This is the larger fastrip across from the arco station, 2199 hwy 95, not the smaller one that rents jet skiis, some of the reviews for this one are not the correct location. Anyways, customers beware, scammers work here!!!! My cc was compromised twice in less than six months. Is there gas cheap, yes it is, but careful what you wish for. Just go elsewhere or pay cash, specking of cash, they charge more for cc and have a service fee added on as well. And they steal your money for a cashier bonus, sad. read more

Worst Fastrip I've ever been to. This place is going to give the rest of them a bad name. Propane is advertised out front but I went in to get some there wasn't anyone there at 3:30 in the afternoon to do propane. Three women behind the counter, no one helping customers at the time, and when I asked how you're supposed to know before you pull in if you can get propane I was told someone would be there at 8am. I said that's not my question. I said how do you know whether or not you can get propane before you walk into the store? She said you have to call. I won't be back and we're full time RVers that winter yearly in Bullhead. Go through lots of propane but good ole tractor supply has great employees and you can always get a smile and propane. I went to get gas. they had Vapes on sale. I never done Vape cigarettes before anything like that. so I asked the lady at the counter. she said well this one has two barrels so she was saying that the 1500 Puffs would be in each Barrel. well I ended up buying that one. I get it home I'm reading the package and it's saying that it's 650 per barrel. Should have just read it myself instead of asking the person behind the counter but she seemed like she was knowledgeable and knew what she was talking. about anyway this morning I tried to call to see if I could exchange it they were saying you were all sales are final and it doesn't say that on the receipt. We were supposed to return them at 6pm. 5 of them ran out of gas at 4pm and they were going to charge us $50ea to refill them so they sat for the remainder of the day. When we returned them. We admitted we damaged 1 and he charged us $1200 WTF? Then he tried to say the other 8 were damaged as well. They were all beat up when we got them. Jet skis are old and not well maintained. The river is getting lower so it's almost impossible to avoid the shallow areas. We sucked in one rock that clearly didn't cause any damage and we're charged $350 for the repair. $1k for five hours on two jet skis. This is our fourth time and everyone in the family has had problems with the jet skis and had to switch them out. And they copied our credit card and wanted to keep the copy. Last time we rent here. These people are the biggest rip off on sea doos! They have you rent the beat up sea doos they paint the bottoms to make them look new and when you take them out they break down. Paint comes off Holmes are revealed. Take on water one even sank and they try charging us for it. We rented 4 of them 3 were broke 2 had holes and one totally sank. A year later we passed a guy on a sea doo stuck in the middle of the lake for an hour. We towed him in they tried charging him to come pick the broken sea doo. When the jet skis were off of the trailer into water we already heard a weird noise in the engine to begin with but the guy behind the counter says the jet ski is all your responsibility once it's off the trailer. Manny was cool... We were advised prior to make sure to take pics of our jetskis and review all three rented carefully. So this helps when or if they try to bust some bull$&@!. But they didn't so don't always believe what you here. We felt no shadiness and Manny hooked it up and brought us extra gas when we ran out for $50.00. My mom also put a deposit down for next day but we decided after a wonderful day and sunburns all over my fatback..(lol). We needed a day of rest. We went to bullhead community "free" park. And don't have to pay for shade! We took hot dogs and rafts... Posted up and Chilled all motherbleepin day with the three toys. FYI if you are over the age of 32 you body gunna hurt from the "scheedoos" that's how my mom pronounces them. Overall an amazing family memory to go down in the book of our party of 12! Diana owners daughter was nice & assured me this wouldn't happen..so I asked for newer Jetski. I was happy because I actually got a brand new one. My happiness became worries... I was reminded by 4 employees "this is brand new no one has used ...if anything happens its on you," when Jetski was dropped off to me same thing ...guy reminded it was new...at that point I was worried. We took for 2 rides & broke down ...called them up...they took for ever to send a mechanic Jet Ski was floating waiting .. I was watching it very careful making sure no one hit it I was not having fun worried about getting it hit. Finally I had someone take it .. I told them I don't want it anymore I'm afraid someone giving to hit it please take it... They didn't want to they said they'd give me 2 more hours .. I insisted to take it back they said no.. We'll bring it back .. So they fixed it (mind you it was new) so I keep it because we had only used for 2 rides. By the end of day I called them to pick up, they had tons of people waiting ... Everyone was getting upset not enough trucks to pick us up .. I had my friend check to make sure no scratches no dents nothing and it was clear. All of a sudden when it arrives at their location it has a dent and I got charged $150 dls. They also wanted to double charge me for gas. I made sure to check lines it took and was 2 but according to owner it was double .. I argued and told him to ask his son he verified only 2... Rented a jetski from them to take to the lake and had a blow out on the trailer they provide. Took 2 hours for them to finally fix after bringing out wrong size tire! They did let us return the next day for the inconvenience. When they video the ski before You go out watch what they look at and ask to see what the propeller looks like and look for scratches on it. that where most try to get you! We were all over that part. Besides the blown tire we had a great time. One more thing fill the tank before you return otherwise they charge $5 a gallon with a minimum of 10 gallons. We filled it up before returning it for $2.09 a gallon. I would rent again next year. Just know what to look for before u take out. read more

