Stopped in for the Silver package at $16 and mostly impressed. The exterior came out spotless -- Triple Foam, ClearCoat Sealant, and Tire & Wheel Cleaner all did their job. Car looked sharp walking out. Only reason I'm not giving five stars is the vacuums -- they're just okay, nothing special. Expected a bit more suction for the price. But the wash itself? Solid deal for $16. Better than most places I've tried. Will probably be back.

This spot has been my go-to drive through car wash in Pasadena, even 3 years later. Sometimes there's a line, but it goes by quickly. I usually go through the left side of the line to say hi to the workers and you get the air freshener and some wipes than through the CC machine side. I typically get the Gold Wash. The wash itself lasts around 5-7 min but the vacuums at the end are so clutch. There's large vacuums and small air blowers to get through all the crevices. By the rate I'm going, I should be thinking about the membership program here!

Great for a quick wash but don't expect handwash results! If you go through the left lane they will often give you dash wipes, but you may have to ask for them. Buying the package or the membership will always save you money and that is a great deal! Other than that the price is decent and the line is always long because of that!

I never thought I would love a car wash so much, that I would want to review it, but this place is amazing! I came on a Saturday morning, which I think is the peak time, and there was a huge line but it moved so quickly! There are multiple different pricing options, and I went with the $13 option. My car was so incredibly clean after, and I think in total I only spent about 15 minutes waiting in the line. After the actual car wash, there are a bunch of vacuums that you can use as well. Overall this place is incredibly well run and I would definitely recommend it. read more

My car has been needing a wash for quite some time and I've been putting it off. Stumbled across this place and noticed that you can sign up for a free wash on their website, so decided to give it a shot. After entering your info, they will email you a free silver wash certificate which must be printed out. Upon arriving, there was a pretty long line of cars waiting to get in but the line moved surprisingly fast. Upon presenting my certificate to the employee, I asked if I could pay the difference to upgrade to the platinum wash ($5 difference) and he said that would be fine. While going through the wash, I noticed that the light for both the platinum and silver wash were flashing, but then the platinum light turned off...so I'm not really sure which wash I ended up getting. Based on how clean my car looked though, I would not have paid the full $16 for a platinum wash if that is indeed what I got. There's free vacuums after the wash and the suction on the vacuum I used for the left side of my car was great whereas the suction on the right side of my car was terrible. I had a mediocre experience with this car wash but guess I can't complain considering that I used the free wash certificate. read more

It's okay. A solid wash. Not perfect but quick and much more affordable than the crooks at Walnut Hill Car Wash and not as overpriced as Lucky Car Wash. You don't have to deal with people. Just drive on through. They have plenty of parking in the back with great vacuums. read more

I have an active membership that I was charged for earlier this month. Something went wrong with my membership and Pasadena made me pay even though I had been charged by Fast5Xpress. Their reasoning was that Pico Rivera has to reactivate me and there's nothing they can do about it. While there was a response that my card was declined I have proof of the payment on my bank bill, and have attached it. I'm sorry that I have a bank account that I use for "junk" and sometimes I forget to deposit into that account. But, that doesn't negate the fact that I was indeed charged and still charged for a service. My card was charged every 8th of the month and was NOT declined. So, please do not try to discredit me when I have - as Kim would say - receipts. And if you are able to "view my account." Why couldn't the issue be fixed when I was sitting there asking to fix it? Why did I have to pay an extra amount (essentially being charged 2x) and why was I told to pay Pasadena and go to Pico Rivera if I wanted a refund? My poor Tesla S now has an ugly and useless "fast5" sticker on the windshield. read more

The car wash itself moves very quickly but it doesn't clean your car very well at all. Got the silver wash because the last time I got the platinum wash and the car really wasn't that clean afterwards. Please see the attached photos there are copious amounts of dirt in various places that have not been washed off and whatever wax substance they use is leaving large streaks across the entire car. read more

Check your car before you leave, I think the car wash at gas station does a better job at cleaning. They also charge $2 for towels or free if u leave a review. No wonder why they have so many reviews. I recommend you go somewhere else. Just FYI, You are allowed to go back in if your car if car isn't clean, but I won't be coming back. read more

