Ordered a specialized glass size from Mike. He charged me full price and told me it'll arrive in three days and he'd call when it arrives. A week goes by, and no call... So I call him again on a Thursday. He says it'll be here Friday an he'll call when it arrives... Once again no call. I call again. This time he says it'll be here next weekend. Yep, you guessed it no call! I called again... This time no answer and I get voicemail. So i called again from a different number and he picks up... Hmmmm, am I being screened? Now he puts me on hold and says that he needs to check and see if it has arrived. Nope! He says "he forgot" to put in the order and didn't call back (appx 5x) because he lost my number... Finally I said cancel my order and he says I need your credit card number to do that... I said absolutely not. At this point I hung up my phone and filed a dispute with my CC company. This is fireplace glass I ordered for a replacement and it's getting colder out and we can feel the cold air coming through the fireplace. This was a huge waste of time from someone who's either incredibly inept or just a straight out crook! Definitely DO NOT RELY on this place! read more

I used this company for 2 showers and 3 mirrors. I was pretty happy with the price and service and schedule. There were some hiccups like one piece of glass for the shower needed to be re-cut and the schedule for some work was delayed a couple days, but nothing out of the ordinary. My main problem is the quality of the installation was poor. Their caulking of the shower doors and the rubber they used inside the hinges did not match what I wanted and was done very sloppy which makes the whole shower look bad. I don't think it can be fixed without scratching the tile. I would recommend them for mirrors, but for a frameless shower, you should either very carefully oversee the installation of the caulking and hinges yourself, or go to another company that has a more experienced and professional installer. read more

Mike and his crew just finished up replacing 10 very large single panes of glass with dual pane low-e / tempered glass. Started out going to bid with 4 companies (all came from Yelp except 1). Mike was on it from the word go. Good communication, competitive bid, flexible, crew was top notch and very helpful. Because my windows were built into the house (not vinyl retro or new construction) we had to router out about 3/4" of the frame to accommodate for the deeper glass 1/4 to now 1". His team worked right along side me and my contractor. They would help us if needed and visa versa. Would have finished in a single day (which fast for 10 very large pieces of glass - average size 79" x 80"). Except the fabricator scratched the inside glass on two windows (nothing to do with Mike and team). So we placed them in so we could finish cutting frames etc. then the next week (6 days later) he came back and was in and out in about 60 min. Project done! A+ Mike - your team rocks. I would like to give this business ZERO star. I have ordered a tempered glass window for the bathroom and they came to our home at least 3 time to install this small window glass, but it did not have the stamp that must be on the glass to indicate that it is tempered. It took over a month to have only one panel with the stamp and the other panel does not have a stamp on it. Because, the city require the bathroom window glass must be tempered. I am still waiting after over 2 months, and they just empty promises. I will never go there again. read more

Excellent service. I had Fast glass replace the window to my French door after my son cracked the glass by playing badminton with a rock. The French door looks brand-new. Now here is where I think the excellent service comes in. Often times when there is an issue many companies don't know how to rectify the situation.
