I had driven by many times, but this was first chance I got-got food with great anticipation-you know, good ol' farmers barbecue! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Jeremy and his team catered a client event for me and the service was exceptional, but the food was even better. The Cuban was very good, even though generally the meat is a combo of pork and ham. Fries were good. Walking on crushed stone made it difficult for me recovering from broken leg. Friend had Philly steak that he enjoyed. Unfortunately for him, there was no ice in the iced tea. Everyone was friendly. Setting is all outside seating. Did I mention the crushed stone? We are visiting this town. Found this place instead of Mexican food. I am glad we switch. We ordered Farmer Mac. Macaroni cheese topped with pulled pork (juicy and tender), baked beans and candied bacon. Good portion and filling. My wife ordered the grilled cheese. Its has the pesto and tomato filling. My husband and I travel extensively across the U.S. and we love to local spots. We just passed this little food truck spot, Farmer Brown. They had a great variety of food choices. I had the grilled chicken wrap and my husband had the Cuban sandwich. We were both very thrilled with our choices. The food was fresh, and very delicious. The outside seating was very relaxing. I was delighted to find Farmer Browns had ribs. My son and I went there for the first time tonight for dinner, and we weren't disappointed. I found the food delicious. Like always some people gotta be negative. Because their lives are negative. But food is excellent , workers are nice. I believe place is pretty darn clean. To say one more good thing prices are very affordable. We live in an area where many people think quality is a 6.00 burger at one of the chains. I ordered the prime rib sandwich. Kind of hard to mess that up. It was straight up a slab of hard overly well done prime rib thrown on a bun with cheese. It was supposed to have horseradish which I thought would be on the side. Nope, none to be found. So half way through trying to chew through my tough sandwich I got a hint of horseradish. It must have been like a mild Arby's horsey sauce that was hidden with the cheese. My significant other ordered the brisket sandwich. Should be easy to do for a BBQ joint right? Nope. It was advertised as slow roasted. He compared it to warm beef jerky. So I laughed at him and said it can't be that bad.... Well then I tasted the meat. Oh my gosh. It literally was hard warm beef jerky. Everything must be microwaved. I was about to be done eating my fries which were decent.....when i looked down and the half eaten sandwich and saw a hair in it, and I had to spit out the rest of my food. While we were leaving....we saw the girl who took our order shoving garbage into a can outback and pushing it down with her bare hands. She then quickly ran to the front where she began taking more orders without washing her hands....and yes we also saw her touching food earlier ...so grossed out! read more

My favorite meal of the week! Pulled pork sandwich was the best I ever had. Added curly fries they were yummy like fair fries. Atmosphere was fun, it was a beautiful afternoon. The only seating is outside, there are picnic tables - feels like a meal at the carnival. Finished up with a strawberry shortcake I shared with husband. They offered tons of different kinds of sandwiches, so many sounded good, wish we were here long enough to try them all. Excellent food at a great value, I highly recommend. Got the prime rib sandwich and the bun was so soggy you couldn't eat it, deep fried pickles were gross not sure what they were coated in. Bbq sauce on the ribs was soso sweet baby rays is better. The shrimp were big and ok. The strawberry shortcake was good but could of used a few more berries. Price for two meals was 41.00. Best ribs in town. Not wimpy but big country cut pork ribs. The sauce is great. Try the root beer float. Nice change of pace. The only negative, it's cash only. Last visit I tried the Philly cheese steak. Very authentic (I'm from Philadelphia). Would definitely recommend. read more

Tonight I had the bar-b-q ribs for dinner. So tasty! Huge. I could only eat 1 of them and had to save the other for another meal. Cole Slaw is delish. My favorite is philly steak and cheese.
