I've never heard of this place prior but they were running a special on their website for 2 Milwaukee batteries and a free tool pick, seemed like a good deal! The site was horribly hard to checkout though but finally managed. Paid and waited for my shipment. Few days pass and I suddenly get a cancelation email, saying I am being refunded for requesting an order cancelation, which I did not. I try reaching out to them, saying I still want the order, as the email says to email them for contact. No response. Few more days pass, they've now held my funds for over a week with zero communication or to issue a refund. This site very much is operating like a shady scam website and I wouldn't dare ever use it again. My first and last time. read more

My only regret about this place is not knowing about it a year ago. I browse ads on Craigslist for miscellaneous tools and I met a guy on there, Josh advertising Milwaukee Bare Tools that I thought... honestly the prices were too good to be true; either that or everything was refurbished or something. But nope, he gave me a link via text to the store and I came in and he honored the price and confirmed it's all new stock. The cost savings per bare tool is on average $60-100 over big box store. Sometimes into the $100's on package deals. Batteries are 15-20% less than the big guys. They seem to add more stuff weekly. Employees are knowledgeable. They put together my grinder and attached the diamond blade with no gripes. My only gripe would be to update the Website to where it has real time inventory updates like HD & Lowe's. Cause for example I really need a ladder right now, and I know you guys got em, but they're not on your site. I would like to browse them online first before coming in if I had a chance. The kid helping me was nice enough but didn't have a clue what I was talking about. That's ok, on to the next tool, a jointer. Nope didn't have one of those either. Found Tool Outlet on Craigslist looking to buy a Dewalt 60V joist drill and am glad I did! The store is huge and has the best selection of DeWalt power tools you'll find in Sacramento. They also have a nice selection Milwaukee and Makita. They will sell any cordless tool as a bare tool in case you already have a charger and battery. Worst customer service I have come across they do not honor their catalogue prices and don't even have the advertised items in stocks despite telling you that they have a lot of it in their inventory even when I called to double check the availability and they said its available. I walked in and was greeted by Josh, and I wasn't disappointed on their selection. They have everything you need. Best deals around forsure. Can't beat em. I ended up grabbing the 20V Brushless Dewalt compact saw, some gloves, dewalt hard case, and a diablo carbide blade all for a reasonable price.
