People made an appointment they take priority, so why do you accept walk-ins? What are the walk-ins expected to do but sit there all day long. If your employees are not going to take the time to see walk-ins and take the five minutes they get in between patients to go talk bad on the patient in the back (which we overheard) then don't accept walk-ins.
