    Hotdog!!
    Joe P.

It was our first time here and we really enjoyed it. We ordered four different kinds of hotdog and all of them are amazing. The spots with chili, to die for. The lady that owns it she was a very amazing woman. Thank you for your company and for a great food

Chili Cheese Dog with onions was delicious!

If you're craving comfort food done right, the chili dog at Fat Dogs & Spuds will hit the spot! The hot dog itself is juicy with just the right snap when you bite into it, and it's smothered in their hearty, house-chili that's rich, flavorful. The toasted bun holds up beautifully under all that deliciousness, and the toppings (a little shredded cheese and diced onions, if you want them) add the perfect finishing touch. The portion is generous, the flavor is bold, and it's pure comfort food happiness in every bite. If you haven't tried a hot dog or a chili dog at Fat Dogs & Spuds yet -- do yourself a favor and order one!

Nothing says comfort like a hot dog and tater tots. They use Miller's Craft meat here which I have never eaten before, but as advertised, I may not want another brand of dogs again. It's delicious. I wanted to order the Eddie's bacon dog, but it would take about 10 minutes to make so she suggested to save time, I could just get real bacon bits added on top. She also mentioned it would be technically more bacon so I took her advice and she was right - it was stuffed with tons of crunchy bacon! It was very filling and quite satisfying. Also ordered the loaded tater tots which was enough for two people to share. The tots were crisped to perfection! No soggy tots here! Please support this small business and stop by if you're in the mood for some comfort food.

Delicious decision to stop here with my daughter for lunch. Service was great as she moved around by herself making sure others that ate were still doing good.

Stopped in Sunday afternoon with my friend, looking for a new hot dog spot. I think we found it! Great hot dogs and delicious chili cheese tots. Low key, no frills place with great food and service. I'm glad we found it- will definitely come back to try other dogs on the menu.

Service was AMAZING!!! Decor was cute!!! And their selections-WOW!!! I got the Time Square Dog & my daughter got the Windy City dog. Yum!!! The hot dog is grilled in front of u. The bun was toasted on the flat top. I love a good warm toasted bun!!!! The spicy brown mustard went well with: the snap of the dog!!! Go check it out yourself!!! It's worth the trip!!!!

While we were hoping for a better experience, this visit fell short for us. The food was overpriced for what it was, and the macaroni and cheese was disappointing -- just plain noodles in a thin, watery cheese sauce. They do use Miller's hot dogs, which was a plus, but that's about the only highlight. The rest of the food was just OK, nothing memorable or worth the cost. On the positive side, Pamela, the cashier/server, was very polite, helpful, and courteous. I don't want my poor review of the food to reflect on her performance. She did an excellent job. One more note: even though we told her we were eating there, our hot dogs were wrapped tightly in paper, which caused all the toppings to stick to the wrapper. We had to unwrap each one and scrape the toppings back on before eating. Overall, there was nothing special about this place, and for $36, we expected much better quality and attention to detail.

Top notch! One of the best chili dogs I have ever had. Perfect portions of all the ingredients! My buddy had the hotdog with Mac and cheese and added bacon. The flavor was so nice and smokey! And the tots were cooked to perfection . I love this place and will definitely be back. A must try if you are in the neighborhood!

This is a huge baked potato with all the fixings . Yum !!!

Great place and so tasty . Went as a family of 5. We were so hungry we ordered half the menu, or so it seemed . The one lady who ran the place got everything ready in 10 min flat ! Even my picky son devoured his food . Highly recommend.

I stumbled across Fat Dogs and Spuds completely by chance. I needed to grab lunch on a rainy weekend for a couple of guys working on a project at my house, and this spot popped up. I figured, why not give it a shot? I ended up ordering three Eddy's hotdogs (bacon-wrapped Polish dogs topped with grilled onions and jalapeños), along with some chili and tots. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect, but it turned out to be a pretty memorable experience. The food is made fresh, so there's a bit of a wait. The lady behind the counter let me know upfront it'd take about 15 minutes and even asked if I wanted to shop around while she worked on my order. Since it was raining outside, I decided to stick around inside and chat with her. There is no seating inside, so either you're standing around, or you're forced to run errands and come back. The lady behind the counter had more of a dry sense of humor so that might not be everyone's thing, but I actually found it kind of funny--it added some personality to the place. It felt like talking to someone who's been doing this forever and knows their stuff. When the food came out, wow--it was worth the wait. The hotdogs were fresh, juicy, and packed with flavor. The grilled onions and jalapeños on top of the bacon-wrapped Polish dog were absolutely perfect. The chili and tots were just as good--classic comfort food done right. What really stood out to me was how everything was made to order; she didn't just grab hotdogs off the roller behind the counter. That extra effort made all the difference. This is definitely more of a grab-and-go spot, so plan ahead if you're thinking about stopping by. As for the vibe inside? It's not fancy--it's one of those places where you can tell they focus more on the food than anything else. It smelled like old grease, and while it wasn't dirty, it wasn't spotless either. It could use a little sprucing up, but honestly? None of that mattered once I tasted the food. I'll definitely be back, but will most likely call and order to pick up instead.

