BEWARE!!!!!! Car wash chipped my brand new car!! I got my Tesla 2 months ago and I've been taking very good care of it since the beginning. Made the terrible mistake of taking it to this carwash and now my car has DEEP dents in the hood and on the side of my car. They do not want to take any responsibility and claiming their "cameras show the dent before the carwash" which is FALSE. I asked for evidence and they deny it. Not only terrible equipment but liars as well. Working this out with my lawyer and insurance. If you care about your car DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH or any carwash from this company!!!! This morning I went the Prime Car Wash Ontario Ca as I was waiting for them to open. I observed a young lady doing her morning rounds and doing her job very precise and accurate and responsibly as she's checking the Vacuums she grabs a ladder and tightens the end of the line to have the suction continue as it may have popped off ..
