Jason was able to diagnose the issues in literally seconds and he kept me aware of the process and I didn't feel in the dark about anything. He also recommended the metal end plates since they typically last 15 years and he said mine needed replacing. I accepted that repair and he suggested replacing the rollers but i declined that as it would have made it a higher cost than I was comfortable paying.
