People made an appointment they take priority, so why do you accept walk-ins? What are the walk-ins expected to do but sit there all day long. If your employees are not going to take the time to see walk-ins and take the five minutes they get in between patients to go talk bad on the patient in the back (which we overheard) then don't accept walk-ins. I did still have to wait about 20 mins before I was called back to a room. Then waited 10-15 mins before seeing a doctor. To me, that seems reasonable -- I was a walk-in. The environment is clean, calm, orderly, welcoming. Bathrooms in hallways are kept very clean. Seating areas are kept very clean. Dr. Erik Andru Martin is who took care of me that day. I was very impressed with him stopping in to apologize for the long wait & checking to see what my specific needs were before needing to leave to complete other patient care. When he returned, he was a good listener, asked good questions, he didn't seem to be rushing at all. I appreciated that he heard what I've tried in the past to deal with a lingering cough & he didn't try to insist on one method to help -- he gave several suggestions. I also appreciated that while he did prescribe a medication -- he also gave suggestions of some very practical ways to address the cough at home. Thank you Dr. Martin for your excellent care.

The very next day, I was told I owed hundreds of dollars because the provider was actually out of network. When I explained that I had called in advance and was explicitly told otherwise, the response I received was shockingly dismissive and condescending: "It doesn't matter," followed by, "You owe this amount, and we don't negotiate." No one should be treated this way, especially when they're already dealing with health concerns. The lack of accountability, compassion, and professionalism was incredibly disappointing. Be sure to verify everything yourself before receiving care--I felt this was a classic bait-and-switch experience.

I doubt there's more than one given the pace they move at). I tried calling before going in, as the website instructed me too, but no answer nor callback. Please go anywhere else than here, unless you plan on wasting your day away in the waiting room. Overall horrendous care. And Labcorp, do not apologize and respond with any "we will look into this to make your experience better" nonsense. That's been said already, yet here we are, still experiencing awful care at your hand. If you truly cared about your customers, you would have listened to the dozens of others complaining before me and actually have done something about it. I know I should have listened and stayed away.
