I've been coming here since it opened just a few years ago. The wash is okay. If it's the only wash you'll use it'll be apparent. It's nice to get you by between washes. In that sense, the membership sucks. Bc the wash sucks. On a Model S it does a terrible job. The front window stickers I've had about a dozen. They don't scan in this car. The armor all tire stuff smears my entire wheel except the center. If I don't raise the car all the way it smears the underside of my car. It's more noticeable than it sounds. I've always had to use a receipt or paper with hand written numbers to get my membership to work. The hiring standards are what really give this place a black eye. Touchy and I thoughtful in COVID-19. Before COVID I was here every other day right when opening, and often waited 10+ minutes after opening time. Since COVID the customer service is awful. Like the girl who got bent out of shape that I didn't want her in my car to "just try" another sticker. Wtf? Get back!! LOL she was seriously pissed talking trash as I drove away. This is an easy to use automatic car wash. The line can get a little long in the afternoon but it usually keeps moving. There are multiple price options but everyone goes through the same washing area. At the end you can pull into a self-vacuum station to clean the interior. There are different tops for the vacuum and it's pretty high powered. Fun fact: Rainbow foam here! read more

My husband and daughter took my 2018 Audi A4 to be washed here today and were horrified when it emerged with significant scratches from top to tail - the hood, the roof, the trunk. This is my first brand new car and I have kept it impeccably maintained - washed weekly, waxed every 4-6 weeks and detailed a few times a year. Now, my car is thrashed and needs to be repainted. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. We will see how the owner responds, but this is not a hassle I wanted to deal with in a global pandemic. Terrible experience here. Will never go back again. I was coming out of the car wash and about six cars were backed up at the exit. The employee on duty was not paying attention and was not directing traffic anywhere. There was nowhere to go except into the car in front of me. I started honking, but the car in front of me had nowhere else to go either. I ended up narrowly avoiding hitting the back of that car, but the car in back of me rear ended me because he was still on the car wash track and couldn't avoid me. The whole time this is happening I am laying down on my horn as hard as I can and I am now yelling at the employee to do something. The employee on duty was not paying attention at all and on his phone. I don't know if he had his earbuds in or what, but I wasn't the only one honking and he did nothing. Once he did finally look up to see what was happening, it was too late and all I could get from him, after rolling my window down and yelling at him to tell the other cars to move, was a blank stare. He looked like he was either completely clueless or maybe high? Or both. I have no idea. Once the cars at the front of the line realized what was going on. they moved and some of them just left out of frustration not even bothering to wait to vacuum their cars anymore. Once the cars started moving, and I was able to actually park my car on the lot, which took about another five minutes, I had to tell this employee to go get his manager because I had been rear ended. The manager came out finally about five minutes later and took "a report." She mentioned that the employee at the start of the car wash stopped the car wash once she saw what was going on. Why she didn't come out sooner, if she saw it? I don't know. Both my car and the car that rear ended me suffered minimal damage, but this was a really stressful experience, to say the least, and the driver of the car behind me was an older, disabled veteran and had nowhere to go. He was actually still inside the actual car wash while all this was happening. Neither of us received an apology or any kind of compensation (And I'm not expecting a big payout here but at least offer an apology and or our car wash is free - something!) and then, to top things off we were told that the management or the owner or whoever would give us a call to follow up. At that point I just wanted to get out of there and so I was fine with that and so was the older gentleman. I was the one who had to make sure that he was OK.! A month + later, no phone call from anybody no follow up, not even an email or text! I don't know where the owner was or who they are but obviously they don't care about their business enough to do the decent thing and follow up to make sure people are okay and that their safety practices, if they have any, are being adhered to. On top of all that the car wash was just OK, outdated machines, minimal supervision and not at all worth all the trouble this gentleman and I had to deal with. Wish I could give this place -5 stars. Avoid this place like the plague! PS I barely ever leave reviews on Yelp and usually when I do it's because of great customer service and I leave a five star review. I don't like leaving negative reviews because I know it affects businesses. but I just had to say something because this business is not only dangerous but also the owners and management don't really seem to care about you read more

Great place to get your car washed.. not a long wait time.. and the area is clean and neat

Unfortunately, we have had two tires damaged by going through this car wash. The first time we thought something else must have damaged the sidewall and rim. We had that damaged tire replaced last week. Yesterday we went through the car wash and the same tire in the same place received the same damage -- a gash in the sidewall and a nick on the rim. What a drag! If you have a Tesla model y with induction tires, stay clear. Given that these tires cost about $300 each, it's obviously not worth it to save a few bucks on an automatic car wash. I hate to leave such a low star review, but this business really needs to fix their machinery. Three stars because the staff are very pleasant, polite and welcoming. Also the vacuums are decent. Unfortunately, when I got a mid level wash, it didn't come close to getting my car clean. I didn't expect it to remove a couple of bug splats from the hood, but I did expect it would remove dirt from my doors and front of car. I'm talking regular dust after a light rain. Instead I spent half an hour doing it by hand afterwards. Basically complete waste of money and time. By contrast, the drive through wash at a gas station near my house always gets it clean. This car wash is an unorganized mess. We paid for the Silver Wash. When we were starting the car wash it showed we were getting a bronze car wash. The attendant was helpful in stopping the line, but whoever was responsible for resetting the wash messed up again, assigning us the bronze wash. They stopped the line again and finally corrected the wash to silver. However, when we went through the wash our car never actually got washed. When we brought this up to the staff they only offered us a free wash in the future. We got back in the much longer line to finally get a car wash. read more

They have two lanes: Left is for cash payment and Right is for credit/debit card payments. I've been here many times so I already know what to expect. They can be very busy especially on the weekends in the afternoon..but the wait isn't too long. It's quick and easy. I would recommend this place if you just need a quick rinse and wash. Each package, whichever one you choose, includes a free vacuum. When it's really busy, they limit the vacuum use to 5 minutes per person. I wouldn't say this is the best car wash place, considering its machine-operated. If you're looking for a spotless wash, look elsewhere. But this car wash place is def my choice when I want to be in and out! read more

I've been coming here since they opened & have been basically happy -after all it's a drive through so expectations are adjusted lower. However today was an all time low! Paid for a Gold level -but there was no hot water rinse, water was sparse at the end & the brushes barely got the dust. The bigger dirt remained. I parked there dry off and vacuum & was appalled at the level of dirt left. Anything on a horizontal level still had dirt-the only thing that got washed were the sides.
