Then a musician friend of ours past away and we asked Maggie to make us a Fender Bass Guitar Floral ,not only was it perfect and detailed she delivered fast and priced it honestly and fair . Another person suggested Phillips Florist but they were 4 times more and acted like they really did not want to do it. I received a large bouquet as a gift and it was stunning! I loved the colors, the aroma, and the overall ascetics of the arrangement. It was clear that the individual blossoms were chosen to bloom in a predictable manner and which would enhance the beauty of the arrangement over time. This is why I was disappointed when it began to wilt in less than 24 hours after it was delivered. I called the next evening with the intention of to inquire about how to tend to the arrangement so that it could regain its former glory. I used to have nice experiences with Fasan's but they absolutely ruined my Valentine's Day. I had arranged for flowers to be sent to my girlfriend at work (which is only about a mile away from their shop) and they did not deliver the flowers on time. When I called in the middle of the day to check the delivery status they told me there was nothing they could do about it, they wouldn't even give me an estimated time of arrival. She had already left work and we had to drive back to pick them up. Then it turned out they delivered the wrong flowers so I called back and they told me they would come to my house and switch the flowers for me. Nobody ever showed up so 3 hours later I called again and they told me I would have to come to the shop if I wanted the flowers fixed even though they were already closed because it was 7PM. Even after they "fixed" the flowers it was still not even close to the arrangement I ordered or even worth what I paid for them. The flowers they added were not even bloomed flowers they were stems of buds. I then told them to keep the flowers at that point I just wanted my money back and the owner refused and instead tried to send me away with a dozen roses that I had no use for. The lack of care for their customers completely surprised and apauled me. I will never do business with them again. read more
