Went to this location for my lunch break and my order was incorrect, they made me late getting back to work and then instead accepting their fault they want to blame the customer for the order being wrong I did appreciate the salty attitude of the cashier and I was one of 3 people that had the same complaint about the bad customer service. Came in and it was relatively dead, yet it still took forever to get our food. The burger when it came out was what I come to expect from Fatburger. The chili cheese fries unfortunately were not that great. The chili had a bit of a burnt flavor to it and was much darker looking than it should be. Today is my cheat meal day. So I decided to have Fat Burger for my meal. Going out of town tonight until Monday. Gonna eat this finish packing and head to the airport. I pull up park go in order. Specifically say NO CHEESE. Counter girl and I have a conversation about cheese and why I DONT eat it..The order is yelled out and it is stated.. NO CHEESE..The receipt doesn't have cheese in it. Clean place and good service. I like the pepper that fat burger uses on their patties and like the lemonade. I also like the burger sizes (the small 3.5oz, or "baby" fat is the perfect size for me). Bad. Bad. Bad. Service! My husband and I stopped for lunch. There were 4 or 5 employees and all the girls were fighting with each other for the full 25-40 minutes we were there. They kept arguing about the cash register codes and yelling at each other. We went in on mid day Sunday so I understand not wanting to be at work but everyone was so rude and talking about how much they hated being there. My husband says the manager that is normally there during the week is pretty cool. He wasn't there when we went otherwise maybe the staff would have been a bit more professional. As for the food, I love wings and everywhere i go they divide or at least label or tell you which flavor is which...they did not do that here. They mixed them all together. In addition, the skinny fries seemed like a week old. I would not be surprised if they took leftover fries and re-fried them. Seriously!!! So gross and way beyond stale. Yuck. read more

When i checked the yelp page it said that they closed at 2am. I went in at 11:30 which is 30 min before their actual closing time on sat. Their chicken burger was dry and the bun was soggy. Reading the reviews, i ordered the fat fries and onion rings. The fat fries had a good texture, but had no seasonings. The onion rings were also swimming in a pool of oil. The fat burger was not juicy and it lacked flavor. Overall, i was very disappointed in the quality of food i received and i am not eating at Fat Burger ever again. read more

Came here on a Sunday afternoon with three other people. Loved the vibe in this place, the brightness, all the smiling faces. Ordered some burgers and chicken sandwiches. It took a while to get our order and when we got it, two burgers had to get re-made because they got the order wrong. However, once we got our right orders we were quite impressed. The patty was amazing and was what what really made the burger memorable. It was so tender and fall-aparty crumbly you can definitely tell it had never been frozen. I stay across the street at the Hampton Inn quite a bit and its nice to see some new stuff nearby. I tried a Fatburger before (around Cypress, CA I think) and was not really impressed. I was going to just have Carl's JR since they're right in the same lot as the hotel, but figured I'd give Fatburger another chance. The place was very clean and service fast and friendly. The parking area was pretty crowded for a Sunday evening. I can only imagine it will be worse when the Mexican restaurant opens. The burger was good. Not outstanding, but good. I don't know about the relish - seems odd on a burger. The onion rings were good in that they didn't come apart in one bite, but the flavor wasn't the best. They have beer and free Wi-Fi too. OK I spotted this place when it was just being built. A few weeks later drove by with my son and Hubby and raved about it to him and I guess he finally got sick of it and said OK lets go. The line was out the door and their menu was confusing( call me slow) Picture this.........We are standing in line and a girl who works there walks up and asked in a loud annoying voice " YOU READY??" I just looked at her and stared! When we said NO! She just moved on to another customer -REWDE!!! I got the Turkey burger which ended up to be ok, fries were so so. Very solid burger. With so many burger options in the area, when I first saw it going up I was too excited. This is a good option between in-and-out which is pretty much right across the street, 5 guys, a few miles away, or one of the nearby several greasy spoon joints that make excellent burgers. Fatburger is somewhere between the thin patty burger and the gourmet burger, both price wise and patty wise. So it is a good option. The stuff is fresh and of good quality as well. It's a toss up between fatburger and 5 guys, but I love this place. They have the 3x challenge which isn't much of a challenge, but you get a certificate (see profile pic). Good stuff. read more

