Manager Vanessa = FAIL! I come to this farmer boys all the time. The food is good... But as anyone who goes to restaurants knows frequenting a restaurant is not just about the food it is about the experience. The restaurant wasn't busy... There was a table flipped upside down outside (I know the whole Covid thing) . I was on a motorcycle. I asked the manager if there's anyway we could flip the table up so I could eat a meal. She said no they flipped it upside down. I asked her is there anyway we can get a table and chair outside... she said no there are no tables or chairs to take outside, (there is a clear outside dining area at this farmer boys) I asked to speak to the manager... She said I am the manager. I don't know who "they" was... As if she is not the manager. Anyway because the food is good. I will keep coming back. But management really is a big part of a restaurant. Oh boy! I really don't like giving bad reviews, especially about Farmer Boys because usually they're spot on. Long story short. I ordered two Cobb salads (which are cheap) and when I took them home they were far below the standard of Farmer Boys. No avocado, no cheese and mostly lettuce. I am very disappointed with my recent order with Farmer Boys. I love their Cobb Salads and when I usually purchase one at least once a week. Well, I ordered two salads a few weeks ago and it was pathetic. These salads were way below Farmer Boys usual standard. Neither salad had egg, and one had no avocado! It was mostly lettuce. When I buy these salads I usually share it with my husband. Neither salad was enough to share. I contacted them directly and was told that I receive coupon for a free combo. I never received it. We ordered the Chicken Avocado Bacon Sandwich, Onion Rings, a drink and a Big Cheeseburger, Zucchini and a drink. Drive thru was very efficient and friendly, wait time was good. I've visited this store since It opened more than a decade ago. The food is always properly prepared and with ample portions. Their HUMONGOUS Onion Rings are the best in Southern California if not the west coast. Their big boy cheeseburger has all of the right ingredients. The other day we grabbed the Denver Omelets for breakfast. They were filling and warm when we got back to the house. I have to say that the VIF Rewards App needs a little work but it is still great to be able to collect your rewards and use them at the window. read more

Recently just went to this location. Alyssa is the person who took my order and cashier she cool at first but seemed like she was in a rush. She hands us the box and food and says "here ok bye" like really? Then I get home and realize 1 of my burger is missing. My boyfriend and I decide to call and just let them know they forgot our burger. Bianca answered the phone put my boyfriend on hold for 5 minutes. Then Donna the "manager" gets on the line and advised us to take the whole box with all the food in it so they can "remake" all of the food again. Then she hangs up on my boyfriend. I call back and ask to speak to Donna again I let her know she hung up on me and I wasn't finished talking. First time here. Place looks like a mixture of a mom and pop restaurant and chain. Guess it's both. Anyway, employees were nice. Restrooms and tables were clean. Now on to the food: The Farmerboys Burger. Two patties, bacon, melted cheese, guacamole, onions, pickles, lettuce, tomato, and burger spread. The meat was nicely grilled. I prefer my meat to be medium rare, but the well done meat was a nice change. It was very flavorful. The bun was soft. The melted cheese was fantastic! The pickles were crunchy. The bacon was just wow! And I don't really like bacon. But this was some good bacon. So while I was devouring my food, I heard a loud bang and asked my sister what that was. She mentioned that every time a customer is satisfied with their experience, they ring the bell located at entrance. Oh yeah, you better believe I rang that bell more than once! The last couple of times the food has been disgusting! Tonight my hubby went to pick up an omlett for me and pancakes for himself. Well the eggs weren't cooked, the cheese was thrown on top like an afterthought and to make matters worse and a health hazard, my Hubby's pancakes weren't even cooked (see pic) they were swimming in pancake batter!
