Worse service I have ever received at Fatburger. Was there at drive through at 6:40pm they finally took my order and it was entered at 6:58. Order taker said there was a problem with the printer I repeated the order at least 4 times. Got the order at drive thru and asked the guy is everything there as it was too dark in the back to check the order, guy said it's all there. Got home which is 10 miles away and discovered no burger. Got kids meal and chicken so tried to call location. Would not answer the phone with number on line so I drove down there. Got there at 7:58. Walked into the place they told me to come back tomorrow I told them that I live in Adelanto and would not be back. I told them my onion rings were now cold and my soda watered down. Their response was you shouldn't have come so late. They gave me a burger that was just sitting by the grill. It was not what I ordered and was barely warm cold by time I got home. Wow. I'm very impressed by this place. I was honored to be one of the first 25 customers to try this place. I was also given a free meal to celebrate the grand open. I enjoyed a free sample of their awesome oreo cookie shake which was absolutely amazing. The management and staff here was soooo welcoming and shouted menu items when I ordered a popular item on the menu. Honestly this place is alright. I also tried the vegan smoothies they have there and it was not worth it at all it was like $10 for a small smoothie that they didn't even fill the cup all the way too. And let's talk about the customer service it was amazing. Went back about a week later labor day. Figure l couldn't go wrong ordered the same thing. Dude working 6/24/2022 at 4pm was a Zombie. This rude dude that hates working there had 10+ people waiting for some sort of acknowledgement from an employee and that kid just ignored them. We placed an online order, and it said it'll be ready in 15 minutes. We pull up in 20 minutes, and we waited an additional 15 minutes for the kid to even say anything to us, he just kept looking at us and carrying on, eventually he approaches us and we tell them we are here to pickup an order. He looks for the order and doesn't see it. He then lies to us and says "We're just waiting on the fries" then proceeds to start cooking the burger, as if we can't see him. We ordered wings and a burger, for $43, it is on the expensive side, like Five Guys. We are over here thinking it'll at least taste good. We were so wrong; the burger was as hard as a rock. I can't make this stuff up, you can knock on the table with the burger. That bread had to be sitting there for months. Threw it away immediately, there needs to be a health inspection done randomly to catch this stuff. They can kill someone. Shut this place down immediately. Definitely charging back on this meal. Waited 53 minutes for two milkshakes! The incompetence of this establishment is beyond words. Was asked twice, by the same associate, if I was still waiting for my items and informed "it'll just be another one or two minutes" but I still waited 19 more minutes before canceling my order and requesting a refund. Manager came over with some excuse (which I really didn't even care to listen to at that point) and struggled to refund the items because the representative that took the order neither got my name nor gave me a receipt. I stopped by here to grab a burger on my way home from work. First the good things. The burger looked really good in appearance and the workers were pleasant. However, after taking a bite, I learned quickly that the meat contained a ton of salt. Im not talking a little sprinkle of salt from a shaker but rather the content of the burger where exposed to accidently dumping the content of the salt container on the meat while cooking. Dont get me wrong, I like salt but this wasnt edible. I was home by the time I took my first bite and didnt feel like returning to the resturant. Plus Ive eaten at other Fat Burgers and they were never this salty. Im hoping this was a one time oversight and would be willing to give them a second chance. However, if the problem remains the same I will check this resturant off my list of places to eat. read more

My wife and I have eaten at this Fatburger many times always good food friendly staff. But today was not a good experience at all. I walk in and order my usual plain hamburger with only lettuce combo meal for $10.59. I paid $12.49 and as in waiting for my food I look at my receipt and noticed that they charged me $11.59 plus tax. No problem paying tax but if the menus says $10.59 and I pay more than the menus on the wall it's not ok with me . I ask the cashier and he starts giving me attitude saying he did not overcharge me. It's the tax so I showed him that on the menu price is different from what I was charged and he continued to give me attitude at that point I asked for the manager. He looked at me and shook his head and tells me "Whatever!" And walks away . I hear him speaking to manager and she comes and very polite "Trysten Kraus" sees that they made a mistake and apologized for her rude employee and tells me that they are not trained like that. So I cancelled my order and I will no longer eat at this Fatburger, they lost my business. I'm a business owner myself and if one of my employees spoke to a customer that way, I guarantee they would be looking for a new job. There were great, I gave them a name that was not my own, and maybe a little dirty just to see uf they would call it out when my order was ready, they were professional tho and called me Sir......BOOOOOO! I have went to this far burger on 3 different occasions and had all bad experiences! The first time the food took so long and they forgot my boyfriends bacon and didn't even make the burger over after waiting at least 6 minutes for bacon to be cooked on the side. 2nd time they forgot the bacon On my burger and failed to give me any sauce on it as well which I didn't wanna drive back for it. The 3rd and final time I was on the phone with my boyfriend when he ordered me a burger with no onions or tomatoes add bacon, when he came home it was a onion and tomato filled burger! As always the food is amazing and I'm so excited that I now I have a Fat Burger within a reasonable distance. This location happens to be inside a gas station, and yes you can eat inside but seating is limited. Getting your drink doesn't come from their own machine but instead they use the same one that the gas station uses. This is fine with me so long as it's consistent with the taste and fizziness of the sodas, but when I filled up the sodas were flat. Only reason why I gave 4 stars.
