He offers OEM parts at double which I declined. His quoted price had ZERO hidden fees and included tax!!! He finished in less than the quoted 15 minutes while dealing with walk-in customers, answering the phone and maintaining excellent customer service. The lady seemed very nice as well. They asked her to buy an additional premium screen knowing that it would not fix the speaker problem charging her an additional $80 for it. Update on previous review, phone finally shut off and wouldn't turn back on after all the overheating problems. Took my phone to a different repair shop. Hardware was damaged, all internal parts were aftermarket including the failing battery that was constantly overheating my phone and failing to a hold a charge. I knew the first time i left that shop that my phone was noticeably heavier, they took my oem battery which was in perfect condition (iphone 12 not even a year old) and swapped with aftermarket cr*p for absolutely no reason aside from personal gain. They charged me close to 400$ for a screen repair and casing swap, just to return the phone back to me with a casing that couldn't even hold the screen in correctly and hardware that was either damaged or destined to fail. Luckily had warranty for my iphone and was able to swap for a new one at the Apple store. The repair shop and apple store both confirmed my suspicions about this sketchy place. Apple said that phone wasn't even an iphone anymore considering everything that makes it an iphone was swapped for cheap aftermarket stuff. Save yourself the trouble and don't go here. A screen repair will cost you as many OEM parts as they can get away with, without you noticing. read more

I just want to start off by saying that this may be the most convenient place to have your phone fixed, I also want to add that he may be a low cost to fix your phone. However it is not the best choice I paid for a factory screen but it doesn't seem like this is any better than the aftermarket screen shortly after getting my phone fixed I was disturbed to find that the screen started to lift away from the phone, like completely lift up out of the face of the phone, not to mention glue coming through the ear speaker,&and a cloudy/ foggy Front camera. I am at my front screen was pretty messed up but I rather deal with a cracked screen than A phone that presses buttons by it self calls people by it self & freezes way too often. I have to rely on the talk to text feature more times than any just to send a text message or to type anything on my phone for that matter. Every 2 to 3 weeks I have at least 2 to 3 days of this mishap with my phone. Although these reviews are all answered by telling the customer that they have a 30 day warranty when you are in the store getting your phone fixed they tell you that you only have a seven day warranty and that is exactly what the receipt says so I have no idea where the 30 day warranty came from however my phone is worse than when I dropped it off aside from the screen being repaired. So if you're looking for low price this is the place ! But, if you want to be absolutely sure that it's going to be done correctly, just think twice. It definitely has to be a gamble to go here because I have three friends that have been there and 2 out of the 4 of us are experiencing issues with our phones. It took me a while to write the review, because I definitely do not like to leave dissatisfying reviews. I leave them when I have no choice. If I could put no stars I would. So my boyfriends cousin told me to come to this place and said if I say Veronica referred me then I would only pay $40 for my cracked screen. I go and tell them that, and they told me it would be $70 so I said ok fine it's still cheaper than the mall. I ask how long will it take and they told me 20 minutes. I leave and come back in 15 minutes, I'm thinking ok I still have about 5-10 minutes to wait....nope! I waited 30 minutes! The guy finally comes back and gives me my phone, when I get home I realize I can't hear anything when someone's calling me AND my camera isn't calibrated correctly. So it was even more broken than when I ONLY had the cracked screen. I went to another place to see if they can calibrate it back, they told me yes and no charge. The guy that just fixed the calibration told me I'm missing two screws and the piece that holds the camera together is also broken. NEVER come to this place!! EVER!!!! Yes they have warranty but I shouldn't have to go back and wait another 30 minutes for them to "fix" my phone again! You should have it right the FIRST time and if you break something inside of it then at least replace it!! The guy at the mall who calibrated my phone's camera said it was completely messed up on the inside, these people are a scam! I should've seen the reviews before I came to this place. When I presented my iPhone 8 for glass repair , I was asked if I wanted an original for 80 or a aftermarket for 50. I chose the original. Everything was OK until I realized that the camera was not working. SInce I had warranty I took it to Apple for repair. That's when I found out that the screen that was supposed to be original was also aftermarket with a few apple parts on it. Pls ease be aware. This store does not have OEM apple parts. The Screen did have apple Logos but was missing the Bar Code and had a drilled hole in the silver metal piece which is not on OEM parts read more

I bring the iPad back to show him and they told me they can't help me because they don't know if I dropped it or not?! I paid over $100 for a repair and I bring back my iPad in less than 24 hours and all of a sudden he can't help me. He asked me why didn't I call? Well, they were closed when I got home and noticed it, and I have to work early the next day, I figured bringing it in would be the best thing to do. Besides, what would calling do when they can't see it the damage over the phone. This place is obviously a place to bring stolen phones to sell them or unlock them. Unknowledgable. Unfriendly. Overrated. I walked in here to a line full of people anxiously waiting for their devices; some being told to wait an hour longer than the wait time they were originally given or, like my friend, had to wait days after bringing in his laptop for a simple hard drive fix. Fortunately for me, I only had to deal with these guys for 2 days. Day One: An iPhone with a cracked screen that still turns on... this shouldn't be too hard for them to fix. I was told to come back in an hour and I returned to an iPhone with the same cracked screen and a reappearing Apple logo that won't allow my phone to turn on. I was being asked by a young lady, who appeared to be chuckling at my situation, if I took showers with my phone. I said no but was being told that my phone has internal water damage, preventing them from changing my screen. I've gotten my screen fixed successfully on a separate occasion before so I knew something wasn't right about this. When I came back in the next day to have them check to see why my phone wouldn't turn on, I had to wait over an hour for him to restore my iPhone (something I could have done at home in 5 minutes). When I saw that he had no line of customers to be occupied with I approached him and said that it shouldn't take more than an hour only to have him tell me that he was doing me a favor. On top of that he didn't offer any other solutions to a problem that they caused and said they were not responsible. So you unsuccessfully fix my screen, render my phone useless, don't offer anymore solutions, have me wait an hour and a half, and then tell me you're doing me a favor? That doesn't sound professional to me. When I asked him why would the software on my phone be damaged after an unsuccessful hardware fix, he told me "it happens a lot with iPhone 5S's". That's clearly not the case and I have never heard of any such issue with the 5S. These guys didn't take any responsibility for this and basically tried to wipe themselves clean of the situation. I LOVE this place! I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I've been here 3 times and they always take care of me at a great price. First encounter was my husband dropping and shattering his screen. Then my phone was bent and had some speaker issues and they fixed it for a ridiculously cheap price. And this past week my son threw my phone, popping the corner out and and when I tried popping the corner back in, my screen ended up shattering and yet again they fixed it.
