I just saw Dr. Speaker recently and she didn't mention the new concierge decision. She is changing her practice to this new concierge model (basically only for the rich) which leaves us now without a PCP as of September. She could have told me in person when myself and my kids were there. To give me a heads up so I could start looking for a new provider (considering how difficult it is to get in with anyone these days and when you do get an appointment it is at least 6-9 months out). Now I will experience a delay in my healthcare and most likely be without my meds until I can get established somewhere else. I never imagined being a middle class, hard working person with decent insurance wouldn't be enough to keep basic healthcare at Creekside. I am shocked at this decision. I didn't think Dr. Speaker was the kind of person who would abandon her patients simply because they can't afford it. Shameful! With everything happening in our country and the direction healthcare is going, we did not need this too. This is painful and heartbreaking to myself and I'm sure many other long time patients of hers. I am shocked as I have never had an unpleasant experience with the office staff nor Dr. Speaker. They are always warm, gracious and helpful. Dr. Speaker is a teacher at heart, as well as someone who works above and beyond for the patient. I'm fortunate in that a I don't need to go often but when I use the portal monthly to get prescription refills she responds right away with answers to any questions about insurance and options, if necessary. When I have my yearly physical, Dr. Speaker spends so much time with me that I begin to feel uncomfortable that we're holding up other patients waiting to see her - she is that thorough and present. And often I will walk out with referrals to specialists or names of someone/something in the community that may help. In summary, I can't say enough about Dr. Speaker. I don't know for sure how long I have been seeing her - probably around 20 years. In my 78 years I have been seen by many doctors, Dr. Speaker is the best at listening, teaching, responding and overall empathy to my health. I asked them to add my mailing address to the form and she informed me with a lot of attitude that they "wouldn't be doing that" then hung up on me. When I called back she refused to even look at the form to see if there was a space for a mailing address. I'm really not sure why the attitude or the refusal to help a customer. Inexplicably unprofessional and incompetent behavior.

Words of caution: depending on the day, it can get busy. Actually, every time I went it has been…read morebusy. I had trouble with the self check in kiosk when I tried to do a walk-in on the weekend, but the staff was very nice and updated the waiting room that they only had two phlebotomist working that day so there would be a wait. As I couldn't even check in, and there was no other staff present except the overworked phlebotomists, I ultimately scheduled an appointment online with conveniently placed handouts with the QR codes listed, see photo. I was able to get an appointment for Monday, late morning. Luckily, my schedule was flexible enough to allow for this appointment time. There are two main parking options; if it's your first time going to this location, you can try either. The lot parking off 139th St can be full, but it does seem like I can usually find a spot, likely due to quick turnover at the lab; or the parking structure on the other side where you are guaranteed to get some sort of parking. I would suggest budgeting your time to account for parking, as the phlebotomist called several names with nobody present; I do wonder if the people were running a behind due to parking issues but had otherwise checked in? Not sure if they ultimately were able to be seen. The actual blood draw was very seamless. The phlebotomist I had (I'm only now realizing I didn't catch his name, but he was rocking a red Next Generation Star Trek shirt) was fantastic. I cautioned him that in the past, my veins have been difficult to locate (a "hard stick") but he had no problem whatsoever both locating the vein on my preferred arm (the harder to stick side) and getting it on the first try. Admittedly, I did try to chug water beforehand, but I've done so before and it's still been somewhat difficult. It feels like they see a huge volume of patients, and it's clear the phlebotomists have to be competent and efficient. I was quite impressed. This was one of the most seamless lab draws I've had in quite a while, if ever. I'm not a fan of the self-checking kiosk, and it feels redundant to still confirm with a physical person regarding the same information (and it doesn't look like this is done on weekends anyway)--the actual blood draw itself was great (well, as good getting blood drawn can be, anyway).

The kiosk system sucks. It should be illegal to not have a receptionist on site to answer…read morequestions, verify orders, and take drop off samples in a timely matter. Quest diagnostic labs also does this kiosk garbage. When dealing with an elderly person in one's care, having these non human barriers makes it unnecessarily difficult to reschedule if there is an issue. These labs also need to be a part of the medical group for whom they service so that things like POA documents and HIPPA permissions transfer over seemlessly. I'm sick and tired of companies trying to save a few pennies so the CEO's can buy more hookers and blow.

This clinic is an amazingly helpful asset to our Clark County Community! My friend who is uninsured…read morewas able to call at 9am and secure an appointment for 1pm the same day. The front desk manager did a great job explaining which paperwork to fill out. I noticed she is bilingual which is a positive skill to serve a greater audience. Doctor Feldstein demonstrated excellent bedside manner in her initial physical check-up, and tests were run without any cost to the patient. Luckily, this patient did not have any infections and therefore did not require medications, though, the Doctor was totally willing to prescribe them if necessary. Keep in mind that everybody who works here is volunteering their time, and everything will be okay as long as we lead with Gratitude. I am extremely grateful to the Physicians and community partnerships that help keep this clinic alive. Additionally, the location of the clinic is the same place as the Vancouver, WA "Jim Parsley Center" and is easily accessible even if you do not have transportation because the location is on a bus line. The staff is so helpful, 10/10 Recommend! Rating this wonderful Clinic as an overall positively pleasurable doctor's office experience. Happy Holidays!

Thankfully, ZoomCare allows you schedule an appointment at a moment's notice, so I was able to get in to be seen, get my paperwork filled out and in order, at the eleventh hour! Big thanks to Dr. James Stupfel, PA-C, who was friendly, welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, assuring, and personable. If I didn't have a PCP, I would absolutely visit him for everything, based on his calm, professional demeanor. Very recommended for anyone who unsure of using a fly-by-night, last minute healthcare provider. People like him give credit to ZoomCare, and the healthcare industry in general, at a time when people have begun to (rightfully) question our broken, predatory system. Frank is wonderful, both in getting the blood drawn easily and painlessly, and also being a kind person that puts you at ease as you chat with him. They recently moved downstairs and have a few other people working there, all are equally as qualified and nice as Frank. Recently my 13 year old son needed his blood drawn for the first time. He was nervous and remembered my husband and I talking about how good Aim to Please was. He asked if we could bring him there, instead of the hospital lab near us which is stark and cold. While we have recently moved 40 minutes away from their office, we made the trek for this appointment and couldn't be happier. The new office is welcoming and warm, and they did a great job making my son feel relaxed during the draw. I highly recommend Aim to Please!

The entire experience was no less than fantastic. The rapport of the staff towards myself and my daughter was warm and genuine.
