Who does that and on top of it said to just let her know if I couldn't make it back in time. Right there is above and beyond customer service. Frustrating and Inconsistent Hours…read more We travel to the Valley most weekends to care for elderly parents and often stop in for quick takeout sandwiches around 6:45 p.m., which has been convenient--until recently. Although closing time is listed as 7 p.m., this is now the third time we've arrived around 6:45 and found the restaurant already closed. Most recently, my husband walked in at 6:43 p.m. and was told they were closed as the lights were turned off, even though the "OPEN" signs were still on. We understand wanting to close up on time, but if the restaurant is consistently closing before 7, the posted hours should reflect that. It's frustrating to plan around advertised hours only to find the doors already shut. Please either honor the 7 p.m. closing time or update the listed hours so customers know what to expect. Consistency would really help.