Aaron, the proprietor, along with Kaylee, his assistant, set up shop, and serve delicious hot dogs for the enjoyment of hot dog lovers in the greater Roseville, CA area. The Dog Spot sets up their portable restaurant at Kaesburg Park, located at 1151 Rand Way, in Roseville, CA. The Dog Spot sets up shop at this location every Saturday during soccer season, as Kaesburg Park is one of the more popular locations in the area for weekend soccer practice and patches. The Dog Spot dishes out amazing dogs from 09:00 in the morning until 16:00 in the afternoon. When they're not set up at the park, you'll find them catering to private parties, social events, sports, competitions along with special events, all over the Roseville area. The menu features three varieties of dogs, snacks, candy, drinks and condiments. The sides selections can vary, depending upon availability. Ordering is simple, as you tell the staff which one of the three dogs you want, what condiments or toppings you want added to your dog, then you pay for your order and in a minute or so, you'll be presented with a fine hot dog. You can also order the "Meal Deal," which includes a drink and a bag of chips, and for those with a sweet tooth, candy is available to enhance your meal. My first dog of the day was the "Jumbo Dog," which headlines the menu. As for the condiments and toppings, I went with everything, except for ketchup. The dog was placed on a large, soft bun, with sesame seeds, and placed in a little paper bowl, just the right size to hold the bun and the dog. The chef applied - in this order - mustard, mayonnaise, diced dill pickle, relish, pickled diced jalapeno chili pepper, diced white onion, sauerkraut, and a sprinkle of celery salt, to give my "Jumbo Dog" a bit of a Chicago flair. My dog was fully dressed! When I bit into my "Jumbo Dog," I was rewarded with a crisp SNAP, thanks to the natural casing of the dog, along with a rush of juicy goodness. The topping-to- dog ratio was perfect, along with the meat-to-bun ratio, which made for an amazing dog, and the start to an outstanding lunch. I went for a "Spicy Sausage" for my second dog of the day. Like the "Jumbo Dog," the "Spicy Sausage" starts with a large, quarter-pound sausage with natural casing, so when you bit into it, you're rewarded with a SNAP. It's advertised as "spicy," and it does have a bit of a 'kick" to it, but it wasn't excessively spicy. The heat ratio reminded me of a jalapeno pepper, after the seeds and stems have been removed. You get a little "kick" but lots of amazing sausage flavor! The Dog Spot will satisfy your craving for a juicy hot dog during soccer season at Kaesburg Park, and when they aren't set up at the park, you'll find them dishing out fine dogs at private parties, school events, sports, competitions, along with special events. Catering services are offered, for your hot dog enjoyment! You can't go wrong with the fine service and amazing hot dogs served by friendly Aaron and his crew at The Dog Spot, at various locations, in and around Roseville, CA. Look to The Dog Spot for fine hot dogs at the next event in town!

The mochi donuts are definitely on the pricier side, but the taste and quality absolutely justify it. These aren't something I could ever recreate at home, so I don't mind treating myself here when I can. Sometimes regular donuts just can't compare. I do wish they were a bit cheaper -- but I understand why they're priced the way they are. One thing I really like is that they rotate flavors regularly. You might not see the same selection every visit, but there's always enough variety that you're bound to find something you'll enjoy. They also occasionally offer discounts and have a rewards program you can sign up for, which helps bring the price down after you build up points -- definitely worth it if you're a repeat customer. Beyond the donuts, they also serve Korean corn dogs and a fun drink selection. My husband is a big fan of their Baja Blast lemonade because it's perfectly sour, and I've tried several of their other drinks that were also really good, including their milk tea and spring drinks. For the corn dogs, there are lots of topping options, but the Hot Cheeto one is my personal favorite. The shop itself is small and quaint, so there isn't much seating -- just a few spots by the windowpane -- so I usually grab my donuts to go. It works perfectly as a quick treat stop rather than a dine-in place. Customer service here has always been friendly and consistent. The staff is patient, accurate with orders, and helpful when you have questions. I never feel rushed or pressured while ordering. Parking is also easy since it's in the same lot as KP Market, with plenty of spaces -- so again, it's a perfect dessert stop, especially after grocery shopping. 85°C Bakery is also right next door but they tend to be busy which deters me from visiting -- it's more peaceful for me to stop by Mochinut where customers just stop by, pick up their donuts and go instead of mingling around. Honestly, I can't really complain about this place at all -- other than wishing prices were lower -- and it's been a reliable treat spot for years.
