The worker, Shadi, made me feel very uncomfortable. At first he seems super friendly, but over time he starts trying to flirt and push boundaries. He tried offering to buy me alcohol and other things just to get my number, and he has acted the same way toward some of my friends who go there too. What starts off as friendliness turns into harassment the more often you come in. I'm honestly surprised nothing has been done about it because I'm sure other women have complained about him before. Stopped at this Fastrip this passed Sunday February the 23rd because the tire pressure sensor in the car was telling me I had low air, (and still says this) I thought we'd leave it there since I needed to go up through the canyon and didn't want to risk driving it. Had my friend come to pick me up and bought a few things from Fastrip and left. The car was left off to the side in a legal parking space. It ended up taking longer than I thought to come back for it but still had only been a couple hours. It seems like they wasted no time to call the tow truck on my car (they legally can have it towed after an hour of me leaving) however when I got back to find the vehicle gone I was very upset as this has never happened to me and I didn't see the signs that were supposed to be posted near the entrance. (They weren't by the entrance and I will show pictures) They told me that the owner towed the vehicle and didn't explain why except for saying there was a sign outside and to call the tow company that was posted on the sign to get more information.... I asked when it was towed and who the owner was (if I could talk to them) they said he wasn't there and still no answers were given that night. Skip forward to after I paid and picked up the car... ($320.00 later and only 18 hours after it was towed 2/24/2020) The tow company gave me zero answers and no fully filled out paperwork either but did say that they get tows from there quite often for the same reason and that the owner of Fastrip was a stickler. I talked to the owner/manager "Issa" today 2/25/2020 and he seemed to actually want to help... He told me he couldn't tell me much info either except time frames from video surveillance and that no paperwork was ever exchanged through Fastrip and the tow company and that he wasn't there when the vehicle was towed. He told me he'd call me back So I called the tow company and just happened to hear ISSA in the background telling the people at the Tow place about what I had just asked him, (Does that seem odd to you too?) and asked her if she could tell me the time which the vehicle was towed since they failed to put it on my paperwork like they were supposed to, then asked her if she had just talked to Issa and she said yes she did earlier. I hung up and called the police department to see if it was ever reported being impounded by the owner of Fastrip and they said no... (it's legally supposed to be) I also asked them what I should do and they said I should take it to court! So I decided to go by Fastrip one last time and talk to Issa and he supposedly wasn't there... the employee I talked to said he was Issa's cousin, and also said he didn't know anything about it and would not give me any information and to come back to talk to Issa. So that's where I'm left as of now, I thought everyone should know the scam they have going on because it is definitely not ok and shady. I am broke and stressed to the max and already dealing with enough before this even happened. I've been trying to better my life and get back on my feet and this is just another depressing hurdle. To end this I just want to say I was a customer here and actually came quite often in the past. Never again sadly. Don't ever leave your car here even if you're having car problems! And watch out for predatory towing. read more

Everyone knows Fastrip. They have been around for ages and are everywhere. This particular Fastrip is "my" fastrip as it is very close to my home and I stop by often. Being a convenience store would generally rate 3 stars. I give this joint 4 stars because the staff know me and treat me like an old friend. I wouldn't call this joint a destination by any means, and the prices, like all convenience stores, are high. read more

I never like to give a business a bad review but today I just have to. I have a handicapped husband so I have been having to do a lot of things on my on. Today I woke to low air pressure in my tires so I needed to add air. I put gas in my truck and asked the guy being the register if I could get the air turned on. He just looked at me like I was crazy. There was two people working behind the counter and I figured between the two someone would be able to figure it out. I waited close to ten minutes for them to turn on the pump. I went back in and he said he did. Back to the pump I went to no avail. So thinking to myself I'll see if it works. I put in the 1.50 to get air, wow, to my amazement it started right up. It was the only reason I went there this morning. I really didn't need the gas. I will probably not go back to this store. I'll just go across the street and pay a little more. read more

We always come here despite being double charged at times and it being corrected once we show bank transactions and always being charged full price rather than the sale price and having to remind the person ringing us up on our beer. They don't put the sale price in the register to get rung up it has to be manually entered everytime. My son bought beer and he paid full price even tho it's always on sale)however, today was our last time. My fiancé walked in for beer and was told by the cashiers the owner said no sale prices will be honored today (it's 12/31/21 at 5pm)! The michelob ultra 24 pk sign for $18.99 was clearly visible and hanging right when you walk in the store. Talk about greed. Back to splash n dash. This place not only lost us but our entire family that runs eastside btown. So we bought our beer at Fastrip on Allen n Rosedale and the manager there said it was illegal to do what our local fastrip did. He would help report it for us! read more

Through a pandemic this gas station does its best to keep everything as sanitary as possible, every time I've been in there I've seen constant sanitizing and clean merchandise. All of the workers are friendly and very helpful. One of the cheapest gas prices in town, definitely worth going here! read more

Best convenience store and gas station on this side of town! Great prices and really cheap gas. Plus they offer a variety and selection from anything to snacks to your choice of liquor. Welcoming staff that is very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to the things they sell! It's literally a one stop shop, they have all your basic needs and always stocked! I was just here about ten minutes ago to grab some gatorades. I stand behind one lady who is at the checker. One guy walks up and literally stands in front of me. The checker begins to help him even though I'm standing there waiting holding a bunch of Gatorades. Then out of no where about four other customers decide to squeeze there way in and redirect the line I guess... was I invisible or something!? I was clearly standing waiting. Clearly. As soon as he helped the guy who cut in front of me, I immediately went to put the gatorades back and walked to my truck, drove across the street to circle k where they had 100% better customer service. I walked in and got the drinks and went home. That's all I wanted. This experience was NOT a good one. Lost a customer for sure and will discourage my friends and family from being customers as well. Just a very bad experience and very rude to allow others to cut in front of me while I'm struggling to hold everything... Not a good experience. read more

I went in as I do everyday for the past 12 year's they had a new guy extremely rude and vile. They will Never get my service again ever unless he no longer works there! I had a mobile coupon I showed it to him he went over to the rack came back started yelling at me telling me take my mobile fake coupon to another store while continuing to yell at me to leave what the hell, I tried to explain to him seeings he was new that these are mobile coupons and that I am a regular and come in each day again he yells no no you go now you go to other stores you go now WOW, I tried knocking on employee door because I know there is always two people and all the others know me well so ya that was very uncalled for and after 12 years of going in I'm done I didn't deserve the rudeness or to be treated like that so they lost all business from my household it won't happen again. read more

The employees know me by name. They are very helpful and intelligent. They also know the surrounding neighborhood very well and were extremely helpful when I moved into my apartment a year ago. The parking lot is well lit, which makes me feel safe when I have to get gas and it's still dark. Even though the AAA app always says that other nearby places have expensive gas, I find AAA to be wrong. The gas at Fairfax Fastrip is always five to 10 cents less expensive that the Circle K that AAA always points to. But, even if the costs of gas were a bit higher, I would still go to the Fairfax Fastrip because heartwarming customer service counts. I hope Fastrip provides student scholarships for their employees. read more