On this fateful day, I pulled up to get a car wash and order my usual. But something different happened today. A BEE , in which I'm deathly allergic, came INTO the car right by my face. I froze completely. I didn't know what to do. The gentleman employee, who I later found out was JAVIER, bravely -- without missing a beat, placed his hands into the car near my head and GOT THE BEE OUT. Javier I will never forget you. Been coming here for a while since it opened. Line gets long, but moves fast. For the price and convenience, can't best it. They have a good amount of vacuums as well! A solid, inexpensive wash! This is one of those places you can zip through every few weeks and not break the bank. My car gets *so* dirty in LA, but the $20-30 wash and vac services I was occasionally were just getting too pricey. This car wash is cheap ($10-12), moves quickly (they can get a few cars in at a time versus the gas station ones where the lines moves so slow), and there's free DIY vacuuming at the end. I've gone here a few times now and my car left a little wet/slightly less than perfect both times. Tanvi's tip to bring some towels with you is a good one if you want to avoid those water marks. Honestly, I'd rather save a little money for a less than perfect wash than take my glimmering car out on the 405 . Glad I found this car wash in Pasadena! read more

Wow! Very new and super clean place. I usually go to these types of car washes because it's faster and cheaper! Car washes can be up to $15 nowadays! The facility is great and the equipment is stronger yet gentle. Most car wash places only blow air at the end but this one has a "super dry" which is basically a bunch of towels tied to huge rollers and that dries up your car sooooo much better than just air blowers. Very clean and nice place, busy and organized. Good thing they have vacuum station separate from the line! The car wash is machine operated. I got the gold package, which comes with complimentary wash within 3 days. Now, obviously there will be stains and gunk remaining in the car, since every machine is not perfect, and too much jet water or pressure in the attempts to remove the gunks could cause scratches.. the car came out shining from the machine, but the wheels were still dirty .. so I spent some time removing the adhering stains and cleaning the wheels read more

It's the best overall value for a car wash. With that being said, the value comes at a price. You need to come a little prepared when coming here. Make sure to bring a towel to dry water that the air dryer could not remove. Tip for people with SUV's with flat backs like a suburban/tahoe... Ask them to spray the rear of your vehicle with the cleaning solution as you are first going in. The cleaning solution from the machine doesn't cover the rear well with flat rears. read more

I have been to other locations of this company and have been great. However, this one was a bit disappointing. It seemed it did a very poor job cleaning my car. My entire hood seemed to be missed like one of their rollers didn't work. Also, they say spot free rinse, my entire car still is spotted. The employees here are very friendly and helpful. I got the platinum wash. The first time through didn't quite get everything (my car was SUPER dirty). They let me do a rewash for free! They have tons of spaces to stop and throw your trash out afterwards and free vacuums too. A+ read more

Before entering the wash, another attendant helped ensure our car was in the correct position and we had our car on neutral. The entire car washing process was like 2 minutes. We then drove to the vacuum area. Our car was really dirty when it went in the wash. Car came out clean, but there were spots that were dirty. They were selling microfiber clothes for $1 each. Had to use our own cleaning spray to spot clean the car. We were able to vacuum the car in peace and took our time doing so. Liked that there were empty trash cans in each vacuum space. We used their restroom and it was super clean. Make sure to ask for the restroom code first. Overall, the whole experience was pleasant. Felt pricing was a little high. Might be worth it to get their monthly subscription.

I just explain again no and my plan was to give the dude like 10$ bucks and have a couple singles and a five if it were like multiple dudes working on the truck. Bought a water bottle for 2.79. She didn't deduct it but added for a grand total of 22.79? I explicitly said not to do that? Dude i pay like 175$ for these washes off my company card every other week for a nice detail and the dudes do a solid job . I tip outta my own pocket and she just made this experience annoying. Typically its a solid place, but shes also being like loud , condescending, and so it was just an unpleasant experience. Still a solid place. But 4/5 for this experience because I know she probably like that with other customers too.
