys I've gone to. Everything was very clean and just absolutely amazing. worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!! never again will come this farmer boys. i have a son who has allergies and i had such a horrible time trying to relay to the guy at the drive thru window that all i wanted was a plain burger w double meat,lettuce and bun only. no sauce,nothing else. the order taker than says "would you like bacon and avocado?". i said nooo, i then repeated exactly what i previously ordered and you know what he said? he said "then you would like a bell ringer", i thought to myself "dude,id like to reach through the speaker and wring your bell". id never do that but i was simply thinking it. i then said i dont care what you call it, i just want " a double meat,lettuce and buns". i thought ok he should get it by now. he said no joke - would u like bacon and avocado or cheese?." seriously?? my 10 yearld old daughter and 14 year old son were dying laughing in the background and said omg,really!?. i started looking around just to see there wasn't cameras around just to make sure i was getting "punked". seriously. i took a deep breath and said look all i want is a plain hamburger w lettuce only. yep,u guessed it he said " you mean you only want the burger w nothing on it?" - doh!!?? i calmly said "that's it." this nightmare order took a lovely 5-6 minutes. longest 5-6 of my life. i will not even go post what i requested before i ordered, it was very reasonable request that any acting mgr would have honored in place of what was lacking that day ( they we're out of natural burger patties). once i got my reasonable request shot down, i knew i was in for a treat when i was going to place my order. anyways, that was my experience and i'm sticking to it. managers don't even bother trying to contact me to rectify the problem. use this as hindsight and learn from this experience to cater to your customers and to "listen" to their requests as simple as it may sound. regards, tired of desert service and trash read more

Stopped by at night for a burger. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I could not decide whether to have regular fries or onion rings. The cashier suggested half fries and half onion rings. I would not have know I could do that if he hadn't suggested it. They brought the food to our table....the burger was great and so where the onion rings. Worst service! I stood in line behind ONE customer for 13 minutes because the one employee on register didn't know how to load a gift card. Several other employees were just standing behind the counter. No one ever acknowledged us. Finally she completed the first customers order and walked away. We now had a line of six people. She didn't look at us or say hold on, she just walked away. Turns out she went and clocked out and came and sat in the dining room with food on her phone. I have waited to write this, did not want it to come from a place of anger. I used to Love it here, (Burgers are great) have not been in a while for calorie reasons, so I decided to go on my cheat day(which is a big deal),had the fish and chips which I used to. At the the last piece of fish, when I bit into it there were bones, instant GAG reflex and ruined my meal, also one sticking out of the top. I took it to the counter, to show it to them, and to explain I was now nauseous, she threw it away, and stated the policy is to reimburse for one piece of fish, the whole meal should have been comped just to show good faith and save a customer. I have never heard of this rule before, anywhere but will not be returning. :-( read more

Went to Farmers today at Hesperia in the Target parking lot. I'm not sure what's going on with today but the food was horrible. The eggs were cooked too hard the hash browns were dry the hot cakes were overcooked and burnt they weren't a golden brown. And we received our food in less than 5 minutes which makes me believe that it was not cooked fresh as usual. For some reason today the quality at this location was not up to standard. The gentleman that came to the window was wearing gloves and then he disappeared and some other gentlemen came to the window to give us the food. I hope the guy wearing the gloves didnt prepare our food. I have been to this location several times and have never experienced such horrible food. read more

Beyond dissatisfied. I just got home with my order from the drive thru and half of my order wasn't there. It took me 30 minutes to get home and I found out my dinner wasn't there. (My fault for not checking the bag. It's ridiculous for me to think a salad and a sandwich is hard to fulfill) When I called back, she said casually "oh yea, we forgot your order. Its here, you can come get it and we will give you a soda or fries" hahahahah. An $8.00 sandwich and 30 minutes back, and another 30 minutes to get home and you will give me a soda? 90 minutes and I will get a soda. UNBELIEVABLE!! Then she had the nerve to tell me she didnt like my attitude (yes I was annoyed with her cavalier attitude) I told her I owned a business, and that if I inconvenienced a customer (and yes I have made mistakes as well), I would be comping their order (and yes, I have comped customers their order to fix my mistake). Well, no go! So I suggest to everyone NO GO!! I'm not driving across town for $8.00 or a cold sandwich and a .20 drink (their cost). Let not talk about the salad I ordered with no tomatoes that was loaded with???? Yes, tomatoes. There is 25.00 down the toilet. We work hard for our money, and apparently Farmers could care less!!
