When I contacted the company, they first told me I would have to pay again if I wanted them to come back and check it. After I posted a negative review on Facebook, someone from the company called me and asked me to remove the review and promised they would take care of the issue. Today I waited about four hours for their technician to arrive. When he finally came, he called his manager and then told me they would not fix anything and that I needed to talk to the manager again. They left without doing anything.