By far my favorite location. The Burgers, fries, onion rings, and chili is some of the best around. I love the turkey burgers the best. Everytime my wife and I go there we are greeted with smiles and a welcome. Someone actually came over to us in the middle of our meal to see if the food was ok and if there was anything they could for us. I ordered a xxl sized burger without lettuce as I always do. well, when the young lady brought my burger to me, it had lettuce on it, ok simple mistake. They can have the burger cooked on the open flame char or on the grill and both ways taste absolutely delicious. The burger can have grilled onions or be well done if the customer wants it that way. The fries are either skinny or fat but they also have homemade onion rings. The lemonade that they have is perfect it definitely tastes fresh and goes perfect with their burgers. Everything that is being ordered is being yelled out to the cooks and they repeat it making the theme of the restaurant very pleasant. The whole theme of the restaurant is simply about fat things, they have a jar that reads fat tip and skinny tip. When people tip them they yell fat tip and the employees say thank you. They also have signs that say they need big fat friends everything around the restaurant is called and considered fat. The place has humor all around but it also has classic pictures of old famous artist. They music they play is oldies this brings people in because classic songs are hardly listened too these days. The food is delivered to the table and the employees always ask if what was delivered meets your needs. The simple fact that they are so attentive with their customers makes continue on going back. When people taste these burgers you can see in their face expression how delicious the burger is. The juice of it is an amazing flavor that must be tasted by others in order to understand the goodness in this burger. If people have never had a burger with an egg this is something they must taste in order to know what a high quality burger is. When eating the burger you can taste how lean the meat is. The price on these burgers range to about ten to fifteen dollars for a combo but it is absolutely worth every penny. When biting the burger people literally feel the juice run down their fingers. People most certainly do not mind on getting dirty with these burgers because the way they look is something they will not resist. The smell of the burgers is unexplainable. Their fries have no salt and have such a crunchy feeling while eating them. The onion rings they serve have a very thin layer of flour and are soft as well as crunchy when people taste them. The wait on the burgers are approximately about ten minutes but these burgers are also worth the wait. They even have a sign that reads they do not rush perfection. This allows customers to see that they get what they pay for. If there is any problem with the order the cooks are more than happy to fix the mistake. In this restaurant people can also order turkey and veggie burgers for those who like to go for a healthier meal. Chicken sandwiches are also offered and a salad is on the menu as well. Another thing they offer is hot dogs and one thing people most certainly love is their shakes. They serve many flavors of shakes that look fascinating and taste great. Their made of real ice cream and the flavors they put are fresh as well. When the line is long for people to order the employees usually hand out samples of shakes so that people can think about ordering it for dessert. Manager was so rude she didn't take two seconds to apologize for the inconvenience but moved forward to the next customer which was extremely rude. I even had two other coworkers willing to place a order, but the asst. Manager dismissed the incident so fast I thought is was in the best interest not to place order. On 5/7 at 2:45pm I took my family for a really late lunch. The burgers tasted great we ordered two large with bacon and cheese and two regulars. The staff were friendly and the cook was on top of his game asking what meat we were getting so he could start cooking. We didn't order any drinks as we prefer brewed Ice tea. The place was clean including the bathrooms. We had an order of skinny fries I liked those better than the fat fries. They had a sign stating they had WIFI but it was locked. read more

We've been coming to this Fatburger location on a semi regular basis for almost 10 years. It has always been great. Not anymore. They redecorated and cobranded it with a buffalo wings place. They got rid of the soul music and put a super loud A/C unit in the doorway. It was so loud we couldn't hold a conversation. We couldn't hear each other speak. The food is still really good, but they raised their already high prices. $15 for a burger combo and $8 for a kids meal is just too expensive for a fast food joint. I love Fatburger, and I really want to come back, but I don't think the price was worth the diminished experience. :( read more

My review is for the great customer service at this location. After a night of drinking our group headed over for some late night munchies. I was DD for the night and spent most of it laughing at everyone else's crazy antics. It was all going swell until my friend dropped his burger, even after swearing he was "not drunk at all". Those working behind the register were happy to give him a new one - no problem! They were great and took our drunken silliness in good humor. I can totally see how it might not be so fun to deal with drunk people stumbling in at 12:55 am but they were lovely.
