This has been my go to car wash place for a couple years. The price for the low end wash is $8 and they give you two wet pack wipes for the interior and now a car freshener. They have several stations where you can vacuum your car out with hoses on both sides and the suction gets up almost everything. Good value. read more

I've been a patron of this car wash for years. Today when I pulled in and approached the payment area I noticed two things - the price for a bronze wash had increased again (to $12) and there was a sign saying certain roller brushes weren't working. I asked if they were offering a discount since they couldn't provide a thorough wash. Nope, that is corporate controlled. I then suggested they move the sign to the entrance so customers could use the info to make a decision before pulling in. I was told corporate didn't want them putting a sign out at all. Wow! Thankfully the staff person allowed me to exit rather than have to get a substandard wash for an increased price, but I'll think twice about using Fast5Xpress in the future, knowing that corporate wants to pull one over on their customers. I've had mostly good experiences at this car wash. I did notice at over time, they removed the compressed air hoses from the vacuum area which was a plus originally for this location cause it helped remove water from the areas the rollers did not. I've also noticed that the amount of time the vehicle gets to spend under the blowers seems to be shorter than before. And the roller that usually wipes the top of the car doesn't anymore for my car. I have a Subaru Outback but no antenna or anything at the top so not sure why it would be able to wipe the top. read more

Went to go get a car wash and ending up leaving with a broken mirror from their automated washing machines. My mirror was in perfect condition before arriving to this establishment. I Notified a worker about the issue and was greeted with passive aggression instead of actual customer service. Followed by eye rolls and dismissive behavior. As a woman I felt HIGHLY unsafe having to drive 20 mins home without a driver side mirror. They had me fill out a claim but no one has gotten back to me. Highly wouldn't recommend this place. That 6$ car wash might cost you your safety & more money in the long run! read more

We came by and paid for their "best" wash option, which was platinum. After going through the drive through, we immediately realized that the hood, the roof, and the back of the car is just as dirty and dusty as before the wash. The obvious choice was to get back in line and ask what went wrong. Why were the results for a platinum car wash so awful? Did something break down in their car wash system? We asked the employee what went wrong and she responded, as if it was plain as day, that they turned off the wash machinery responsible for cleaning the hood/roof/back of the car. She said because they don't want to be viable for breaking the roof racks and causing damage to our car and other people's cars. She said, unless we want to go inside to sign a waiver saying we will be responsible for any damage caused by the roof rack, they will not be able to clean our car properly. To which we responded, why didn't they warn us about that ahead of time BEFORE we paid for the car wash? The employee couldn't come up with a valid response to our question and ran for her manager. The manager's reasoning for not warning us about the roof racks was because "if [they] told every car that has roof racks that they may not be satisfied with the car wash, it would slow the process down." I truly don't see how the extra 5 seconds could seriously slow down their business. But I can totally see how us getting back into their car line to complain and ask why their service is so bad can "slow the process down". Clearly these guys just want the money, since the employees made absolutely no effort to warn us about the quality, KNOWING it would be bad. Point being after arguing with them, they let us go through the car wash again. They held down the machinery to clean the hood, but would not let it clean the roof of the car. Still the outcome was very disappointing. The hood still looked dusty and the "platinum" wash is as good as hosing a car down with a simple garden hose. We ended up going to the shell self car wash a block over, paid for the cheapest wash, and got our roof cleaned no problem. Save your money and go to a hand wash place. read more

One might think based on how 'fancy' it looks (for an auto car wash) it would offer you great service and excellent wash. It does offer you service worthy to their name. It's fast, it's express, but it doesn't clean my (car's) rear end nor wipe 'em dry. Had to do self wipe and even had to clean the rear part on my own. This past Easter Sunday I purchased the Platinum wash for my car. This was only my second time here. My first experience a few months prior was great; so great that I decided to return and purchase their most expensive wash option. In retrospect, I shouldn't have. While going through the car wash I heard something hit my car's left side mirror, but the soap did not allow me to see through my window to figure out what it was. While drying off the last droplets of what from the car un the car vacuum area, I noticed that the mirror had been badly scraped. I went up to the attendant, Grant, who told me to leave my name and number as the manager was out to lunch. He said the manager would call me back. It's been a few days now and still no call. I also filed a customer complaint on their website and have yet to hear anything. I've been quoted $200-$500 minimum for the repair, which I currently can't even afford. All because of a $16 car wash. To add insult to injury, my car was not cleaned well. It had marks, water spots, and dirt upon exiting the car wash. Also, the vacuum cleaners in my stall were in bad shape. The one on the driver's side barely had any power and would make a loud noise while in use. And the one on the passenger's side was worse; the nozzle kept falling off the hose. The only way to use it was hold it together while vacuuming. After this experience, I never plan to visit this or any other Fast 5 Xpress location. The cost is too high for me to bear. And now I have to deal with body work repair as well. I can't really tell the difference between the washes so I'll probably continue to opt for the $6 one but it gets my car cleaned much faster than I can and much more conveniently than other hand washing businesses. I parked under a tree for a couple of hours, and I got bird poop on my car so I came here and I waited in a long line, paid $14 for the Gold wash to come out with the same three bird poop on my car. All the vacuum stations were full and I saw an employee so I flagged her down and told her about my bird poop and she told me to go around again & have someone spray the bord poop. Really??? I went about a week ago for the first time and while it's incredibly effortless and convenient, I noticed scratches on the roof of my car as soon as I got home. I thought perhaps it was a one-time, bad luck incident that I could find a way to fix myself. I was upset, but not angry and really did not want to put the blame on a business that I hoped to frequent and support. Every time I would go here, the tunnel attendant would tape my rear wiper with blue painters tape. I'd get a mediocre car wash but would accept the fact that it was so cheap. This last time, no tape on the wiper and as I exited the tunnel, the rolling drying rags grabbed the wiper and pulled it back braking the plastic molding. Of course Fast5 has multiple signs saying they aren't responsible for broken wipers. After speaking to the assistant manager, I was told, "maybe the tape fell off" to which I pointed to three other cars without tape. I asked that the tunnel attendant tape every car. Got the $18 package, didn't really clean much to be honest. Not much to expect, but I'd recommend just going to a manual handwasher if you want a deep clean. Tons cheaper and you can focus on the car. Wouldn't really recommend the higher packages and just go for the lower tier packages for simple cleaning and vacuum (free at any tier which is nice). TLDR: go for more basic washes and powerful vacuum. Higher tiers not super worth. read more

This is a great car wash...it's cheap, reliable and if you go during the weekday, it's 15 minutes in and out, no waiting. There is a 5 min limit on vacuuming if there is a rush but that's mostly on the weekend. I would advice taking some micro fiber cloths to wipe away all the excess water after the wash, otherwise you will have water marks on the side mirrors and other places. Overall, if you are looking for a reliable car wash at a decent price, look no further! read more

So by the time, I finished vacuuming, it took about 20 minutes. Just like the other reviewers said, this place is really quick and solid for $10. My car was pretty dirty from after the fires and COVID, so I wasn't expecting it to be spotless. There were definitely some pollen, trees and dirt still left over, but was a complete clean overall. I filed a damage claim with Dante, who was very apologetic and professional. He told me they would review the cameras and I would hear back from his manager Elizabeth G. It has been over a week and haven't heard from her. I've called the establishment and it seems like she's never at work. Im a very reasonable guy, I know things happen. I would of been ok with a voucher for a couple of free washes and hearing there plan to prevent this from happening to others.