Do not rent jet ski from this business the name says it all "Fast Rip" they will find a way to RIP you off. We took a family vacation to Laughlin and reserved a couple of skis for the family for $199 ea. all day use.They required a $50 deposit to reserve, everything was great up to there. The day came to go jet skiing and we requested a trailer to tow the units we spent over 1 1/2 hr. trying to find a decent trailer to tow. Out of the 3 that where given to us 2 had tires with chunks of rubber missing from the sidewalls and no break lights the last one had lights that worked good but bald tires , we planned on going to the lake but because of time wasted looking for a decent trailer and the condition of the trailers we decided to stay close and launch at the river.As for the skis themselves they are not in excellent condition, during your inspection especially if its with the young kid don't let him rush you through it and have him explain what he is looking at and take pictures or video of everything even small blemishes in the fiberglass body may cost you $150 , impellers can cost you $450. Ask to see their repair cost list they are outrageous. This place rents the skis cheap but make their money on fuel and so called damage repairs. Don't believe them when they try to cover up the fact that all of the YELP reviews are from their competition trying to bring them down that's a load of B.S. So we got ripped off on the rental cost we agreed to $199 ea got charge $225 ea because we did not get our reservation deposit back plus an extra $150 because of a dime size dent in the fiberglass and they tried to hit us with over $500 because of impeller damage, how can we cause damage when we never got close to shore we always where in chest deep water before starting the jet skis. I have been renting from Najib for years, and I have never had any problem getting my deposit back. Today I rented a small Sea Do, and my husband sucked a rock into the intake and damaged a brand new prop. The worker who came and towed the jet ski told me how much the total should be and it was what the contract stated; however Najib asked me what I felt comfortable paying since I was such a good customer. He told me I didn't have to pay anything if I didn't feel like it. I did not think that would be fair since I could see the damage we had done so we settled on a fee that I was comfortable with, and it was VERY reasonable. I will always rent from here. Do not spend your money here. Came here for my birthday since it was the cheapest place. Advertised at $54 a day. Ended up being $80 just for the jet ski. After three hours of riding we returned, I inspected the jet ski on the trailer and it was in great condition. When we returned they said it would be $36 for gas. They said they used the regular gas which was 2.16 a gallon which would make it 40 to fill up the full "18 gallon tank". We used half so it should've been around $20. They then put a rock in the propeller which I inspected and confirmed with the driver was clean. Proceded to tell me the cost of repair is $540. Refused to accept there fault. Spoke with locals and they said it was a very regular occurance for them to frame people, one said he worked for the owner polishing jetskis for three, eight hour days and got paid only $20. Called the police and they said it's an extremely regular call that people get scammed by this company and there is currently a law suit going on about it. DO NOT LET THIS SNAKE SCAM YOU read more

absolutely stay away from this place. they give you a price one day and charge u something completely different. took an or and a half to get sea doo and then charged us for a full tank of gas. and then we had to bring it back with a full tank of gas. then they charge the next people for a tank of gas. it took another hour to turn in the sea doo and then have to spend another hour going to turn in life jackets. the owner was rude and very disrespectful. shady business and wasted three hours of our time with subpar equipment. rent from anywhere else regardless of price. not worth it. would never step foot in this place or any other fastrip again. horrible business practice. read more
