Chicken enchilada with red sauce, rice and beans- my simple order to "test" new places.

Delicious, home style Mexican cooking. Eddie and Luis are both incredibly warm and love to discuss their process to ensure fresh, daily, quality meals. Very nice patio area- very highly recommend.

This place is located in a newer strip mall. It is a smaller place and it was packed on Saturday night. This is more of a casual place. We ordered the chicken and beef fajitas. We decided to split the meal because we already ate some snacks prior to dinner. Chips and salsa came prior to the meal. The chicken was tender. The beef was a bit tough, maybe not cut on a bias. The fajitas were a lot of food and we got charged $3 for split plate. There were 2 TVs showing sports, but no sound. Plenty of parking in the parking lot.

Carne en su jugo, Jalisco style. A soup with beef, bacon and beans. Delicious, but enerous portion enough for at least two people!

Excellent atmosphere, great service and delicious food. The carne en su jugo was found in the soup section of the menu. It is a regional dish from the State of Jalisco, and not commonly found in most Mexican restaurants. It was served with tortillas. It was so huge, I only was able to eat half of it. I also recommend the appetizer of chile guero, which is essentially an open chile relleno using a guero pepper. I really enjoyed a dinner here with friends. The background music did not dominate, so we were able to have a good conversation. Highly recommended.

Excellent from start to finish. We came for the good reviews and fair prices - and we were not disappointed. My husband and I each ordered 3 item combinations with a tostada, sope & enchilada. All 3 items were fantastic and fairly portioned. My mom ordered the fish tacos and reported that they may be the best she'd ever had (and she's tried quite a lot!).

The food here is delicious. Atmosphere is fun inside and out. Great margaritas! We will definitely be back to enjoy this atmosphere again.

There were a few big hits and a few big misses. Ambiance- it's in a shopping center, next to a CVS- not great but they've made it comfortable considering. We came on a weekday evening with a party of 8 and they were able to accommodate us by joining two tables together. The staff was actually very accommodating but sometimes that wasn't a good thing. For instance, my father in law asked if they had Arnold Palmer and they said yes they could do that. They brought him back a plain iced tea- they didn't have lemonade. And then there's the chips. Oh man they were the worst, most inedible chips I've ever had at a restaurant. Apparently there was a delivery issue so they made their own chips with tortillas- you couldn't even bite through them, they could pull your tooth out with how hard they were. They brought them to every table and every table complained and they mentioned the delivery issue. It was a bummer because the salsa was really good! Thankfully, the pre-mentioned CVS next door- I walked over and bought a bag of chips myself. Which would've been what the restaurant could've and should've done. Other than those things- the food was good! My Minerva burrito was excellent. My mother in law liked her veggie tacos, my husband loved his chile rellano. We might've just come here on a bad night. We'll return next year and see if it's better!

This place is always busy! Went in for dinner on a Saturday night luckily we got a table. Service is a little slow, but granted there's only two servers for the entire restaurant. I had a Carne Asada taco and Al pastor a la cart. They were OK. I probably wouldn't get them again. I also had the elote Loco which tasted like it was missing something. My husband's mole enchiladas were very delicious! And the double Chavela was perfect!

Great service and great food! Our favorite Mexican restaurant in town. The owner and staff are always so welcoming and friendly.

Our sever was extremely knowledgeable about what vegan options they offer . I opted for the veggie fajitas ( omit sour cream ) . They were DELICIOUS! A couple cons for me ; Prices are pretty high in my opinion for Mexican cuisine my fajitas plate was $24 ( and if you order guac it's $18 ) & oddly the water tasted so off to us . Loved the Mexican dolls and aesthetic. We would absolutely come back . Tip ; ask for the hot house salsa & grilled jalapeños.

The bar was super busy and lots of people watching sports on the multiple TV's. Our waiter was friendly got us a milder salsa for kids and hotter one for me. The salsa was good, but for California I expected spicier and more flavorful. The service overall was great. We ordered the Tacos for 2 which was a lot of food. Our kids even made a few smaller tacos. It comes with 4 proteins- beef, chicken, pork and chorizo along with a ton of other accompaniments. We also each got a plate of rice and refried beans which is included. We all really liked the food and the service was great! There is also a back area which would be good when it wasn't so hot- we were there during a heat wave.

My daughter and I stood at the entrance for several minutes without being greeted. During that time, the manager was visibly overwhelmed and speaking harshly to the young hostesses, who appeared uncomfortable and trying to maintain composure. Despite this, no one acknowledged us until I offered a friendly "Happy Cinco de Mayo," at which point a hostess kindly stepped in to seat us. Unfortunately, the situation escalated. Twice, as we were being seated, the manager abruptly intervened -- placing reserved signs down and yelling at the hostess, myself and daughter we could not sit there. His tone was harsh, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational. This happened two times at two different tables that we were escorted to by the hostess and in front of my young daughter. Needless to say it was both uncomfortable and humiliating. I have never experienced a restaurant manager behave with this level of disrespect toward a guest, especially a woman with her child. I felt embarrassed and heartbroken that my daughter had to witness this. When I calmly approached him to understand the situation, he responded by stating they had "400 reservations," followed by dismissive and aggressive body language that made it clear we were not welcome. The interaction ended with us leaving and both tears. My daughter said "I'm scared mommy, why was that man so mean". A guest from the restaurant who was dinning and witnessed the incident came out just to see if we were ok. Equally concerning was how he treated his own staff, especially female staff setting a negative and unprofessional tone throughout the front of house. As someone from a fourth-generation family in the restaurant industry, I find this especially disheartening. I would be deeply concerned if any manager in our organization treated a guest or employees this way. I understand holidays are demanding, but being busy does not excuse a lack of basic respect and professionalism. I am sharing this in hopes that upper management addresses this directly. No woman / person and her child should have to experience this kind of treatment.
