Brought my car in for two new tires. I gave clear instructions to keep the plugged, leaking tire off the road, they ignored me and put it right back on the rear and the response was " I told him to do a rotation ". So l drove around still leaking thinking I had another leak when the whole time they put the tires with the plug and slow leak in the back. Had to come back a second day and wait about two hours to get it corrected for a tire rotation. Doesn't that sound crazy !Guess what late two days in a row as a manager of a nation wide remodeling company and they cost me my time ! Clearly a staffing and care issue and hold your staff accountable. Worst part: my rims came back gouged around the lug holes and on the spokes, exactly where their tire machine and impact tools touch the wheel. Went in undamaged, came back damaged. Also my lug nut wheel lock, they said it was stripped and broked it. Didn't offer to replace it for free and how was it difficult when your guy was easily able to remove it the other day and my wheel guy was able to move it easily two weeks ago. YOUR GUY CLEARLY DOESNT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND BROKED IT AND DAMAGED MY WHEELS. I literally painted my wheels after a car wash company put acid on my wheels and now two weeks later I come to a shop that has great reviews I thought I was in the right place and now have damaged rims, no wheel locks and it's very upsetting as I did not bring my car in like this. I trusted in this shop. Also I am a car guy, I have pictures from the previous day showing my rims in normal condition as know they will try to claim it is not their fault. It's my fault, I had a bad feeling from the start especially when I was trying to talk and I kept getting brushed off. I sent them a text and they did offer to fix it. However, I don't trust their staff to do the repair. I saw the shop firsthand, and they don't have the proper tools or materials for the job and these wheels are custom painted on top of that. When I originally came in to replace a tire that was losing air, their staff purposely relocated that tire and damaged my rims in the process. If they were willing to do that, I have no confidence in letting them repair my wheels , and I am sure it was for me to come in and for them to not take blame. My rims are custom painted you would have to strip everything down , fill the dents you made and more, not some cheap filler fix that I know they would do. I did sent them an invoice, will they honor it probably not ‍ Also ownership didn't take fault of their mechanics messing up, didn't apologize and didn't even care to follow up. I will never come here and I have two other luxury cars that I will never ever step foot in this establishment neither. I'm now exploring my options to recover the repair costs. Photos attached. I had an extremely disturbing experience at this shop and would strongly caution anyone considering bringing their vehicle here. Especially if you are a female going in alone they think you are going to be dumb. I drove my car into the shop under its own power. The car was running normally, the temperature gauge was normal, and my only concern was a possible minor coolant leak. I was fully capable of driving the vehicle when I arrived. After supposedly performing a pressure test, I was told I needed a water pump, thermostat, coolant replacement/flush, and related work for approximately $2,600. I told them I needed to call my husband and think about it. I stepped outside for roughly 20 minutes to research the price. When I came back and said I was declining the repair and would drive my car home, I was suddenly told I couldn't drive the car anymore because a coolant hose had come off/broken and the coolant had leaked out. What made this especially concerning was that the employee had already shown me the vehicle while discussing the original estimate, and this supposedly broken hose had not been broken at that time. The hose was now cleanly broken at the elbow/connection. I had driven into this shop with a functioning vehicle, yet after declining a $2,600 repair, I was suddenly being told my vehicle was undriveable. They then told me they would take care of the hose if I agreed to the $2,600 repair. When I continued to decline and asked what it would cost simply to replace the hose and coolant so I could leave, I was quoted approximately $400 At that point I no longer felt comfortable allowing them to touch my vehicle, so I called a tow truck. While I was waiting for the truck, they repeatedly tried to convince me to authorize the original work. As the tow truck got closer, the price for the repairs suddenly dropped from approximately $2,600 to $1,600 once I put them on the phone with my husband. I still refused and had the vehicle towed. I asked the tow truck operator to look at the broken hose, and he told me that, in his opinion, which I had already suspected , appeared to have been freshly snapped at the elbow and that he did not see evidence that the hose itself had previously been leaking. I have since contacted two other repair shops about the same repairs, and both estimates were around $1,300, compared with the $2,600 I was originally quoted here. I cannot prove exactly what happened to my hose while my vehicle was in their possession, but I know the condition in which I brought my car there and the condition in which I got it back. And it was not even same condition as when they told me the original quote. I drove into this shop with a running, drivable vehicle and left on a tow truck with a broken coolant hose after declining their $2,600 estimate. The entire sequence of events, especially the newly discovered broken hose after I declined the repair and the price dropping by roughly $1,000 while I waited for a tow truck, left me feeling that I was being pressured and taken advantage of. I would not trust this business with my vehicle again and do not come in here as a lady alone. I ended up paying $100 for a coolant test and left with a broken, undrivable car. read more

I wish I had gone to a different mechanic. I would have been much better off taking my car to a more reputable shop. It was a Sunday, and I wanted to get a head start on the week because I needed an oil change. I figured an oil change was a pretty basic service that should not cause any issues. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I paid around $100 for an oil change and inspection. They drove my car into the garage, performed the service, raised the vehicle for the inspection, and then drove it back out. Immediately after getting back into my car and reversing out of the parking spot, I noticed that my brakes felt strange. I had been offered brake service, so at first I assumed they may have noticed an issue during the inspection. However, after leaving the lot, I couldn't even make it down the street. My brake pedal was going almost completely to the floor, and my car would barely stop. It was genuinely frightening, and the vehicle felt unsafe and undrivable. I immediately returned to the shop. At that point, there was clearly brake fluid leaking from the front of my car. I was told that my brake line had "busted" and was then charged approximately $450 for a replacement. What concerns me is that my brakes were functioning before I brought the car in for a simple oil change and inspection. Immediately after their service, I left the lot with a major brake fluid leak and brakes that barely worked. I cannot say exactly what happened, but I was disappointed that there was no accountability or explanation that gave me confidence in what occurred. They repeatedly told me that the brake line was old and corroded and that this was simply my fault. I kept the old brake line and have since asked other mechanics about the situation. Based on those conversations, I was advised not to return to this shop. I sincerely hope this was simply an accidental mistake that the shop did not want to take responsibility for, rather than anything intentional. Regardless, having a vehicle leave a shop after an oil change with brakes that suddenly barely functioned was extremely concerning. I will not be returning and would recommend being cautious and getting a second opinion before agreeing to additional repairs. read more

I called and made appointment, couldn't really understand person who answered phone but said something. something isn't covered and it'll be an additional $250. That's ridiculous for just pads. BEWARE!! Not an honest business. I took my car in for tire rotation. After they were rotated I was told by Hugo that a nut (or a screw) was missing from one of the hubcaps, so he could order me another one (for about $6 or $7). I had him do that. When I returned home that day my Fiancé told me that he looked at the tires before I left & that none of the screws were missing. Apparently, the guy rotating the tires lost it, & instead of being honest & telling me that, they simply said they'd order me another one (& I'd pay for it). When I called a few days later, Hugo said that the screw they ordered had been delivered. My Fiancé took my car over to the shop, waited about 20 minutes, & was told that it wasn't yet delivered - after driving about 40 minutes r/t from my home. When they finally said they got it in a few days later, I drove ANOTHER 40 minutes r/t to have them screw it into the hubcap/tire. When I tried to talk to Hugo, he was busy so I figured I'd call him from home. I called several times & left a message, but he never returned my calls. read more
