The milk was well textured and the temperature was good. Perhaps it was slightly closer to a cappuccino it was very tasty and the flavor was smooth and delicious. If you are in the area perhaps visiting the old Mint or looking at the state House, this is an excellent, close by spot to get your coffee fix.

Currently they have send me a double order and are prepared today to sent me yet another order. They do not answer their emails or their phone. No idea what is going on but endless supplies of 5 pound bags of coffee every few weeks is not what I want. I will cancel my subscription, membership and never order again. (I'd burn their shirt as well but it's a pretty nice t-shirt). My advice is to never order anything from them. Perhaps they will get customer service straightened out but as of the last two months it is a nightmare. New- I sent 19 emails with the exact same information-a notice showing a new shipment of coffee mirroring the order I received two weeks ago and asking them to cancel- and this Yelp review. They contacted me via email assuring me the order was cancelled, when my next delivery was due, and thanking me for my years of service. My guess is a negative Yelp review impacts them. I like their coffee. I like the fact some of the money goes to eye cancer research. But beware, you are on your own to handle subscriptions and shipments. And because they answered my emails after multiple weeks of wrestling with this I doubled their star review- from one to a two.,,,,,,,,, For reasons known only to me I am changing my review from 2 star to 5 star. These are nice people in the midst of a very stressful time.

One barista was friendly enough, but the other didn't seem very pleasant and appeared to be running late, rushing in just before my mom and I walked in. Not the welcoming I had hoped for. The bagel sandwiches were just as good as I remembered, but the coffee was just okay. The flavor was a little dull and tasted more like cream and sugar than coffee. The shop is still nice and clean, but it doesn't feel like the cozy place I usually look for in a small coffee shop. I saw pics of celebrities like Terrance Howard and Jeremy Renner sitting on the quaint little bar stools inside. Roasting House has officially entered the coffee chat room! On my first visit, I saw that the Iced Brew special was Carrot Cake. Um? Only my favorite cake! I had the best timing and hit the jackpot! Of course that's what I ordered. It was delicious! The decor is absolutely adorable. It's like a beautiful Victorian feel to it. It has beautiful furniture, pictures on the wall, and they have coffee, jewelry for sale and other items. Additionally, they roast their coffee beans on-site with a large vintage roasting machine towards the back of the shop. The place definitely has an elegant, antique-like ambience that fits perfectly with VC. They also serve various baked goods, bagel sandwiches and other breakfast items. You will have a great start to your day by coming here first. Service is impeccable and the staff is super friendly. As you go towards the rear of the shop, there is a beautiful patio that overlooks Virginia city and the streets below C Street. It's a perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast item. It's very peaceful with beautiful scenery and they've added some rustic patio furniture. Tasted perfect! Walked the wonderful town of Carson City and returned for dinner. I had the best turkey sandwich in years. A gripping southwest turkey sandwich with bacon and cheddar. I chose a rich, snappy Cabernet (that I wish I would have grabbed the name of). I had one of the most enjoyable dinners accompanied by a wonderful guitarist, ever.
