Do not go here!! They charged me $130 for an oil change on my 2023 VW cross sport. A few weeks later we noticed an oil leak in our garage. We took it to a reputable business in Kelseyville to see why my 3 year old perfect condition car was leaking oil. Turns out it was the oil change I got at fast track that was not done correctly and the filter was not tightened down and possibly they pinched the filter gasket. My car is now in the shop! They are incompetent and way over priced. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

First time I had no complaints with great service. The most recent time was the worst & I will not be going back. The employee was very rude and rushed the whole process. Failed to put the skid plate bolts back on, didn't check the air in the tires. Apon returning he had said he was closed, sounded very aggravated and when explaining my situation he said he replaced everything saying the damage had already been there when in fact it had not been scraping the concrete until after time of service. read more

Pulled right in and was taken care of within five minutes. Shopkeeper directed me where to park my truck and he took all my intake on an iPad and was very kind. The shop was very clean and well taken care of. I felt very welcome and taken care of as soon as I pulled in. So happy to hear that would only take about 15 to 20 minutes to have that oil done. The service included checking out my tires which is great because I had a low tire pressure monitor light come on this morning. So happy to be able to get everything taken care of in One stop. I have a newborn babies so she hung out with me and we went for a walk while the truck was being serviced. There is a cute coffee shop attached to the oil stop we went in there for a nice cold drink. They were super friendly and accommodating even offered complimentary water. It's pricier than the smaller shops but worth it for the convenience and quick service. I had an unrelated last minute issue with a tire, and had intended to go to the gas station next door's air pump, but ended up in their drive thru. They not only took the time to help me evaluate the tire, but were able to add some air to a tire with a slow leak. Super nice, fast, and generous with their time. My wife and I stopped to get the oil changed on my dad's truck for him on a cold wet Tuesday. I would have thought that everyone working would have been cold and grumpy. I was pleasantly surprised when Jamael seen us parked outside the Fast Track oil Change in Middle Town. He came all the way out, to ask if we need help and wanted an oil change, he then steered us toward the entry and we drove in. Staff was extremely polite and smiling from the moment I pulled up. They were quick, efficient and informative before they even started. You have the option to stay in the car or wait in the lobby during service. I waited in the lobby which has large glass windows to watch them work. It was very clean and air conditioned. An employee gave the kids each a bottle of water. They changed the oil for $40 and replaced the brake light for $15. They went over everything thoroughly before charging me and even showed me the air filter. I will be bringing my Jeep back. read more

Went to get oil changed, showed up at 12:30pm because the website said closes at 1:00pm. How long can an oil change take? They told me they had already started cleaning and we should have called and they would have told us not to come in. When a business says open until 1:00pm, that means they should start cleaning at 1:00pm not 12:30pm That's no way to run a business! read more

Very quick, very thorough and very informative. The man asked me if I had been there before and after I said no he went through the whole process with me. They are very thorough and check through everything and let you know if there's something you need fixed or replaced and even offer options of what you can do. They also check in with you before adding charges. My car sounds and feels so much better after my visit. Worth the money spent! read more

It took them almost two hours to do my oil change. They didn't have the right parts in stock, and they ran the tire pressure so low along with ruining one of my valve stems. Also didn't know how to clear the pile change code. read more
