I went in to get a fill which cost me $35 Why I'm not sure at all. My tips where white and the nail tech felt the need to polish over the tips. I did get them to cut down so I saw maybe why she wanted to polish over them but really just suggest maybe we do a full set. I mean you not saving me any money anyway with a $35 fill charge. Each time I come in to get my nails or toes done their is a wait but it worth it to just wait it out. They do an excellent job on my toes and nails. The staff are all really nice and helpful. Their pedicures are off the chain and the serve drinks. Its a great place to just go to unwind and get pampered. The location is great too. The only downside is wait time and no children's chairs for pedicures . read more

I used to love coming here but lately it's too busy and they rush through your nails and toes. We walked in for a mani pedi and they told us to make an appt for 2 hours from then and come back. That's what we did. Well when we got there they were even more busy and getting ready to close in the next hour. The last time I went the girl doing my nails, she's not Vietnamese she's almost Hispanic with long hair and I even want to say she's one of the managers, told me to hurry up and pick a color for my sns because she was ready to go home. i normally wouldn't write a review , but I came in and while the nail tech was doing my nails she cut me , & blamed it on me because of the condition of my nail . I had asked to take my nails off and apply SNS to my nails with a tip and coffin shaped . In the picture you can see it is not coffin shaped and I was charged 10$ more for the shape that is just a regular square shape . She blamed me for not telling her my nails were lifting up at the top when I obviously needed a fill in & her being a nail tech she should have analyzed my nails before preforming any services to my nails . there was another tech that was nice and took care of me afterwards . Lacking customer service! The girl that did my pedicure was down right rude. She shoved my feet where they needed to go rather than asking me to move them. She scrubbed my big toe so hard that it hurt to walk. When she put on my sandal she hadn't done a clear coat and so I asked her about it? She replied " I'm not done" rudely. Uh ok? My bail polish chipped within 2 days. Good thing I don't live in Newnan or I would have gone back to have them redone. Save your money don't go here. read more

This is the place to go if you want your monies worth. The prices are great and the staff is even better!!! If I lived in Georgia, this would definitely be the only place I would go for my eyebrows, eyelashes and nails. (All for under $100) I wish you guys were in Arizona! This place drives me batty. They have good nail techs, but the owner does not respect appointments. Even though I'm a regular, the typical wait after the scheduled appointment time is. 10-20 minutes. I have lots of time to write this review because today it's 30 minutes. This just means my tech would have had a 10 minute break prior to my appointment, but instead they slotted a walk in into the time I reserved. Which was not the time I requested, actually. I accepted what they said he had available, but if they had actually given me the slot I had requested, apparently he would have been ready! In case you're wondering if this appointment time flexibility is reciprocal, it is not. Once I showed up 12 minutes late for my appointment, and they gave away my tech to Someone else because I was a "no show". So, apparently they think they are doctors here. Now I'll sit quietly for the rest of my 30 minute wait. read more

The nail salon was clean but very much like a factory. The salon was busy at 3pm on Friday so when I walked in I put my nail and number down and I was able to go shopping until they were ready for me. That was nice because I didn't have to sit in the shop and wait. The nail tech was nice and did a pretty good job. But when she finished painting my nails she just said bye and walked away. She didn't direct me to the hand dryers nor does she help me with my bags. I did that all on my own. I wasn't too happy about that. Also, the polish selection was horrible. I would have expects more OPI and Essie colors. The selection was disappointing. Not to mention the quality of the polish that was there. The colors were diluted which I hate. I think if they get better polish in there it would increase their rating. read more

I brought my 7 year old in with me for us to get pedicures. She has been with me lots of times before. We had to wait 20 minutes, which is pretty normal. When we were brought back to our chairs next to each other my daughter noticed quickly that her chair didn't work. It wouldn't even slide forward for her feet to be in the water. When the woman came over to start her pedicure, I told her the chair didn't work, can you please move us to a chair that does. The woman said no! She said let's have her stand! I said no, we will leave and go somewhere else. Another employee quickly came over and asked what was wrong, I told her and she said oh she didn't understand. We can move her chair. They filled another chair, my daughter sat in it and-- it also didn't work. I put on my shoes and said we would go somewhere else. On the way out another woman said oh we just need to reset the chairs. At that point I was over it. The fact that they originally told my daughter to stand really upset me. I would have gladly paid the $18 for a kid a pedicure if she received the entire experience. They didn't seem like it really bothered them that we left. They have lost my business as I found an amazing place for my daughter and I to get our nails done! Be aware of broken chairs!! read more

I was not so pleasantly surprised to find out after my service that the gel pedicure I requested was $40+ dollars...my fault for not asking. Don't expect for them to tell you. Thought from the reviews that this would be great place to go with my mom. Technicians hardly spoke to us and rushed through the manicures. No hot towels. No massage. The pedicure I had was ruined within 5 minutes of leaving the building. My toe nails were still not dry after 3 hours. This is the same problem I have had in the past with manicures. I had gel powder with gel color for my finger nails during this same visit. Two days after I had my nails done the gel came off of one nail. I had an extremely bad experience here and would highly NOT recommend it to anyone! The older lady working on my pedicure essentially made fun of the skin on the bottoms of my feet and then laughed about it with the other three employees around her making me feel extremely uncomfortable. What a terrible experience! Tipton (male/distracted, had to be asked x3 for his name--mumbled name---I would mumble my name, too if I gave such dreadful pedicures). He hurt me twice (I mean like hurt). He had the temerity to text while working on my pedicure! The worst part is that I still tipped him---don't know why, but I can't NOT tip people. My reason for having a mani/pedi was 1)I needed it 2) my daughter was having a very long surgery at Cancer Treatment Centers of America, which is SO close by. I needed to get out of that hospital and relax--cell phones allow this--thank goodness! Needless to say this was not the spa treatment that I paid for and expected. Oh...if you are a patient on active chemotherapy at CTCA---avoid this place entirely. They are also known as Couture Nails (that is what the front of the store says). If my white cell count/platelets were down, I would NEVER risk coming here. Buyer beware. There are plenty of other places to go to and in the next 6-8 weeks that we must be in this area, I will be checking them out. read more

I NEVER write reviews but I got this account just to do so! My experience here was like no other experience I've had at any other nail salon! I was greeted by a very nice lady. I think her name was Marisa. She spoke good english, though. The place is very clean and elegant. The workers are friendly. And they have a wide variety of colors; in regular polish and gel. I do wish they had Essie products, but who doesn't like OPI. I noticed they each have their own makeup box in which they store their tools. (I thought that was very neat) And all their tools were in their own sanitized bags, which I LOVED because most salons don't do that. They bring out all the different lotions, masks, and scrubs out on trays and they have a wide variety of pedicures as well! I got the Elegant pedicure which had a purple scrub that smelled AMAZING and this blue mask which felt cool to the touch. They wrapped my legs with hot towels afterwards and my legs felt like it had Icy Hot on it, but it felt nice! lol! The massage was WONDERFUL and best of all, my tech spoke English!! Hahaha! I know that sounds a little racist, but we all know how that goes. (I HATE when they speak Vietnamese. I always feel like they're talking about me) On top of that, my tech was very attentive to my needs and we conversed the whole time. I can't remember her name. It starts with a K or C. I believe it was Kayla or something, but I do remember her having a heart tattoo on her wrist and she's really pretty with really pretty makeup. So when you guys go, ask for her! She's a sweetheart!
