i Love IHOP but my familia and i have been to this particular location on several occasions and ever time we come here to eat it takes over 25 minutes to get our food and when it arrives it is cold and the portions are small/stingy, ever time! I'm not sure what's going on over there but if they don't get their act together, I doubt they will last especial when I can drive down the road to the other IHOP and eat where the food is always hot and plentiful. read more

This place was so clean inside, food was outstanding and so was the service. They now have GF pancakes and waffles which I so appreciated! Food was hot, not greasy and cooked to perfection. Literally, the worse Dennys ever! I placed an order online for pick up at 12:15pm. My husband said at 12:35pm it was still not ready, even though online it said it was ready since 12:20pm. When I called the store at 12:45pm, they said the entire order was ready except 1 thing, which means that my entire order was going to be cold. I asked for a refund and the manager gave the run around and said it's all through a 3rd party online ordering system and kept offering to remake everything. No thank you, not to wait another 45min. My husband has been at work since 3am! I asked for them to remove the tip since we aren't being serviced and again, he continued to blame the online ordering system. So I got off the phone and called the online service center. I was told that the manager 100% could have refunded our money so we can eat somewhere else and that the online ordering system IS accurate with wait times and it's the store that dropped the ball on the order. I have tried eating inside 2 times prior as well and their servers are all rude, don't smile, look like they hate their jobs and lack customer service. They are very abrupt. Do not go to this Dennys. Wow such a disappointment here, this is my first time coming here after moving up in this area. Although it's packed I understand the pressure that the employees are going through I get it! I work at fast food all the time but there is no need to be rude when the other person is being polite. I asked about changing seats because my butt was halfway out. After a shopping trip at Walmart we were hungry and couldn't decide what to eat, thankfully I decided to have dinner at iHOP (because what's better than pancakes for dinner). Before we arrived I downloaded their app and saw that kids eat free at iHOP after 4:00pm, so that was a pleasant surprise! Every hostess and server we interacted with during our visit was so nice! Our server refilled our drinks several times (which is always a plus in my book). I'm slightly addicted to their cupcake pancakes and have had it at several different locations nationwide and this location is up to par with the rest of them! Food was cooked and served quickly! Stopped here for breakfast last Thursday. My wife had pancakes, over medium egg, hash browns. It came with a sasage, bacon and a small piece of ham. Pancakes couldn't melt the butter. The egg was over easy. The hash browns were warm, but not brown. The meats were good. I ordered French toast with sasage. The French toast was also cold and couldn't melt the butter.
